Kevin helped me purchase my new phone and get it set up! He was super patient as I had to come and go throughout the day to pick up my kids. He was also really knowledgeable and knew the ins and outs of the promo that was going on. Just all around friendly dude who gave great customer service!! I don’t remember the names of the two ladies who were also there; but they were also so kind, and patient, and even played with my kids while I purchased the phone. You guys were so great!! thank you!!

My past experience with Verizon corporate has been extremely disappointing and dealing with Verizon on the phone with a chat site was even more disappointing . My intention was to go to this cellular site and cancel my plan and pay off our phones. We purchased two 12 pro max phones in December and have not been able to get any satisfaction with the various issues that we’ve had.Here in Colorado we met up with Ally at the cellular plus store in Centennial.Because of Ally we are happy customers once again and we will keep our phones and also the Verizon cellular plan for my I watch five. The questions that I had about my watch were never appropriately addressed by either the Verizon store in my area or directly on the phone with Apple. But Ally, in her wisdom, has resolved my issues there also. In a short survey I can’t do justice to how professional and how informative and how patient she is. She is the reason why we will continue for now and hopefully will remain with Verizon for the future. She thoroughly explained the data issue that we’ve had on our latest car ride that conflicted with the AT&T service we have in our Jeep and explained to us how to avoid the conflicting issues.Ali then Ally shared the site where we can either call her or email her with any future questions we may have and we were very pleased when we left the store and know that she will be helpful in the future.She is an asset and we’re certain you’re aware of her value.

I went in yesterday to trade in my old Samsung to a new Samsung 21S and the representatives were patient and kind and waited till way after closing to make sure all my data transferred to my new phone and I was all set. This morning I went over to let Ally know that some of my data didnt transfer so she called me and walked me through getting all of my data transferred. Thank you Ally for the reassurance and for the the excellent customer care and service! You all rock!

Mark Morgan is a phenomenal store manager and gave me outstanding customer service. Im grateful that good people like him still exist. He is the sole reason I stayed with Verizon when I have so many other choices.

Christine and Kevin were good sales people, no doubt about that. They helped me get my new phone set up but what they didn’t tell me is there is a $19.99 service fee to do it. I didn’t find that out until the bill came, which was way higher than expected. They up sold me on a case and screen saver, which I returned the next day. I feel fooled and probably made a bad decision on changing my cellphone plan but they made me feel crazy for not changing it. They bragged about what great service they give compared to what you get at the Verizon store but again don’t tell you there is a fee for that “good service”. Pay attention to to all the fees associated with getting a new phone! Even if you get $700 off, it’s still very expensive to get a new phone! Lots of fees!!

Had a great excellent. Ally was helpful and went out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted and was happy with it. Definitely will be doing business with her again.

Fantastic customer service from Mark, who made certain EVERYTHING was transferred from my older I phone to the new one. He stayed over an hour after the store closed to be sure I was completely set up, had all my numerous questions answered in detail, and provided his contact info in case I had further questions or concerns . I went to 5 different stores as to researching the phones and the expertise and customer service I wanted when making such an expensive purchase. Mark is THE BEST! Aleaha was amazing! Honestly, this young woman could be a consultant on teaching companies the art of customer service. I had visited the Verizon store near my home and also attempted to order a new phone over the phone. Both attempts failed. Out of convenience, I stopped by the store on Broadway and Aleaha educated me about all of the promotions that were available to me and how they could work to my advantage when considering purchasing a new phone. I left the store with a new S21 (why did I wait so long!) and an unlimited plan for a 4-person, extended family. We are saving money compared to the two plans we were paying for but never would have considered because no one took the time to explain to us, prior. The phone cost was ALMOST inconsequential. Then I had to go back, a week later, to understand the first invoice Verizon was sending me. Aleaha explained all charges to me better than the disturbing and maddening Verizon representative that we talked to on the phone. Thank you, Aleah. Verizon - you have a great representative here! Also, Matt and Lou were great! Ramone - get some help or a new job.
