I tried to spend some money in my local store today (Belleview and Federal) but no one was particularly interested in assisting me. There were two associates in appliances that apparently had better things to do. One of them actually encouraged me to leave and take my business elsewhere or to search and purchase everything online. I did. I went to the competition right down the block and I received excellent customer with a smile. The competition received the sale. Im at the beginning of a complete home renovation so Im sure the competition will be happy to price match all my future purchases. I probably wont even need the home Depot app because the competition looked for the information for me. π§π€ππ€·Get Outlook for Android
Amiee went above and beyond to help me. I was on my way out the store and she asked if she could help. Got me to the right associate. Name emmery that called another store to find what Iβm looking for. Iβm so satisfied with there customer service. Amazing. Give your self a pat on the back. Because customer service like that is hard to find.
I always enjoy a store thats not too overly crowded and this one was in that sweet spot. I had some returns to make and some stain to purchase - both associates from their respective departments were friendly and knowledgeable. I asked a couple of questions to the fellow in the paint department and received satisfactory answers - he even made it a point to come find me a few moments later with some additional information that he felt I needed to know. He also offered to put my chosen can of stain onto the shaker to make sure it was freshened up. Lastly it was the same thing at check out - respectful staff offering their help. I truly appreciate a little bit of customer service and this Home Depot nailed it. I should mention that I was at a nearby Lowes just before, and Ill just say that I left there quite dissatisfied - I wont be going back there for a bit. Thanks Home Depot.
Extremely busy but at least well staffed. Didnt have to ask for help, twice I was approached and asked and they helped me find what I was looking for. Like all other projects though another trip is mandatory for yet more stuff. Luckily its right across the street, my second home.
I wanted to share a huge KUDOS to the staff here, especially Sam, Austin and Kenny who are three young men who were a major help to my husband and I on a very hot Memorial Day Weekend! We were there to get a 50 bags of mulch and a very heavy work bench, they helped us load it all, and were all very sweet, professional and a massive help. It was hot and of course not fun for anyone have to be the ones working on a long weekend! Thank you guys so much! Home Depot, you are lucky to have these young men on your team!

There is literally NONE of any brand.The lady at the phone sale counter is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I wish you could clone her so Im not waiting in line for 20 minutes. Or just promote her to run the whole store, she seems to know what shes doingThankfully Lowes had plenty of fire foam. Maybe Ill start going there for everything else, tooUPDATE: here I am waiting in line for a phone sale. I make it to the front and the employee wordlessly gathers up her stuff and leaves. There is one person now trying to do phone sales.

Every time I go into this store Iβm met with kids younger in experience than me. I have a bad knee and have asked for help getting simple items, like tapeβ¦ Im told the tape is across the store. It is apparent I have pain walking and even ask if someone can please get it for me. βWere too busy and if we did it for you, then wed have to do it for everyone.βI rented a trailer for 2 weeks and was quoted $222, $100 a week. I brought it back in 14 days where I was told the rental was late and was charged $450+. Home Depot calls a week at 4-Days and at $49 per day. βThe person who sold you the trailer should have told you that, but you still owe $450+. Now if I had been told that in the beginning, and not quoted $222 for 2-calendar weeks, I would have rented a trailer elsewhere or at the least returned it in 8 days. Oh, then they put the charge on my Home Depot card overextending my credit limit by $104 which inspired a Saturday morning collection call from citi-bank asking me to bring my account current.I am far better to drive the distance to Boulder Colorado and shop at McGuckinβs hardware then to ever go to a Home Depot again. And truly, this is my plan. I am also going to pay off my Home Depot credit card closing my account behind me. The lack of customer service and store knowledge Appears to be a shining light at Home Depot and especially this store.Did you look at the hundred or so random photos here? Great photos, but only 5 have an employee in them. Out of 100+ pictures, 5β¦.

It is a store that offers us to repair our house inside and out and it also has plants and many things for this our home.
Online ordering delivery estimates are pretty much a joke. During order it said βsame day delivery,β upon checkout it turned into βtomorrow by 8pm,β. 8pm day of delivery I get a call saying my order now has a 2 WEEK shipping window and lucky me βI wonβt have to pay for shipping twice as my order has to come from another location.β My order was $90 shipping charge being delivered down the street from the store for common mulch.. not lumber, steel, or anything complicated.As an update they just cancelled my order all together
Terrible customer service. We needed something off a top shelf and waited over 30 min for someone with the forklift, that never came. Lost another customer to the nearest Loweβs.
The Asst. Mngr Jeremy was great at addressing my comments. π Richard in plumbing was amazing after a younger associate had started helping me and then got distracted and left. Yikes π³! Richard came right over and helped me out with my items ( about $500.00) and then Tiffany ( with her arm in a sling...)was Checking my items out. Then a young associate Adrien told Her to go to training just before Tiffany was completed checking my Order. Huh?! π³ I connected with Jeremy again and He assured me that it wasnt store policy... as Adrien had insisted. Yikes! I dont want to be in THAT staffing, or DO I? π Either way, the Littleton Colorado Home Depot is much better managed than most of the others distinctively! Bravo for being Hands On Managers!!!

