Super nice staff girl working the phone sectional was very detailed and informative it’s a shame Best Buy does not offer commission incentives for these folks considering the amount of work they might have to put into a sale. Overall very clean and organized store but did not have the item I was looking for but not due to their location but demand of the product will definitely be back due to the good customer service

Had an unfortunate experience with an associate while buying a new tablet for work. I wanted to compare several products to see what best met my needs, and hoping for some more info from the experts. I was greeted by Stephen and started asking about two of the tablets. He pointed to a smaller tablet and said, This one is better, and its on sale. When I asked him how it was better, he couldnt answer the question. He just kept using phrases like better and faster with no real information. I ended up just using the website to narrow down my choice. For someone looking to spend 3k on a tablet and accessories, it wasnt a great experience 😕 . I usually love coming here specifically for their knowledgeable and friendly associates.

I asked someone for help and he said he’d meet me over there… 5 min later he’s laughing with 2 co workers. So I look for someone else, but everyone else is sitting in their phone or too busy talking to a co worker. I waited and two employees walked right by me. I said “hi…” ready to ask for help and they nodded and walked away. Both of them.Was ready to spend $1200 on things I just needed out of a case.But it’s cool that the staff like each other more than helping anyone.

Hopeless staffer with Geek Squad badge, but not sure if hes a Geek Squad member. We were trying to complete a purchase of an expensive range. He was absolutely hopeless. Part way through, we said we would think about it and left. Bought the range from a very competent person at Home Depot. Better price, better extended warranty.

Just dont bother. Customer service is pretty much non-existent, and when you do manage to talk to someone, they know nothing. Also, the displays dont work. Youd think they would make an effort to get people to shop there, but everytime I go, I end up shopping online - and making sure it isnt this companys web store.

I am not sure what is going on with Best Buy but when I call the geek squad I get someone from another country that literally can barely speak English is not accommodating has no personality and cannot get the story straight. It was the most infuriating and frustrating conversation I’ve ever had. It was like pulling teeth. I called this morning to make an appointment for someone to come out and re-program my universal remote. The person on the phone was adamant that I was going to actually have an appointment today the same day. They said they would be there before 1 o’clock. I asked him three times are you sure the appointment is today to which I replied yes each time. No one showed up. So I called again and was transferred to computer services to which the most unenthusiastic person replied that she could not help me and would transfer me to someone who could. That conversation was 20 minutes long of I’m not sure. I think I was finally able to confirm that I had an appointment for this Monday, November 1 but I honestly could not tell you if that is correct by the end of the conversation. Absolutely infuriating. Might be my last time with the geek squad

We have gone here looking for cables, laptops, and all sorts of things and they do a great job of helping and suggesting alternatives or ordering something they many not have in stock. Recommended.

Best Buy really DOES understand customer service. The only negative issue - and not by much - I have had is standing in line to check out. (I have COPD and a bad back. Using curbeside pickup solved that nicely on my next visit. Sometimes one wants to go up n to see what is available, though.

No customer service at all. They watch you walk by & don’t even ask if you need help. I’m here in the Longmont store, looking for a printer. No one around to help you. I go ask for an associate to call for someone. She said it would be like 5 minutes. No one ever came. So I left! Will not be spending any more money with Best Buy. I walked out the store took a right & bought one from Staples.

Ordered a TV from Amazon during Prime Days. Had to pick it up from Best Buy for some reason. When i got there they asked for a number that was no where on my paperwork from Amazon. Horrible store. I have spent 3 hours now trying to return a laptop that does not work. Haley and Gabe tell me they are the only two people in all of Best Buy I can talk to, and they are unwilling to return it as a manufacturers defective since the Geek Squat cannot even fix it. Its brand new. I was told to call the 800BESTBUY number and was on hold for 2.5 hours....and the phone operators hung up on me twice while trying to transfer me. Then someone swore she could get me to the right department only to land a man who just plainly said he had no idea how to help me and he tried to transfer me and I was on hold for another 30 minutes before giving up tonight. I want my laptop working, and then I will not buy from Best Buy again.

