Horrible communication as well as horrible customer service do not recommend this place at all the young lady that works there is very rude and likes to make comments about there customers as well as like to argue on the phone while people are already going through tough times in there life right now! This place is ridiculous and need to change there staff I have rented from them before and never had a problem if I could give no stars I would!

An employee of RAC came to my door demanding a payment. I was surprised because I have never taken out anything with them. Within less than 10 minutes, two other employees came knocking at my door with an intimidating demeanor. Please know, I was alone with two of my children; I was scared. They, as well, demanded a payment. I told them to get off my property, that I do not have a loan with them, and whomever they are looking for does not live here. Luckily, they left.

Went and got a tv from here... It was a pre leased tv. I got there at 6:50 to pick out a tv and the doors where locked. Also.. the tv has scuffs and prior damage on it. And it acts up randomly. Im most definitely taking this tv back.

Brenden is a wonderful person. If you ever need something from the Longmont location, definitely ask for him! He is not only professional but also kind. The last time I spoke with him over the phone I could hear his coworkers laughing in the background, which was pretty disrespectful, especially knowing he was on a call. I really appreciated Brendens attitude and wish there were more people like this guy. He did everything in his power to help make the process smooth.

Bad customer service! Hadnt been there for a few years,but found myself in need of bedroom furniture. Never had any issues with rude staff, but this time my experience was not so great! Will not ever go into this store again!

Great customer service and when I need something they dont say no. If its not in store they try getting it from another store asap.

The female Employee Kelly is really awesome as well as most of the staff. However I filled out an app to buy a mattress and bed from them on line and was approved. I received a call asking me to come into their store and fill out paperwork.. the staff was very friendly and went over all paperwork. I explained to them I had just paid off a fire place from the Loveland store and had a horrible experience and wanted to give there Longmont location a try. I had also explained that I lived in Loveland which they said was t a problem at all. Keep in mind I went in on a Saturday they told me that I would have it delivered that following Wednesday. So I paid the $15 fee to get started and signed all the paperwork work after having been there for an hour. Tuesday morning I took our old bed out of our room and emptied my master bedroom waiting to to get my new mattress and bed the next afternoon. Mind you I slept on the couch with my Fiancé who’s pregnant because we got rid of the bed because we were told we were approved and getting the bed on Wednesday between 3 & 5.. Well the next day being Wednesday at 10:00 A.M . I get a call from the manager asking me why I had late payments on my fire place from the Loveland store. I explained that I had been sold a used one which had pieces broken off, chips, scratches, missing finish, & a missing remote to which the store did nothing which is ridiculous considering I’m paying $600. I then explained how the store would call me 6x a day, 6 times!!! For a payment of $68???!!?? I also explained the manager was Extremely rude and had over a dozen complaints against her. And I alsoSaid that I had changed jobs so my paydays weren’t the same any more but I still paid it all off in 6 months!!! After hearing all this he tells me Ok well we aren’t going to sell you the bed and because you live in Loveland we aren’t going to deliver either.. Are you kidding me?? You wait until the day off delivery after I already got rid of my old bed to say that?? You also make me and my daughter and fiancé wait in your store for an hour telling me I’m approved and you’re going to deliver no problem??!! And now the day of delivery you pull some BS like that ? Wow... Glad I didn’t go through I found the exact same bed and mattress directly from Ashley For almost $2000 cheaper that what I would have paid through you. I don’t appreciate wasting my time and money and effort and leaving us basically high and dry.. not cool...I have notified corporate who are investigating this matter and who have also said that this was not professional at all..

After my first rental with them, I had no issues. Was recommended a msi trident 3 and thought why not. Not only did I have to wait a week for the computer as the monitor and keyboard were destroyed but when I finally received it, the pci board for the graphics card was burnt out. After trying to repair it myself I had to spend out of pocket on a new graphics card only to find out the damage was irreparable. This was after I had to contact the district manager for help. Im now sitting here after waiting 2 1/2 hours for them to pick up the monitor keyboard and mouse, which Im having to do on one of the few days I have to run errands. Was told by the receptionist that they would be here 2 hours ago and was just told they only just left.I dont know if everyone is treated this way but so far this is horrendous and Ive never had such a problem with one company. Im done with this.When they finally showed up. No apologies from them and the manager tried to sell me on another msi. Wasted a month on this nightmare and logging a formal complaint with corporate over this.

Very good store to go to. The staff is very helpful and they will work with you to find the best item for you. I got Ive gotten a couple things from them and then very happy with the items that I purchased.

Rented a washer and dryer for 1 month until the rest of my household items were moved into the house.Had no problems.. very nice and friendly people. delivered and picked up just fine. would use them again.

I have been a long time customer with Rent a Center. I recently rented a washer and dryer from the Longmont store. The dryer has been giving me problems and so I contacted them like they stated to do. According to the service contract they would pick-up mine and let me use another until mine was fixed. Instead they arrived at my house an hour later then my appointment. Gave my mom some reason as to why the dryer is not working, refusing to pick it up. They supposedly fixed the problem that they thought it was and left. My mother tried to use the dryer and it still does not work. She called Rent a Center to complain that it was not fixed and was dismissed. This is a very poor way to treat a long standing customer. Aarons treats their customers way better then Rent a Center. I have a TV that has a lamp. It went out and to order a new one it would have cost me $249 plus shipping to get a new one. I talked to Aarons and they where more than happy to help. I got my new lamp for $185. Now that is how you treat your customers!!

Jen was the greatest, when we first meet she hooked my kids up with crayons and coloring books. I also loved when they had their barBQs☺ I would recommend this location 💯

I have been with rent a center for a couple years, renting anything from bedroom sets to computers, tabs and tvs and have had nothing but very good treatment from the employees. We have had to skip a few payments and they have been there for us and worked with us on that. They are GOOD people to rent from!!

We went here after Aarons sold an AC unit out from under me. They were helpful and polite but most of all efficient. Thank you!

Got the worst customer service ever from the man at the longmont store on main st.. He was extremely rude to our family/friends we gave as reference(said their number were disconnected and when they contacted him on the working phone numbers we provided, he was extremely rude to them both.) He also lied about the matresses being new, and he lied saying he was on the way with the delivery and never even left the store with it. All around awful experience. Luckily denver mattress was very friendly and helpful and still open at 7:30 on a Saturday, so we didnt have to sleep in the floor.

I always have a warm friendly experience when I visit rac and all the people a very friendly and professional I always refer my friends and family to shop at Rac
