I’ve been a regular customer to Home Depot here in Longmont but today October 1rstOf 2021 I had a bad experience with this customer service representative her name is Chelsea she is nice if you are applying for a Home Depot credit card if you get approved congratulations but if you come back to ask her if you left your other credit card that you were gonna use to pay your purchased items she would not help you at all she would act so different she would act like she never seen you she wouldn’t help you at all she’s so rude along with his partner they were about to call the cops on me just because I came back to ask if I had left my credit card there😡😡Not a very good customer service representative I spent a lot of money thousands of dollars at Home Depot not only in Longmont but in Loveland and Greeley…This was a bad experience having this lady working as a customer service representative very rude very very rude Along with his partner acting like a hero can’t remember the supervisors name he was so great that’s why he’s called the supervisor his name is Tim or Jim….. good customer representativeChelsea should be fired !!!!or should be working at a different department….Note::::::Chelsea very very rude

I recently visited this Home Depot location. I was in need of special paint for a specific area of a mural I was painting. I was leery that I wouldn’t get the attention I needed to problem solve my unique situation. Collin took time to listen to the specifics of my paint needs and worked with me to find a solution. He was knowledgeable, polite and most of all patient. I am grateful for his kindness and help!
I have mixed feelings about this store. My mom is not comfortable using her credit card online. She found something she wanted to order from home depot. In the past she has always been able to go to the store and customer service has always been happy to place the order for her and she pays at the store.Today she was able to place the order and the gentleman working customer service Tristan was very pleasant and helpful. When he needed assistance Lisa came over and said it needed to be ordered online. Why was he doing it. Another customer service representative also questioned why. We thought that it was something home depot offered. We will order elsewhere if we find something that needs ordered online again. Once again Tristan was wonderful
I would say that this store pretty consistently provides good customer service. I was asked at each department if I needed help. There are on occasion, times when that doesnt happen. The week day experiences are often better than the busy weekend experience. I try to make my trips during the week after work if possible to have the most pleasurable experience.
Poor customer service by lumber guy cutting plywood. Sad to see that because one person actions the whole store looks bad. You simply dont tell a customer cant you see Im in the middle of something when asked a question.
Good place to buy everything you need to take care of maintenance for your house or other projects. This store in particular is well staffed and well stocked.
Wide selection, Quality materials. As has long been the case, store tends to be short-staffed. If one is lucky, it will be possible to locate someone in plumbing with enough experience to provide assistance in electrical. Be careful of any reclosed packaging; items returned to the service desk often get reclosed and put back on the shelf without being checked for damaged or missing parts.
20 or more people working here and only 1 person that can cut a blind and he cant be located. I used to work for HD, and the machines to cut blinds, cut wire, cut wood, thread pipe, etc etc are very simple. Much simpler and safer than driving the forklift and cherry picker, yet plenty can do that. Poor training plan and super inconvenient for customers.
Apon arrival, there was surprisingly not very many people at this store on Hover in Longmont Colorado.First off, good luck finding parking thats close to the entrances. Lots of curb side pick up and handy cap spots for our seniors and Veterans.I did like how all the items on the store were arranged. Very easy to find.
It would be beneficial if Home Depot offered some customer service training to SOME of their employees.Most of them are helpful and nice. But SOME are just downright rude and annoying!