I realized that a lot of places have store policies in place to protect their interests but look when I cant return an item after 30 days Im going to be a little grumpy. I think that exceptions can be made I think that if everything is there for the item and its still in the box and its still brand new it shouldnt be an issue I do not like being treated like Im lying

I wanted to put a new radio and speakers in my car, I decided to go with Best Buy for the installation. The man on the floor asked me the make and model of my car, and showed me the stereos that would fit. He assured me that with the purchase of a radio the instalation would be free. I already owned speakers, and when I asked the installer if he could install them he assured me that they would fit and if I paid for the labor he would be happy to install them.Upon purchasing the radio I was THEN informed I needed to also buy a wiring harness and molding and several other hidden amenities that nearly doubled the original posted price.Upon installation day, I received a phone call saying that the radio that I purchased could not actually be installed because it didnt fit. I had to decide in the moment if I wanted them to put a different radio in my car or cancel the whole process. They then called and told me that they couldnt put my speakers in that day and would have to reschedule me for a week and a half later.I returned my car to install the speakers and, you guessed it, received a phone call saying these speakers wouldnt fit, despite the assurance of an installer. I could buy new speakers or cancel the whole process. Unbelievable. When I went to pick up my car they charged me again for the installation because they couldnt find a receipt for my original purchase. I had to return again with my card to get a refund.Overall, they were misinformed the entire time, and were not able to do what they said they would. When it got done it was not with the equipment I wanted, it was 2 weeks later then it should have been and hundreds of dollars more then advertised. Super unhappy.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM LONGMONT BEST BUY. General Manager Jason should not be in a position of management. Pretty much every item I have purchased from this location has malfunctioned. Printer, car audio, cell phone. All had issues. Management, specifically Jason has done nothing to rectify the problems. Worst possible consumer experience. Stay far away from Longmont Best Buy. I will never step foot in this place again. Calling corporate to file complaints tomorrow.

This was one of the easiest online orders that I have placed in a few months and he did an excellent job after I showed him the picture off my tablet from the website of the Breville juicer I need to purchase and was able to get it done in 5 minutes and then get a receipt from him to take with me and everything was absolutely correct and I left the store about 5 minutes later!

Upon arriving at our appointment at the LONGMONT Colorado location,we were prepared to drop off our Mac book pro for a cleaning etc. I pay $200 every year on best buy . Com for coverage on all my in home devices. This 2pm appointment was by far the worst customer service Ive ever had. The young man seemed side tracked elsewhere and would not talk directly to my 75 year old mother or take the time to explain her system. 😒 My mother who lives with us needed some things explained, she isnt very versed at computers. She also needed the laptop cleaned up. We were told that although they could clean it its not a guarantee that any issues would be gone. The young man said maybe she should go find someone local to mess with it. (Best buy is local) First of all I pay alot to cover our devices and 2nd I made an appointment to bring this laptop in for exactly that. To be cleaned up and checked out. Not happy about how mom was treated nor will I be paying on automatic for next year. Do not bring your devices, TV or any other electronics here.

10 years ago, BB was one of the most hated stores with dishonest employees and pricing scams. The new management did a complete turn around and now it is a great store. I always try to shop here before going to Amazon and frequently succeed. They actually have knowledgable employees who will understand your needs before making a recommendaton. This is rare for this type of store, perhaps thats why they are basically the only one left.Their free electronics recycling is a plus too.

I have been in to this location 3 times attempting to purchase a car stereo. Each time I have asked for help twice. I waited for 20 minutes by the car stereos for the paged employee to come over and assist me in getting the stereo head unit out of the locked cage. No employee ever came to help causing me to leave with nothing each time.

My husband called about a home theatre system. They told him - without looking I guess - that it was out of stock in the Longmont location. They told him to go to Denver because it was there, so we took a two hour round trip drive to Denver, where the system was out of stock. So where was the system? In Longmont the entire time. They just didnt look, and sent us out of town to get it. This is our second issue with them, as last time all we needed was for them to print an old receipt for us so we could return an item to the manufacturer that had malfunctioned. We were told by the manager that there was no way he was going to take the time to do that. We went to Boulder and they printed the receipt in 5 minutes. I would give zero stars if I could. I love Best Buy but Longmont is literally the worst location Ive ever been to.

I ordered a Belkin router in April. I never received it. A week ago I learned the order had been cancelled and I was to receive a refund. As of this morning I have yet to receive it. I strongly suggest that if you need electronic gear to GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!The store never notified me my order had been cancelled. I found out by checking the Best Buys website! Was approved online for a lease through Progressive and could not complete my purchase online. After checking inventory online we came to this store, but the computer we wanted had gone out of stock and we just kept running into road block after road block. The laptop was my daughters Christmas present and we werent leaving the store empty handed. Gabe was a rock star and got us a better computer than we had planned on and gave us the deals that we had found online! This store isnt one I would typically go to as far as convenience but I would return after this experience for anything I need at Best Buy!

