My spouse and I unknowingly went in 15 minutes before closing, needing just one thing and knew where it was located. We were among many coming into the store at that time. Who I assume was a manager was rude about it to everyone. There was a time when a store would simply lock the door at closing, let the customers already inside do their shopping and let them out of the store when done. When a business is this busy, extension of hours ought to be considered.

Great selection, well stocked, and staffed with the reliably friendly folk if Longmont.

I really liked it here. The employees were friendly and it was easy to find things. They have tons of kitchen appliances and pretty much anything you would need around the house. The products there are high quality and they really add a lot to any house. I recommend this place if you are looking for stuff to decorate and spice up your house.

I have shopped at this location for years. Recently, I visited to purchase Hanukkah candles, which they have carried for 15+ years. The young check out clerk did not know what they were, and was not interested in finding out whether they were carried. I had to track down a manger to ask, and was told that the store wasnt doing Jewish stuff this year. I am disappointed in both the service and lack of diverse product.

It looked like the store was going to close; perhaps bankruptcy on the horizon?

After purchasing a new home, we purchased approximately $1000 worth curtains and hardware, only the run into numerous problems exchanging and refunding some of the items, then only to be told we understand but we cannot refund any more items. First, keep receipts, second think about other places to shop for home items.

Ive had nothing but good experiences at this specific location, and my visit tonight wasnt any different! Many Associates asked if we needed any help, and one went above and beyond (pun!) to help me and got all of my questions answered! The store was adjusted for social distancing, and we also appreciated the hand sanitizer throughout the store as well!

I had ordered three platters via mail order two arrived broken they replaced them with no problem.

I was unable to use my online coupon because their system was down, and unable to look it up using my phone. Soooo, i paid 20% more! The cashier was less than helpful.

The store has been reorganized and a lot of clutter removed. Its ever so much easier to navigate and to find goodies that one simply must have. Their latest Christmas goodie -- the snowman with twinkly lights -- is delightful.

I went in looking for something that I wasnt even sure anyone made. I needed to find a duvet cover for a 60 inch by 80 inch blanket. Sydney stopped by the area and asked if I needed help. I explained that I was looking for this cover for this special weighted blanket. I have multiple sclerosis and I purchased this blanket in hopes of sleeping better since my symptoms keep me awake. Sydney was amazing and researched my request. She priced checked and looked through the website for me. In talking with Sydney, I decided to purchase all new bedding in hopes that it may assist with my sleep. Sydney did a great job and even gave me a hug when I was explaining my MS and how it affects my daily life. If you need assistance ask for Sydney, she is amazing! Overall, this store has a friendly staff and I will definitely continue to shop here!

This store is a disaster. I found it very difficult to know what was on clearance, and many of the items I looked at did not have price tags on them or prices listed above them on the shelf. I was looking at bedding and saw two large spiders crawling on the pillows. Even with this, I still bought some things. I wish I wouldnt have. One girl working the customer service desk, which is almost always the only desk that is open. Another guy, in some type of management position, came as back up. While I was waiting in line, he just stared at me, instead of saying, I can help you! I could go into detail about what else occurred (cashier was incredibly rude to me and made me feel like an idiot), but this would be too long. To wrap it up, came home with my new duvet cover, only to find that they did not remove the security tag for me. So now I have to go back to have it removed.

I love this store. The employees are very kind and helpful. The store is always clean and organized. 💜

I had a water seltzer system, which had broken. I stopped by and to exchange it. I didnt have my receipt with me, but the clerk went above and beyond to assist me. I was able to get the exchange done with the system and was done with all within a few minutes. I LOVE shopping here, they always have great deals and work with me on the coupons I have.

They give you a gift card that is made of paper. Better use it fast! Their stuff is good quality but sort of expensive

Had looked in similar stores but found what I needed at B,B, and B. The associate, Aspen, very helpful and asked questions that she used to get me to the correct aisles. Great selection and prices.

I buy all my major and minor appliances here because of their awesome return policy. I have saved so much money over the years by exchanging defective products. It might be a bit more than amazon initially, but when your $500 dyson dies you can replace it with no problem. The staff at this particular store is so friendly and helpful.

The store is a gas. I could wander in there all day. Found what I needed and a couple other items (always) that I thought would help our kitchen process. Staffing was minimal, which was only very minor drawback. Great time, great products.

Personality of a mildewed kitchen towel & unflinching cow-in-headlights expression.Somewhat akin to Mrs. Wiggins in an old Carol Burnett skit.

I went shopping for electric toothbrush and Waterpik. Found a reasonable product that was still new in the box and not a store shelved return. The cashiers were both friendly and knowledgeable of the product I had purchased.

This is a great store with or without a 20% coupon. I get my coffee here and I try to time the sales on the coffee with the 20% off coupons. They just might have what you want for your place. Lots of art work, bedding, curtains, bathroom, kitchen, dishes, vacuums, and couples can even do a wedding registry.

This store always has what I need in stock and great customer service!

Fantastic customer service here. The store employee helped me find a matching sheet set to the one I had already located, (and needed another) then she got it down from waaay high on the shelf for me. She was in the middle of stocking when I interrupted her to ask if they might have another matching set and she had such a great attitude about the whole thing. This was the first time my husband and I were in this store and we were very impressed with the caliber of the merchandise and the friendliness of the staff.

