This was my second time visiting the store, and I received excellent service from Cat once again. Cat is always friendly and was able to quickly update the SIM card in my phone.

The store clerk is very mean. I called her from my store and she wouldnt help me retrieve a customers information being the origin store of the customer I was helping. Usually where ever you create an account they know the date you created it and its kept in a record on the computer.

Kat was amazing, I brought a phone so old that it ran on steam and Kat helped me with a wonderful phone and a great deal. Would definitly recomend to everyone.....5 Big Stars. Thank You very much

I went in there and cat let me in 5 to 10 min early cuz she saw me waiting outside and right away told me I could come in and I have gotten the best service ever at boost mobile I couldnt be happier thank you Cat!! :) I will be back

Have been helped by both Jesse and Kat, and theyre both fantastic. Most recently, Kat was patient and knowledgeable beyond measure. I walked in certain that my phone number would transfer even though my service had been discontinued (shocker, it wouldnt) and with a used iPhone that I was certain was unlocked (seemed like it was...ultimately wasnt.) Kat never got flustered, never lost their upbeat attitude. Got me set up with a phone I love and a great plan. Excellent experience.

I highly recommend this place!I had to go back and get help with my new phone and Marsha was great and worked tirelessly. Hi I just wanted to share an experience with the Littleton store bought a new phone and was having problems with my Gmail and could not get Google to reset my password and we tried everything for to two weeks couldnt do nothing because Google was down or something I dont know we couldnt get ahold of nobody and my boy Kat finally got it done hey we tried everything for I know two weeks and I just want to give props to that store and the management there is just just hands-down the best you know Ill get good service every time I go in there I went to three different stores trying to get this problem and no one could fix it so my hats off the Kat and The Littleton store you all rock!

I have been with boost for 5+ years and love their service. The customer service at this particular store is excellent and Martha, who helped me, was great. How do i start well i missed my bus stop and only went in asking for directions but Kat was so helpful she showed me how i can switch phone providers keep my same ph number and save over 400 a year thats a huge saving every year. i said yes and then i sat back Kat did all the work huge respect and trust with Kat you are my new phone person

I went into Boost to get my sons phone activated. After talking with Tommy, I got my son a new phone for $5 bucks, switched my service toBoost and got a Free Galaxy J7 Refine and got unlimited everything for the best deal in town. Went in and the store was busy but the man behind the counter his name tag said Jesse well me Jesse you are great at multitasking wow I watched you take care of three people at one time it was a pleasure watching you work

I asked to Port a number for my fiance, was told that it might not go through. He called my fiance for payment on an account that had not even been ported yet and demanded payment for the new account without even getting it authorized. When we told him we wouldnt pay for services that we didnt even have yet, he got irate and said you need to pay for it now regardless. Who pays for services that they dont even have yet if they dont even know if it will be successful?I have an existing account and he would not add my fiance on the family plan after we were already told that it would not be any problem. Was told that I had to wait for the next billing cycle to add new member? Since when?This mans customer service skills were horrible. He even bad mouthed me to another customer when I said that I would not pay for services that we did not have. Customer service 101, do not bad mouth another client to a prospective client.Do not go into this store unless you prefer bad service.

She was nice enough but didnt even know how to order a phone. She called her boss and he said it would be in Wednesday or so and that they would call me when it arrived. Fine. No call. I finally called Friday. The owner answered - said they couldnt get it in the color I wanted and that the woman I talked to had called me about it. Um, NO she didnt. So I told him fine, order it in whatever color (black) he could get it in. He said he would do that and call me back in just a minute. Three hours later - no call. So I called AGAIN. He said he could get it by tomorrow for me but it would be an extra $49 charge. WHAT? WHY are you charging me for overnight shipping when NONE of this was my fault?? He again said his employee called me. NO, SHE DID NOT. I have a log of ALL my calls - SHE DID NOT CALL. He still said it would be an extra $49. I have worked for 15 years in customer service for a major software company. I can tell you - this is NOT the way to handle your customers. I will never be going to this particular store again, and I suggest you dont either!

Boost horrible and senseless policys, they are indeed a contract provider even though they claim not to be. Contract being on your phone not you. We bought a phone from sprint activated it on Boost network didnt like the phone wanted to switch to a new phone. Hoping to either sell or give phone to a friend that was on T-Mobiles network. Boost refused to unlock the phone because that particular phone hadnt been on boosts network for one year. We have been with boost for 10 or more years didnt want to leave boost just didnt want to lose money on a phone just purchased and fully paid for. So now were stuck with a phone we just bought that we cant do anything with. This phone was for a bussines that supplys all their employees with boost phones and services but after this the company is looking for a better provider and new phones. Most of the other prepaid service surprisingly have the same policies but not anywhere near as long as boost. I just dont understand why any company has the right to take a phone you paid for yourself, out of pocket and lock it so you cant use ever unless its with them? I didnt buy it from them, I just cant help but feel Boost Mobile stole my phone from me. Those policies be illegal or outlawed as it is a form of theft.