The company I represent has me pick up needed materials for certain job sites so I spend a lot of time at many home depots so its nice to go into one where you have knowledgeable employees. Always helpful and helping you finding the product that you are looking for? Easy in/out. This is one of the greater ones I have returned too.

Things are unorganized, sometimes youβll find an employee to help you, but you typically find everything you need.Update, 09/07/21Apparently when you return items with no receipt they will treat you like a thief. I will be taking my 20k to 40k spending a year to Loweβs.

We needed a certain cabinet and had trouble finding one without defects. We were lucky to run across Kyle, a store employee, who helped us swap out drawers between different damaged cabinets to complete a structurally sound product. He is definitely a stand out employee and should be recognized for his exceptional customer service.
Thatβs a typical Home Depot. Pretty easy access from the road and they large parking lot as well with plenty of parking spaces. Its a big store hard to find a lot of stuff and itβs busy thereβs not a lot of workers thatβs kind of how Home Depot is I guess
I did a curbside pickup, and it was very easy to do. I will do more curbside pickups in the future.

They (employees) dont seem to want to help. I had to go back out to parking lot to get a cart for a big piece of wood. Which is all not marked. So your to guess on what your getting. Also employees just look at you. Hoping you didnt see them. I get it from this home depot they dont want to help women. Thats sad
Purchased a small 18 inch dishwasher. After getting an installer to come look at it it wont quite fit. Contacted Home Depot about exchanging it for a smaller one - no dice. Unlike their other main competitors, they dont accept returns or even exchanges for that matter even if the appliance was purchased an week earlier and it hasnt been touched/opened. Now Im stuck with it.

Dave was absolutely wonderful!!! He was in the window/doors section but still helped me cut all my wood for a project Iβm working on. I needed a lot of cuts all at different measurements and he was kind and patient the whole time. Thank you so much, Dave!!!
We are doing the controls on a Chiller replacement at Arapahoe Community College. The Home Depot on Bellevue and Santee had all the electrical parts I needed.Very good service on the check out process.
Couldnt find help locating a basin wrench, and no help could be found to help carry out a portable AC... and when help did show up they had a mouthful of food or candy and I just dragged it out myself. Will not return to this location sadly.

Its now Wednesday April 21st..... NO GRILL / Told earliest date to deliver is now Sat. April 24th and please be home between 6:00am & 8:00pm ????? no explanation for mix up as its just someone elses fault. Dont feel like a valued customer even though we dropped $450.00 on this.Stay away from this store!!!!

I normally shop at Lowes. Tonight was a pure disaster trying to find help in lighting. I went to this Home Depot, expecting to have a similar experience. But, Larry works here in electrical. Cheers to Larry. We walked up and down the shop lighting aisle looking for a fluorescent light to go under my cabinet for a kitchen herb garden. Nothing is small enough as everything is LED now. But, he found a grow light that was perfect for the cabinet over my sink. Never gave up after hearing my grievances with other LED grow lights I use where I dont need to look at them (they caste awful hues). Give that man a raise. Best Home Depot employee I ever have worked with to find a solution. Thanks Larry.
I love The Home Depot. Iβm a professional shopper there, 2-3 times a week... most Depotβs are great... except the one on Federal and Belleview. What happened. What a mess, totally unorganized, a lot of the employees are put off by the other employees and how disorganized the βotherβ departments are. Even if this one is close to me, I just drive past it to go to a different Depot. Years back, this was a great store. I still wonβt go to the Loweβs 1000β away, so this should tell you something. Really, this should tell HD management something.... Please clean this place up and become presentable again. The neighborhoods deserve this from you...