Our experience with the sound bar purchase was FANTASTIC! I had read reviews of the different soundbars and had shortlisted it to specific models from two brands. We were met with David from the geeksquad and he suggested we also checkout another brand. Never ever did he push a sale and was very helpful in looking at the products like we would. Ted, who was a product rep, joined in on the discussion and what ensued was a discussion and demos of different products and features. David helped all along, even with enabling our own content on these systems. We decided to buy the product that were educated on and we are so happy with the choice and it was lower priced too compared to what was shortlisted. For the purchase itself, David hooked us up with the sales person who was very knowledgeable of the products and guided us with other options. David had also found an open box item for an accessory we were considering and had it checked before we bought it. At the end of it, we had made a very satisfying purchase and had left the store beaming with excitement to use the product. We have found friends at Best Buy in Longmont.

This location sold me a broken TV and refused to give me a refund even though I had my receipt and had bought the TV that day. Don’t trust this location with your money because if they sell you faulty products they will not take responsibility and they will steal your money. The main gentleman to avoid is a large white male with little to no hair named Brian who refers to himself as a manager in the store. I really hope that the managerial responsibilities Are taken more seriously in the store it’s a shame to see a grown adult making an entire company name look bad Because of way he treats his Customers… I would give this location negative stars if I could. I would also hope that Best Buy looks into hiring new managers so you don’t lose your business Because you definitely lost mine

Was greeted immediately when entering the store, always a nice feeling! Store is very clean and setup well enough to keep social distancing enforced. Went in looking for a new phone and was approached by Peyton! He was nothing but friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. In the end he ended up saving us money through a plan change and we were done with the entire process in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend this store for their friendly demeanor, well laid out floor plan and overall attentiveness to their customers!

Imagine a company that fires an employee, deletes all of their customer appointments instead of rescheduling them, and doesnt tell their customers that their appointments have been cancelled. Then imagine a customer driving 30 minutes for their said appointment (with email confirmation!) only to be told that they no longer have an appointment. Then imagine the customer asking why didnt you tell me my appointment was cancelled?! and rather than apologizing, the employee argues that your appointment wasnt technically cancelled; the employees calendar was just removed when they were fired by corporate. Then imagine the frustrated customer asking for an immediate reschedule, and the employee says our only other person who does these is out on FMLA and we dont know when he will be back, so we cant re-schedule you. You no longer have to keep imagining. This happened to me here. Incredulous incompetence by Best Buy.

This Best Buy is usually a good place to get electronics locally. This weekend I had a bad experience however. First, I just wanted to browse around on my own. But associates kept walking up, aggressively, letting me know if I had questions to ask. I appreciate the helpfulness, but sometimes I just want to look. If I dont engage with the first 3 people, dont send 3 more.Second, they were having some issues because an alarm kept going off every few minutes that was loud and ear piercing. Not something you want when trying to shop for speakers.Third, I was trying to find a 4k player. When I did finally have questions for someone to answer they kept talking my ear off but not answering my questions.In the end, I was frustrated enough that I felt I would just go online at home to do my shopping. It was not a pleasant environment.It hasnt always been this way, but this weekend thats how it was.

Bad we order a dishwasher and I told the salesperson multiple times that we needed it delivered and installed in the morning due to the fact I work 3rd shift he was like ok but then I get call day before delivery date and then they say we cant deliver tell after 1pm. Im sorry but my time is just as Valuable as their time and we live in a 24hr society. I told them what needed to happen and yet they didnt live up to their expectations. I consider this very bad professionalism on best buys part!. Update on review the guys at Appliance pros were nice but after installation dishwasher didnt work so I went to best buy on ken Pratt and dude was helpful but like I stated earlier I need it to be delivered in the morning but I just got call from xpo and they said theyll be there after 11am. They don’t answer the phone at all. No point in trying that. I tried to exchange a air fryer that I bought for my mom as a Christmas gift, was suppose to be “new” but it was used, they couldn’t exchange it for a new one, instead they gave me store credit of the air fryer when I bought it at a discounted price. The original price is $60, I paid $30, they said I couldn’t get a new one exchanged even when I said I’m fine having a new one delivered, they said they can’t do that because it’s out of stock. And then I ask another worker about the air fryers they had on display and he tells me that the fryer I exchanged is in stock . This place is rude & obviously doesn’t care about the customers. Never shopping at a Best Buy again .
