Tony M is a liar and a con artist. Went into the store to discuss changing our data plan. Was paying $145 a month for 4GB and getting a $15 charge for overage. Tony tried to sell us a $200 unlimited data plan. Couldnt provide an answer when I asked him why Id pay more for unlimited data when we were paying less even with the overage charges. When I told him we have an option to get unlimited for $10 a month more than what we were paying he said hed do that, but when we got the e-mail confirmation on the changes, hed just signed us up for the $200 plan he was pushing all along. Now Im going to have to spend more time to fix the additional charges on the plan he deceptively signed us up for.

Wont help you in a completely empty store because you need an appointment. Rude attitude. Extremely unhelpful. I do understand the guidelines from various organizations, to help keep employees safe, but the rudeness and the absolute laziness, not ok. I went to a different location, was greeted with warmth and the person there helped, got me taken care of, and I was on my way in 20 minutes. Your garbage response to this review was as lazy and uncompassionate as the employee I encountered. Dont try and hide behind the great people trying to make us safe. Youre using that as a crutch to not do your job. Try that on someone else.

Attempted to work with the employees here to return a product all I got was attitude and rudeness and they wouldn’t even let me in the door. I understand their return policy and I was willing to work within that policy but the rudeness and the inability to just even let me in the door to work with them is ridiculous. Also if Home Depot can look up a receipt via a credit card I’d hope that the “nations fastest 5G carrier” could figure out that science too.

Went in with a SIM card issue, found out there was an error with my account on the back end preventing me from upgrading. Marissa went above and beyond to assist me with the problem and made sure it was taken care of! Anyone else could’ve sent me on my way and had me call customer service. Instead, she took it upon herself to ensure it was handled correctly. She was friendly and great to work with!

Came in to help my mom get her battery replaced on her 6s, told the man at the door who puts you on the waitlist, rather than explaining that was something they can’t do at the store, and we’d need to go to Apple, he says great! We’ll talk about options. Then we wait.... and wait... and wait... only to have someone approach us and tell us in 30 seconds we need to go elsewhere

John stepped in he was the manager there that day and made the calls needed to figure out our confusion that we had through chat and calling the help line. I’ve had Verizon for years and never had a bad experience until my phone completely stopped working randomly while running errands. I drove to this Verizon and someone met me outside the door, when I told them what the issue was they said there was nothing they could do because they’re no longer touching customers phones. They then gave me a tech support number for business customers, so it didn’t help me at all. When I called them back they said that was the only number they had and to try the website again. Just an overall bad experience.

Came to get a new iPhone last weekend after my old phone was disabled. Got there when the store opened and was helped very quickly and efficiently by an associate named Meghan. She was very sweet, polite, and helpful, and could tell I was anxious to get it replaced and running quickly. Recommended a phone that fit my payment plan, as well as a great case. I was done in 20 min. Thanks!

My boyfriend and I got to this store and because of covid they only allowed me to come into the store. Well after talking to them for a little we figure out the route we are going to go with our plan. Then the lady disappeared into the back room for over 30 minutes. I asked 3 times if my boyfriend could come inside since it was over 90 outside and he was the one with the account information. Plus there were no other customer in the store either . They told me my associate was just finishing up and that it should only be a minute so I wait 20 more minutes and nothing so I go outside and wait with my boyfriend because it is unfair that he has to sit outside for over and hour and a half while they mess around in the back room

I went in to get a new phone. Instead of ushering me quickly in and out and taking my money Mr. Danny Kolb took time to show me about it and the accessories to keep it charged and safe! He really took care of me and made the sale of my new phone pleasurable. He and his manager went out of their way to make a long time customer happy! Shout out to Verizon and this staff..David also did a fine job at being kind when I stopped back in. He answered any questions and welcomed me to stay for as long as I liked.Great service indeed.

After a long time of being an AT&T customer, I was hesitant to switch to Verizon. I immediately got an upgrade in both technical and customer service AND am paying much less than I was with the other guys. Justin at the store went completely above and beyond to help out me and my mom (who lives in another state) seamlessly transition to Verizon. I would go out of my way to go to this store due to excellent people such as Justin.

