My 4 year old dishwasher that I had purchased from a box store in town died. I shopped around for a new one and was told 2-3 weeks before I could have one installed by the box stores I checked with. We went to Warrens and although they didnt have a large selection, they had a competitive priced dishwasher AND they could have it installed that week! Fast, efficient, and competent. I couldnt ask for more!
DEPENDABLE appliances, great service 👍. Knowledgeable staff 👍
Hes coming tomorrow to fix my fridge. So far they seem great. They come highly recommended.
Their staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I bought the perfect refrigerator from them. Im completely satisfied! Forget the rip off big box stores.
I had them come to my home to repair my refrigerator because the coils keep freezing up. The service man was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and honest about the fact that there is no final fix for this problem except to buy another refrigerator.Great service.
Outstanding service! These guys are THE DEFINITION of customer service. We had a painless buying experience, with several recommendations for what we needed. The guys showed up right when they said they would be here and were incredibly careful with removal of our old washer/dryer. No mess, no hassles, and great guys. I love small family businesses that definitely take care of their customers!10 stars!
Buy new. Dont waste your money here. With new, you have the manufacturer or the store to stand behind their product. Warren does not stand behind their repairs and they lie about their repairs not being right, thinking their customers are too stupid to verify what they say or know better. Wont do business with these people ever again!
What a great experience. You can tell that this is a family operation with generations of experience. We just needed the seal fixed on a washer and they didnt mind doing a job so small. Quick response times, very friendly and knowledgeable person, and a good price. Two thumbs wau up for Warren Appliance
These guys are pretty awesome, they are helpful and extremely honest. I service my washer and dryer here with them every year. Very neat and tidy when they make house calls and are very good about keeping in touch with you if they need to order parts or service your equipment in the shop
Tale of two stores:Deal with Warren Appliance at your own risk. There’s good will and there’s bad will.I had been a customer of Warren’s for fifteen years. I bought one or two washing machines from them and two dryers (I have two buildings on my property that have laundry rooms),. I also had them do the repairs during this time. I can’t say they sell the best machines but overall they have been adequate. In June of 2016 I bought a used dryer from them at their recommendation. My old dryer needed a new timer for $150. I decided it was more cost effective to get another dryer. This is what they told me at the time that greatly influenced my decision. We decided to get a rebuilt dryer. The service man highly recommended the dryer as it is very durable with few repair needs. He said it will last a long time. He said the new model of these has the same mechanical parts and he said it wasn’t worth spending twice the money. He knew that our dryer gets a lot of use and he felt very confident in selling it to me. I did appreciate him looking to save me money but on his end he may actually make more money selling his rebuilt ones versus a new one. With the service call and delivery charge the dryer cost me over $400 and I could have gotten a new one for $200 or $300 more.So less then three years later in March 2019 the dryer needed a new heating element – the cost of repair $155. Now three months later the drum is making a horrible noise and the dryer only works intermittently. When he was hyping the dryer to me there was no caveat that there’s always a possibility that it could break down anytime and that would have influenced my decision to buy it. It’s not like I don’t know there are lemons and machines break down but they also personally rebuilt it and tested it – this wasn’t manufactured in a plant.I called to see what could get worked out especially having been a customer all these years. I guess they don’t value customer relations. I have no beef with their only being a ninety day warranty on a rebuilt dryer but that wasn’t the issue. The most he was willing to do was maybe give me free parts or a 20% discount on the parts depending on the problem. That in it self was ok and appreciated. But he absolutely refused to come out at no charge (They charge $75 for an assessment) and then he would let me know the cost of repair and what he would do for me. I only live 4-5 miles away. So basically he was saying pay me $75 and we will assess the problem and then let you know what we will do for you. If it wasn’t worth fixing I’m out $75 and they would have probably tried to sell me another rebuilt dryer. Good will is taking care of your customers so for $75 dollars they lost a customer of fifteen years who is honestly disgusted with them. Pretty stupid trade off in my book. Read some of the other negative reviews on how they conduct business. On the other hand to fill this out. The same day I had to get some carpet pad and tack strip to repair some carpets that had gotten wet due to flooding from a recent hail storm. I went to Family Carpet One Floor and Home at 1401 Ken Pratt Blvd Suite B, Longmont, CO 80501 where I had bought flooring many years ago. The owner recognized me and gave me the supplies for free. True it didn’t amount to much money but the gesture was very much appreciated. This is how you establish good will and have a satisfied customer who feels good and wants to come back and do business.Need I say more.
We purchased a used washer and dryer. The dryer stopped working shortly after we purchased it, and they came out to fix it three times. During the third visit they told us to come by and pick out a different unit, and since then we havent had any problems. They were always professional and timely, and stand by the product they sell.
Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable I had some very specific requirements I needed for my washer and dryer. The staff found exactly what I needed in my price range and delivered it. I couldnt be more happy with the service
The owner himself came out and fixed a problem with my washing machine. He was very personable. Was done in no more than 1/2 hr. Was very reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend.
Matt was here to service our dryer. He did a great job, showed us what was needed, and successfully repaired it. Outstanding job. Thanks very much, Matt and Warren Appliance.
Ive used these guys for repairs a few times. They are excellent....know their stuff....fix it right the FIRST time, and they dont hesitate to tell you if it isnt worth fixing. Thats service you can TRUST! A rare thing these days.
Very friendly and great quick service. Thank you!
