Quality Paint and great service!

I was looking for a particular paint that my contractor used four years ago. I called the store, and the sales rep was very patient and persistent in finding the correct paint using the computer system and my limited information I had to give her. She also was able to answer all of my questions about different types of paint. Placing the order and picking it up was very easy.

Always a pleasure to do business with this store. The work staff are so friendly and helpful with any questions in mind. I appreciate their professional background and helpful suggestions to make my work look good due to the proper high end quality materials. Thanks for all the helpful suggestions and patience. Came in this morning, staff at store, made me feel like I was disturbing them, glad Guirys / Diamond Vogel was around the corner. Would give zero stars if I could.

If you want to whitewash your fence, AKA Tom Sawyer go to a big box store and get cheap paint.If you want to get great quality paint that will look good, go on well, adhere to your old paint, not drip excessively or peel in the next decade, come here. Yeah it definitely costs more. But a Mercedes costs more than a used Yougo... I have read other reviews that talk about paint matching, and they said good things. Heres my tale, they correctly matched my architectural shingle. Beat that. Customer service is wonderful. They have knowledgeable staff, who sometimes take a few minutes to do something difficult. But they are always polite and kind.

The girl that helped me got my color exact, spot on. I had multiple touch ups on a paint job that was done 14 years ago. She was also super nice and super customer friendly. She offered me different types of paints and explained the difference to me. She was great!

Great place for all your painting needs. We will return again just for the customer service not to mention the quality of the product.

I did asked a ton a questions and got very accurate answers from Lylea at the Sherwin-Williams at Broadway store near West 470.

The customer service was incredible! I came in with my two kids. Before I entered the store, they were holding the door open for me. They were helpful with all of my questions. They even helped me find a coupon for my order. Then they helped me bring the paint to my car. I was very impressed!

I’ve been searching local SW stores for several months about a particular paint made by one of your PA stores. TODAY is the 1st time a SW employee even attempted to help me. Up to this point, I’d heard, “WHAT is THAT?!?!? That can NOT be done in CO.” UNTIL TODAY. TODAY, in your S Broadway store, a young man by the name of James killed it customer service wise!At FIRST, he had the same reaction as I’d heard before. BUT, he LISTENED to me... and then we went on a search. Long story short, he is pretty sure he can help me after I gather a bit more info.Not only did he help me/give me hope to find this special request for a customer of mine, but we were interrupted by fellow employees who needed help no less than 6 times. I asked if he was the store Mgr. Nope. “Just a part timer”. Well, lemme tell you... there’s nothing “just” about James!He obviously knows his stuff! In addition to that, he finds answers, knows answers, gives answers, has a fantastic attitude, and is just someone I will go to for future info & help.I dunno if you give gold stars, kudos, bonuses or even raises to those who receive 5 stars, but James should get all that AND more. Up til this point, I’ve been a Home Depot Behr girl with my acrylic pourings, but you’ve just gained a new Sherwin Williams customer... because of James. Well done, young man!

The store at Broadway and Mineral in Littleton, CO gave me great service at a good price for a good product.

The paint, while more expensive than that at a box store, is absolutely worth it for how easy it goes on. The Cashmere is my favorite.

I have never had such a bad experience in a store. The employee was quite possibly the most unhelpful person Ive ever encountered. When I asked for advice finding a red that was more blue based and would not look orange, he stated that youre asking the wrong person. I know nothing about color. We cant help you with color. Its a liability issue. I was perplexed and said, but you work in a paint store. Who can help me with color? He told me to go to a different store. Unbelievable!! So, I did. I went to another Sherwin Williams store in Highlands Ranch and they were wonderful. Anyone who expects customer service should avoid the Sherwin Williams store on Broadway and Mineral. I will never step foot in that store again.

Matched up old Kwal paint perfectly. I went in to the Sherwin Williams paint store on Broadway at Mineral. The salesman was excellent. He took a gallon can of the paint used in my Family Room a few years ago. The can was rusted and the oil separated from color etc. He matched perfectly the shade of brown, unbelievable. Sure saved me a lot of time and $$$. Thank you Sherwin-Williams

Use to be Kwal paints, now Sherwin W, same personnel, easily match old Kwal paint colors. Staff very helpful and friendly

I had a great experience. I asked for a stain match to furniture and the staff at this location assisted me with no wait time. They were able to get the match done and everything came out great. I appreciate the good service!

Needed 1 quart for touch up. That only comes in 5 gallons, they say. I dont need 5 gallons, just a quart. Reluctantly, they agree to make me 1 gallon, then try to charge me $69 for it. Thats for one gallon. This is for their lowest grade eggshell interior paint. There are no prices posted on any item in the store, so they can try to get whatever the customer will pay.I balked at $69 for a gallon of paint, so the guy scanned a code he had on the register that said, Use this for pricing when customer threatens to leave or take their business elsewhere. Apparently, its so common they just keep the sticker handy.Also, this store is only open until 5pm weekdays and is closed on Sunday. They dont post hours online, so I had to make several trips to find a time when they were even open. I dont write many reviews, but hoped I could save you the trouble - avoid this store.