Good place, clean people were nice at this location today. We got a cast iron pan for $40 kinda pricey, but a good product.

The cashier Kelly was very nice and helpful! She helped me find things I couldnt and gave over the top customer service! She made my tip 100% better!

I just watched a woman at customer service ask about a vacuum she had purchased and apparently the cashier had given her the wrong one by mistake. The manager took her purchase from her and wouldnt give it back and when the woman became upset she just laughed at her! She was so condescending and rude and shes a manager. So sad to see such terrible customer service at one of my favorite stores. Ill be going to Denvers store from now on.

Worst experience ever. All employees at this location are ignorant and disgusting to their customers. First off, the first guy to check my items out was mean. I asked if they had any rewards programs, and he completely missed what I was saying. He said Are you talking about coupons? in the meanest way. I was CLEARLY talking about rewards points. Along with that, I had a coupon that was $15 off a purchase of $50 or more. The total came up to around $67, and we wanted to make the total around $50-55. We asked to take off a pair of slippers to make it there, and they refused. They kept saying that they couldnt use it then. However, the total would have been $56, so I didnt see a problem. I continued to explain what I meant, and they continued to ignore what I was saying. The two people helping me were that brown haired guy from before, and some blonde woman.After thirty minutes of them arguing with me, they finally agreed, but obviously only so I would leave. I just wanted to walk out. This is the LAST time Im ever coming to this Bed Bath & Beyond.

Was next in line and when it was my turn to go through checkout cashier literally yelled at me, put her hand out to stop me from approaching and told me the lady in another line which was customer service help desk had been waiting longer. Not only was it embarrasing but extremely rude. Needless to say I decided against my purchases and left.

I love looking around in this store. However even with 20% coupons it can still be pricey.

The women manager that worked there this morning was so rude to me and was rude at the other 2 ladies that worked at the store. I have spent $600 in the last couple days and need a few more items. One item was out of stock, they offered the display model that had stains on it but wouldn’t give me more than 10% off the manager said well we are getting it back in stock so why would I give more of a discount. I then checkout and noticed 2 items that were in the clearance area where full price, I bought the same items a few days earlier for $1.19 and now they were over the oringal price tag, they had to get a manager to fix the price. The manager over the walkie talkie said no she wouldn’t fix as they were planning on sending them back. I told the employee that this wasn’t fair as they were still in the clearance area and that I wanted to talk to the manager. They called her on the walk-in and you hear it around the corner and there she appeared like she was listening to our conversation. After telling her if they wanted to send them back then they shouldn’t have them out on the floor and in the clearance area she finally fix the price. I tried to be kind and calm and said thank you but every remark out of her mouth kept getting more rude as I was walking out she was continuing to be rude to the 2 employees. This lady needs an attitude check and demoted as it seems she is power hungry and will make life for the customers and employees miserable.

No more soda stream refills, last reason for me to visit this store. I no longer feel bad using Amazon for everything now.

During Christmas I forgot to bring in my coupons. I knew that I could bring them back and they would let me use them by going off my receipt. Turns out, my order was very confusing because some items that had been on sale were no longer on sale and vise versa. Melaine and Phil works for almost an hour trying to make sure I got all the money back that I could. They were so nice and helpful!! I have always had good experiences in this store but this was above and Beyond!

I purchased three boxes of the Creacendo wine glasses and was dissapointed to find that one of the boxes was missing two glasses. Given that these are very expensive, I was initially pretty upset. I immediately returned the box to the store, and on my word alone - how could they verify? - they got me replacements and a coupon for the trouble. Needless to say I am very impressed with the customer service here. Will return!

The variety of inventory is quite impressive, but I found the staff to be a little rude and condescending.

I have gone to the Longmont location for Bed, Bath, and Beyond for many years, and have never had a bad experience until recently. I was in the store looking for a new Keurig coffee machine and a Shark vacuum. I had a pleasant experience in regard to the vacuum; a store employee helped me find the model I wanted, and walked me through the differences and similarities in different models. However, when it came to select my new coffee machine, the store manager, Paul, was very rude - clearly not desiring to sell any of the products offered by the store. There was a floor display of a single Keurig coffee machine, and it looked nice, however there was no price displayed. Seeing the store manager nearby, I asked him to help me with a price check. Not even making eye contact with me, and seeming extremely annoyed he said, There are multiple Keurig models. I then replied, Can you tell me how much this specific one costs? as I pointed to the Keurig in question. He said, They range in price. I then repeated, How much does this specific model cost?(again, I pointed). He vigorously flipped the box upside down, nearly throwing it down onto the display. He scanned it with his price gun and snapping at me, said, $129 He then walked away, leaving the box upside down and me in shock. Needless to say, I did not purchase the Keurig. I purchased the vacuum, however that will be the last item I purchase from the Longmont store. If you are looking to shop at a Bed, Bath, and Beyond, I recommend not going to the one located in Longmont.

Prices are high. Coupons help but are not super competitive. I shop here for linens that are sometimes difficulty to find in other stores.