Repair call on a GE Dishwasher: after I told them on the phone that it was a GE they sent a repairman out the next day. He looked at the dishwasher over for about 30 sec and said we dont really repair GEs he then offered to sell me a dishwasher. He only charged half of the $70 for the short visit but I still feel a bit taken. I will not be using these guys again. 2 stars only because he only charged half the fee for the visit.
Great experience as always! I called to order a part and was given detailed DYI instructions on how to do the repair for cheaper. I have purchased new and used appliances, and parts at Warren Appliance and will continue to do so.
Giant ripoff! Like new prices for old crappy appliances. It had to be fixed shortly after purchase. Looks to be funding a lot of face picking and teeth loosing if you get what I’m saying. Don’t spend your money here!
I decided to have my Maytag washer fixed instead of buying another used one. Even though it is an oldie but goodie, I was told it was worth it to get it fixed. They were professional, helpful and pleasant to work with.
In FEBRUARY 2017, Warren Appliance attempted to rebuild an older model Maytag washer for us. They charged us $715.76 for the repair, and the machine was leaking when it was returned to us. First it leaked water, then oil. They claim that some other part failed right after it was returned to us. Their repair work is supposedly under warranty, so after Warren Appliance gave up on figuring out why it was leaking, they agreed to give us $500 credit IF we purchased a new washing machine through their business. We agreed to that and ordered a top loader Speed Queen washer. After approx. a week, we decided maybe we should go ahead and order a matching dryer, did so, but, due to unexpected expenses, cancelled the order after a few more days (dryer had not been shipped to Warren). In late JUNE, we were told the new washer was in the store and they would deliver it on a certain day, but no one showed up. Then there was no communication unless we initiated it. On JULY 7, we finally walked into the store to request a refund or delivery because the total price of the washer had appeared on our credit card a month earlier. The response was to treat us with disrespect and argumentative behavior reflecting intimidation. When Warren Appliance finally delivered the new washer, they only refunded $200 of the full price on the washer rather than the $500 agreed to, claiming it was because we had cancelled the dryer purchase. The dryer was never part of the settlement agreement for the $500 refund; the dryer was ordered at a later date. When Warren Appliance delivered the washer, they refused to give us the refund check unless they could take the older Maytag washer along. Maybe you will get some of those slightly used parts in your next repair? - we did use the leaky Maytag for 4 months before the new machine was delivered. They also charged $929.99 for the new washer, which we have discovered is $60 more than the UMRP Speed Queen dealer price of $869.00. Totally screwed - in so many ways. You could get lucky, but we suggest that you check around for other repair places and dealers first. This complaint posting is delayed because we gave Warren’s management a chance to settle this complaint through the Better Business Bureau, but they refused.
I usually dread service calls, but your tech Matt was right on time, very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing! He repaired our 20+ year old washing machine and was done in less than 1/2 hour! Good experience!! I highly recommend Warren Appliance for your service needs.
Great service. Really appreciate their willingness to do a detailed diagnostic and be willing to tell me its not worth fixing.
Polite but I unfortunately got ripped off. Parts for my own repair were up charged by an incredible amount... I dont mind supporting local but if I can find the same thing for less than half and have it delivered, than something is wrong. .... Im sure if you have no idea how to fix your own stuff ots a great plac
ALMOST CAUSED A HOUSE FIRE... Mr. Warren came to my house to fix my dryer which was not working and said that it was fixed. He charged me and went on his way. Instead of actually fixing it he removed the safety switch and said that it is almost entirely unnecessary. It is something that they started to install many years ago and all they do is malfunction and cause the dryer to stop working. He short circuited the system by splicing a wire around the safety switch. My girlfriend was doing laundry later that day and said that she smelled burning. Smoke started to fill the basement and the clothes nearly burnt her hand when she ran downstairs to stop the dryer. The actual problem was that the casing for the heating element had melted and short circuited onto the heating element itself. It essentially became a conduit for all of the electricity and almost started a fire. THANK GOD MY GIRLFRIEND WAS HOME AND DIDNT LEAVE THE HOUSE AND DOGS ALONE!!!!!! Mr. Warren did not accept responsibility for the situation and a SEARS technician came and found the problem right away. Mr Warren refused to give me a refund even though I threatened to write a bad review. Well here is the result of that. Good Luck to you if you decide to use this corner cutting, code dodging company.
Ordered and paid for refurb fridge/delivery/removal of old one. Greg showed up to deliver it and was very rude - refused to take old one due to not being willing to disconnect water line -which they never asked about or told me to have a plumber disconnect -and even though they had done a service call at the home prior. We had used their services before and thought they were great, but the last two times he was out, it seems like he couldnt care less. After being a jerk, he watned me to come down to the store to credit my card back for the refund so it would save him money. Aggravation and complete waste of time!
Provided warranty service promptly and without hassle. Dryer works great.
Great people to deal with for your appliance needs. Friendly owners.
Expensive and they just like to through parts at the problem not really fix it
Horrible company. We bought a fridge and it stopped working 1 month later and they wont validate warranty because I dont have a ticket number, which they never said we needed for warranty- they delivered it and have our name on file. Will be filing a complaint with BBB. Dont ever shop here!
They charged me and the fridge never worked. Like other reviewers no refund... even though they kept the fridge.
Got bad advice and repairing of my dryer cost me a lot more money than it should have
They are amazing!
Great service