Ahhh I had a 3 star review but I forgot about my boy Jeremy who is a manager here at this location and heβs awesome. In addition from the bad experience I had w a GM here who apparently doesnβt thing inventory or customer service is important, it was and has been made correct by guys like Jeremy and also another manager at the return side. Every-time I see her, she does something amazing to make things right and she has common sense just like Jeremy. Iβll figure out here name and come back to invest even more time bc seriously itβs bc of these 2 extraordinary managers that I changed my review from a 1 star to a 3 star to a 5 star.
This is a shout out for the outstanding customer service I received the other day from Caroline Hyde. She was very helpful in tracking down an order I placed for some doors and explaining certain discrepancies with the shipping of the items. Her entire demeanor and professionalism was second-to-none, and she deserves the praise as it was clear she wanted to do anything she could to help. Ask for Caroline if you need anything in the store!
This was a typical Home Depot visit to get keys and a return made. The transactions were seamless, the employees were helpful and I was out as quickly as I had entered. Would visit again.
I go to this location all the time. There were an unusual amount of employees standing around the store talking amongst themselves but when my elderly mother (nearly 80) & my disabled older brother (walking around your store with his cane) & me (also disabled) riding around on the disabled shopping cart asked for assistance no one employee made an effort to do more than answer our question(s) & point. No help was offered for anything above & beyond which could have made our shopping experience at Home Depot a good one. The neglectful attitude of your employees made us feel unwanted & our business unappreciated; we will not be returning soon as its better to pay more & get excellent customer service than shop at your chain of stores.
Manager Luke was extremely helpful and it will be the reason why I shop at this HD store specifically. It is rare to find helpful people at big box stores.

Be ready to be an intrepid shopper, the staff at the Home Depot on Belleview and Federal are useless. After flagging someone down near the break room I asked for location help. The older lady in the apron took out her phone to look (something everyone should be prepared to do) at the online locator. After a few minutes of familiarizing herself with the app, she announced were out of stock on those and promptly and unceremoniously (is there anything else I can help with? Etc.) Took off. Miffed, I took out my phone and looked too. Not only did they have what I asked for, they had about 10 different kinds in stock.USELESS!

This is difficult to find assistance ever. If you do they generally are from the wrong department and not able to help you or standing around socialize and not wanting to help you. Customer service unwilling to help most of the time. With Loweβs and Ace up the street you would think the competition would encourage better service.Store credit policy is a joke. Scans your drivers License and ties it to the credit. The store does not need my personal information like that. I donβt mind if I return something them looking at my license but to keep my information on file which is what they do is unnecessary. Then if you use store credit and other payments you are screwed if you return your Merchandise.

I have shopped at Home Depot for 17 years. I understand the frustration that we all feel during this time but the way I was treated by Tyler on 5-5-20 is appalling. I was shopping in the store and there seemed to be a big rush at the paint counter so I placed one order and went on to search for what I needed and thought I had the right tint for my deck project. When there was no one else waiting the person behind the paint counter told me to wait and after about 10 minutes two other people joined him and I was then waited on. That was the first incident of the day. Then when checking out I asked if I could let them know I was waiting for a curbside pick up and he said I had to go out and call, second incident of the day. For the triple and final interaction, I called for the online curbside delivery and waited and waited and waited. I was not given the choice to dial the ext 420, so after 40 minutes I gave up. I finally left. I then called back to speak with The Manager and was directed to Tyler. I was informed that curbside pickup was only until 6 pm, I was on the phone well before 6 pm. I told him of my frustration and his response was βyou are welcome to shop anyplace you want and I would encourage it.β Recently my husband and I bought a $14,000.00 kitchen from Home Depot. And are planning a four car garage this summer our intention was to use Home Depot as the primary provider. Thank you Tyler, Ill shop elsewhere.I will shop elsewhere, and return my purchases from earlier today and return a online order to be shipped to our home. And of course the online curbside order will be returned, as we will shop elsewhere. Thank you Tyler for your wisdom and options. This is unacceptable. At the same time I also noted the frustration in three others waiting that gave up and left.

Ive had great service in tool rental 3 times and at customer service when I bought a grill. Associates greeted my family but didnt pester us. They asked if wed been helped but let us shop in peace until we needed it.

So I am new to area and not sure if covid-19 has anything to do with it but the employees around 4 in different departments were very helpful. I had keys copied, a person helped real quick, another pointed me to correct aisle and another did a return and online pickup very quickly. I was amazed, usually really hard to flag down a helpful employee. Feels more like what I would expect from Ace.
The employee in hardware was kind of Rude im short and what I wanted was on the top shelf and I had to climb the shelf he would not get the flags for Sprinkler system

The lady who was at self checkout harassed me and made someone check my receipt the guy who checked it was very nice but she embarrassed me and was rude treating me like I was a thief, I come to this Home Depot all the time and never had an experience like this one.
