Walked in to what I thought was a Diamond Vogel store to get a cabinet door matched, and walked out with a Benjamin Moore product called Advanced. The Manager explained the benefits of using Advanced over the standard water latex, and I was sold. The young girl at the counter was great and smiling, if I could give this store 10 stars I would. All around awesome customer service.

This group right here had me in stitches! Came in and was greeted immediately by a young lady. Another gentleman answered all my questions and had me on my way with the product I needed in 10 minutes. I assumed I’d be there for a bit because, the store was full of what I believed were painters. I can tell the staff here get along and like their jobs. I’ll be back next week for paint for the next room.

First visit ever to this store, usually shop at the store in Lakewood. I have never had any issues, I have always had good customer service. Today this gentleman, I know his name was Howie because it was printed on his shirt. He had me rolling on the floor, there were two other customers in there along with me. I could tell they were regulars, one of them an older couple weren’t even there to purchase paint, they were just stopping by to talk to Howie. I felt like he was there just for me, he was attentive and answered my questions. I will drive to this store in the future.

Came into the store this morning, my wife wanted to get some color cards for my painting project in our home. Manager had coffee and pastries at the table. Was a great experience, he explained different products to us and answered questions about durability for my wife.

First things first. I wish half of my employees were half as happy, to help my customers as he was to help me. I must admit I was having a rough day, but caught myself humming while I was driving away, only bought a gallon of paint but he treated me like I had bought a hundred gallons. Didn’t catch his name but he had Marine tattoos on his arms, I was in the Army. But I’ll give this guy a semper fi!

First of all I forgot to get my paint Saturday, so there’s a one star for me! However I called the store this morning at 615, and someone picked up the phone. I had my paint and was at the job before the store was technically open. So my hats off to the manager that went the extra mile, most people don’t even pick up the phone before opening.

Excellent customer service! We are novice homeowners, had a difficult time figuring out the initial wall paint. Employee who helped us was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

Recently sent my wife into diamond Vogel to match some paint after we remodeled, the guy behind the counter, I believe his name was dan was able to go into their books from a few years ago and find the color sample and formula from the company that painted the house for the former owner. We didn’t have a sample, color code or an old can. But we came but the store and talked to him and his manager, we left our phone number and we were confident that we would have to change colors. But about 45 minutes later Dan called us back and said he had found the formula he said, and was able to help us out. And we had our paint loaded into the car and headed home to paint 30 minutes later..

As far as Exterior paints go Paramount is fantastic. Unlike the big brands SW and PPG they still use ground minerals to create color rather than artificial colors that fade in under 10 years. Ive had clients swear by this paint and they told me it was 20 years since they last painted there house with 2-coats of Paramount.
