I just recently switched here to get a Lasik referral and absolutely love Dr. Vail. She spent so much time with me at my first visit and was so helpful. Since then Ive had 4 more follow up appointments (pre and post op), and at each one she and her staff were so thorough and friendly. Highly recommend them!!

Best place in town to get an exam and all your prescription eye ware (glasses or contacts)They are exceptional at explaining all of the charges up front, so their are no surprises.Dr. Vail is very thorough and explains everything as she is doing it.Absolutely great experience 👍

Dr. Vail (only Dr. in the practice) is great. No rush exams; spends time answering questions and genuinely cares, taking the time to make sure everything is accurate. My prior eye doctor charged a fitting fee every other time we ordered new disposable contacts for my son. Dr. Vail does not do this. All prices are fair, and they work well with insurance.

Really need someone new answering the phone. I called and said, good morning how are you?receptionist: uhh okayMe: how are you today?receptionist: Im at workMe: Well I was calling to make an appointment but I think Ill try somewhere else, thanks.Wow, TERRIBLE customer service. I was so close to making an appointment and spending a ton of money on glasses and contacts. Very disappointed since the other reviews and recommendations seemed great. First point of contact needs to be A LOT better.

I posted but could not just delete when my clients name came up (I was in his gmail calendar) so then I signed in as ME so I can review again. Dr. Vail is super! I wish the glasses came faster, but that isnt something they can do anything about.

It fairly represents the quality of the care you have provided us for the past ten years or so.There is a reason why we fly up from Las Vegas when we need eye care!George & Kathy Puziak