I am very disappointed in Home Depot.. I feel as if they pulled THE OLD BAIT AND SWITCH I have been suffering through the last week with no swamp cooler or air conditioning.. its like being the GATE KEEPER, TO HELLS KITCHEN...TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, MY POOR LONG HAIRED DOGS WERE MISERABLE.. SO I HEAD TO HOME DEPOT AND FIND 2 THAT I COULD REPLACE MY OLD ONE.. I locate 3 and only 2of them were side window mounted coolers..I was delighted to find a bright sign claiming to give me an instant $300.00rebate ..which helped me decide which one to purchase... How ever once I went through the self serve line the young lady trying to over see the long line didnt know anything about it...so as not to hold up the long line I headed to the service area, and inquired about the 300.00 instant rebate.. The lady at the service went above and beyond to aTHssist me in the refund department, making calls and trying just about everything she could to get me that REBATE.... HOW EVER THE REBATE DID NOT SPECIFY THAT U MUST HAVE EXCELL ELECTRIC SERVICE... NOT JUST THE GAS SERVICE WE DO USE... NO WHERE DID THE REBATE STATE THIS FACT.. SO IT IS MY OPINION THAT I WAS HUSTLED AND LIED TO.. WHAT I THOUGHT WOULD COST 425.00 AFTER THE REBATE.. ENDED UP COSTING 745.00, NOT THE SERVICE I EXCEPTED FROM HOME DEPOT.. VERY DISGUSTED WITH THE LIES..I feel that I was 100% taken advantage of by HOME DEPOT AND EXCELL.. BUT WITH TEMPS IN THE 90S WHAT CAN A PERSON DO... GRRRR.
I went shopping for freezer-paks and found them on sale for less than $3.00 each. Although it was an out of season item on-sale they had just what I needed.
Super unimpressed with Home Depot! We ordered a Bosch fridge to be delivered to our new home the day after we moved in. Day of delivery we double checked and they said it would be delivered that night. My husband stayed up until waiting and it never came. We called the next day and they apparently they said it would be delivered in 8 more days! Turns out, Home Depot had never confirmed the delivery date with Bosch manufacturer. We ended up cancelling our order with Home Depot and picked one up from Best Buy that same day.
Avery at Pro Desk is amazing. Great service, always checks up on things. Been in the construction business for a while, Avery is top notch!

If your a contractor, dont waste your time buying anything from this location. Only one person works the register, and the other employees just stand around the pro desk doing nothing! Very poorly managed!
The store is convenient and close to my home but their team members are hit or miss. When trying to find things in the store, rather than helping you find the item, they tell you to just download the app. When calling to ask about curbside pickup the front desk tells you one thing, the paint desk tells you another, and both are dismissive. Bare minimum on effort.
Took my husband here to pick out a charcoal grill but they only had one style. Great choices for propane though!
Home Depots customer service has taken such a huge dive for some reason. I will be switching back to patronizing Lowes after the latest fiasco. I ordered two blower fans that we REALLY need in our shop and we waited several days for them just to get a notification from Home Depot that they got delivered yesterday. They did not get delivered to US. Where did they go? I asked if there was any way to get some replacements today as we really need them and was told that my only path forward is to dispute the charge with our credit card company as the carrier is responsible for delivering them to the wrong place. Literally NO help. No responsibility. Nobody cares. And this seems to be the new trend for them.
I live in Mead and actually Firestone should be the home Depot that I go to. But after dealing with firestones lack of customer service for different times in a very horrible way and after finally being told to f off by a young girl when I was trying to return a Milwaukee tool as a contractor that was enough for me after I talked to the manager. I changed stores and this is where I go now and I am astonished that the two home depots are the same company!!! In Longmont I get treated right every time and get customer service other than the guys they hire love to check out my wifes! Theyre at least helpful and willing to go the extra mile to get you what you need. If youre in the Longmont area this is definitely where you want to go and you want to avoid Firestone home Depot until they get new employees at the pro desk!

The customer service here is excellent. We just moved to Longmont and have been visiting this store several times a week. At every visit the team exceeds our expectations of what kind of help we can expect - in every department, for every request.

I was just at the store today at 9:15 to rent a trailer and my experience with customer service was horrible, everyone of the people working this morning were rude and do not know what customer service is all about.

This home Depot is okay sometimes its hard to find and associate to help find things. The app really helps. Good luck getting someone to go the extra mile. On my last three trips employees seem to use the excuse of covid for poor customer service.😞
Tonight I have officially counted four employees who were beyond rude to my needs for both cement/fencing advice.Maybe this moves from management, maybe it was the perfect alignment of the starts but my 10k+ Investment in this store within the year was greeted by publicly rude comments, turn downs and outright requests to “find someone else”.I won’t mention names tonight but all I will say is either Home Depot is employing disabled employees or I was told atleast four times tonight that my problem was not there’s.I’ll start taking my money to boulder.Honestly the best employee you have is Don, the rest seem to be terribly incoveniced by any question of any gravity.
HD you will find most things for your home and business. Mostly gear towards constructors but you still can find everything you need to build or remodel your home!
The Home Depot is the perfect place to find tools, and home improvement stuff. They always have anything I need, and the employees there are very friendly. I bring my dog there all of the time, and he is always greeted by the employees. I go here all the time and I really recommend it!

