Napa is my favorite auto parts store. Ive been going there for years and always gotten outstanding service from Rob, Ed, and now Pete - who I knew from another Napa. Dont see a lot of staff turnover here so the people know what theyre talking about. What I really like about this store is that you can still buy pieces of parts - like brake lines etc. So you can repair a part instead of just replacing it. They dont always have everything in stock but they can usually have it within a day. I.E. warehouse nearby.

Great service! Had what I needed. In and out.

Called the store to order part.. They said there were two different sizes they said they had both, so I brought in the part they measured it and sent me home with wrong part. Brought old and new part back, they said sorry we dont have other part? Had to come back next day .Go back next day and they charge me a core, and to top it off the part still wrong.Heading back for the 4th time to take part back and go somewhere else.

Some how lost a nut on a lower control arm due to lack of attention on my part when reassembling them after installing a ball joint. on the way to work it just all went wrong....went to Napa later- they let me look through the nuts and find the one i needed, then ended up just giving it to me....sure its just a nut but on a day gone wrong that little gesture was pretty awesome.

These guys are fantastic. They helped me with the warranty on my batteries. Thank you so much.

Rude service several times over the past year. They refuse to look up old parts by part number and insist on year make and model. Last time I was at the counter I called the Louisville store and they had what I needed by part number, while this location was insisting its unavailable. Save some time and go to the Berthoud, Erie or Louisville locations.

The best auto parts in town, most professional service and always going above and beyond to helps its customers.

Avoid at all costs. Rude staff, unwilling to help in any timely manner. 5 employees standing around chit-chatting while I stood with no line for 15 minutes before being helped after making my presence known.

Love Napa. You get to talk to someone who has probably worked on a car before.

Horrible customer service... place closes at 7, needed 1 part and got there at 6:55, yes I realized theyre closing soon but I just realized I needed the part. The guy saw me pulling in while he was out front and quickly hurried inside to lock the door in my face. Never going back.

Horrible customer service. Auto parts stores are a dime a dozen. Ill be going somewhere I at least get acknowledged when standing for 20 minutes by the counter.

Its always the first auto parts store I go to. Although I just had a frustrating hour there. They ordered t he wrong part for me and it took a long time to correct the problem. the counter guys need to stay off the phone and help the customer at the counter.

Napa auto parts is the best place to go In Longmont. Ask for Ed Best guy in there guaranty. AutoZone and oreily buyer before but they honestly have no idea what thy are doing. This guy Ed is awesome go in there and see for yourself.