The mask mandate is unfortunately no longer enforced here even though they are required by Boulder county. I’m writing this review because at one time, this store cared about keeping us safe and had staff at the one entry door. Usually a big guy to deal with things like this. I hope they’ll revisit this lapse as cases spread unchecked across our state :(

I’ve redone so many lines in my trailer as a complete amateur and you have taught me and helped me almost every time I went to the Longmont HD. I am so lucky and grateful for your help! It is employees like that that make me always buy hardware from HD.
Its OK, cant hardly find someone to help you when you need it though.
To begin with I did not want to go to Home Depot because the president supports Trump and/or to gave a $20 million donation for Trumps 2020 campaign. But we were close and Lowes didnt have what we wanted so we went in. As usual no one was around to help us. We were looking at grills and chairs. None of the grills that I wanted to see had prices on them so I dont even know how much they cost. I tried to inquire from a store employee that I was able to track down she was not super interested in helping me, but she gave me some basic information. then we went over by the grills There was another lady there that was putting prices on the grills weve been wandering all over trying to find the prices so when we saw the price on the grill we wanted to look at it. She was very strange, although we were within six feet of her. She scuttled away and didnt answer any of our questions. Still dont know how much the Weber grill I wanted would have cost there. Obviously I will not be buying it from Home Depot.
Review is about curbside pickup. I have found this very useful. Order gets ready for pickup pretty quick and you drive up, park at a number, call the store where you are parked at and they bring and place the items inside the trunk of your car. Complete service without you even have to get out of the car. Best place to shop for home!!!

We bought Decton counter tops and the fabricators Desert Eagle are Home Depots installers. They are the most incompetent installers and I believe compensation will be denied for all the trouble we have had. Incorrect measurements. Gap behind the stove. No hole drilled for the RO system. over mount sink installed as undermount so none of the holes were lines up for the taps. 4 hours and counting for the plumber to drill through the stainless steal and HD have nothing to say
Great service when I needed help getting blinds.The guys measured the broken blinds I brought in and helped me get the ones that I chose to the exact size by cutting them down. Very helpful since I drove over 45 minutes one way and had no idea what is what with these particular blinds. Thanks guys!

Home Depot is a huge place. People are very helpful and friendly. If you cant find anything, dont be shy, theyll be glad to help you. The prices are really good. Plenty of parking spaces.

I absolutely love the fact that I can find an item online and then pinpoint where it is located in the store! Im not a regular shopper and get turned around in there each rare visit I am in there. The floors reps are great & definitely knowledgeable and show seem genuine about helping, biggest gripe is trying to find one that isnt busy with someone

Went to Home Depot for 12 paint samples. Older gentlemen said your order will be last since thats too many samples. Took thirty minutes for him to start the order and then switches with a pink haired female employee and prioritizes the incoming customers instead of the only order left to be dispensed(mine). Couldnt give me a response for how much longer. I just left the store.

Ordered a flooring measurement online that was smoothly completed. I had to call a few times to get the status of the job as we were hoping to have new carpet installed 7-10 days before furniture delivery (didnt happen). I spoke with a flooring specialist on Saturday, received a few other names to contact, and was told I would hear back on Monday.That didnt happen. When I did finally receive the quote, I had questions and was told to contact the flooring specialist at the store. I have called and asked for a flooring specialist for the past five days across many times (10AM, 1PM, 4PM, 6PM, etc.) without success.I am now calling every 30 minutes asking for a flooring specialist. I get transferred, no one answers, back to the operator, and the cycle repeats. Ill keep trying for the next day or so before moving on.The worst part is that I stopped by in-person and saw no one in flooring - do the flooring specialist still work?

Was able to get a early start on ordering A very good snow shovel for winter snow. They are the only place that have good snow shovels are easy to use without struggling or get out winded, and ache in a person joints.
Friendly staff. People available to help you, if needed. Had what I wanted. I ordered online, went to the store, no wait, had it ready. Out the door in 5 minutes. Recommended.
I will never shop Home Depot again. I spent over 30 minutes trying to find anyone willing to help me find a product. When I did find an sales staff, they told they were too busy to help or it’s not their department. This is a chronic problem. Maybe they should have a couple staff members in each dept looking for people to help. You dropped the ball for the very last time.