Went in with my elderly father to help him pick out an anniversary present to upgrade my mother’s aging tablet. We were helped fairly quickly and were able to pick out the tablet that we felt would work for her, as well as a screen protector and case.Unfortunately, while I ventured away to go check out the new phones, my Father was talked into buying a couple of the new “hum’s” for their vehicles. While for him, that would be a positive thing, my Mother’s car is 21 years old and spends the majority of its life sitting in the garage. When they came back to activate the tablet, they decided to return the hums, as they were not going to be used. While they were there, the person who was activating the tablet gave my parents grief about the age of their four year old tablet and told them there was “no way” to transfer the information (at first). He acted as though it was an inconvenience to attempt, but finally gave in and worked hard to transfer small pieces of information. However, all he did was transfer the text messaging from her old tablet to her new tablet (REALLY?!?! - not that difficult guys).Then when they tried to return the hums, they felt taken advantage of as they had to pay an $75.00 restocking fee. Which, I understand, but that means that between the activation fee and the restocking fee on the Hums, it ended up costing them $155.00 for nothing.I truly wish that the sales representatives would try a little less hard to make more sales than to make their consumers happy.This used to be the Verizon store of choice for myself and my family; however, at this point I would not recommend this store for anyone who does not like being taken advantage of.

Before arriving at this location I had an unpleasant experience at the Verizon store located at River Point in Sheridan, Co. This was the second closest location to where I live so I decided to give it one last change before cancelling my service all together. John and Kim were extremely helpful and I ended up leaving as a satisfied customer. In addition to being professional they were extremely patient with addressing my issue(s) and handling them via phone between them and Verizon customer service. They turned a poor experience with Verizon into a good one. I look forward to conducting business at this location in the future.

We called to see how we could order a phone because this location is closed and the lady on the phone told us we could order my new phone through her so we paid in full for the phone that day and she told us it would take 2 days to ship it to us. so the 2 days goes by and we still don’t have the phone. on the 3rd day we call to see what happened. verizon never shipped my phone out and it is lost in the warehouse. it is now over a week since my new phone was supposed to arrive and three 3+ hour phone calls later and no one can tell us where my new phone is or when it will arrive. they won’t even let us pick one up at a verizon location that is open. very frustrated with the lack of helpful customer service.

I had a 5 star experience activating a new, unlocked Moto G4 Plus phone at this store today. My experience was opposite what others have described online about getting this particular phone activated with Verizon. The store manager happened to be up front, seemingly directing customers to other store reps for the expected Cyber Monday traffic -- even though they were not busy when I was there. The manager, Brie, and J.R., the other employee who helped me, both knew what they were doing, and activated my phone quickly without any difficulty. This is the only Verizon store Ive dealt with in the Denver area (its close to my office), and Ill go back to them again.

I had gone to a different Verizon store earlier and they were trying to tell me my phone, which was only having issues with the speaker, needed to be replaced. I came here and they found the simplest (and free!) fix. Very grateful for the staff who seemed to actually care about doing good work. Thanks!

Update: Purchased the Gizmo Watch for a child and the first time she wore the watch the band broke. Finding a $10 replacement band was easy. Then the charger broke and no one sells a replacement charger. I have called Verizon and read forums and no one can has solve this problem. This has made my descision to leave Verizon so much easier. Anyone wanting to buy a Gizmo Watch beware LG no longer makes the watch and Verizon doesnt have replacment parts.Told by the representative in the store I would get some promotional bill credits if I switched my service to Verizon and bought a new phone. Upon receiving my bill the credits were not there. I called customer service and was informed that the promotion ended 11 days prior to me buying my phone and the rep at the store was informed of that when he set up my account. I will never shop at Verizon again! I am stuck paying the phone off at full price and switching service to a more trustworthy company. The representatives in the store are liars, buyer beware.

Went in to get a new plan and cell phones. We were the only couple in the store, except at first when there was a couple other people. Unfortunately, sales man JR was very ready to be rid of us from the start. Kept sighing when I would ask questions. Left in the middle of sale to take a personal call. Told us to activate phones at home instead of in store. Told us they dont install glass on phone in store. When he went in the back (for no reason), another salesman was putting glass on another customers phone, so I asked if he would do mine. When JR came back out,he instructed his coworker not to, saying I was unfair to request it. Then JR did it himself, very quickly with no problem. Unfortunately, the worst part was when I realized I had not gotten a receipt, and after multiple requests he finally printed one. I realized there was $60hidden fees, and they hadnt been communicated during the sale. I guess the store thinks that if they act in a rush and rude, people will pay and leave.

One of the friendliest staffs Ive ever encountered. I was in the middle of the biggest cluster and another store refused to help me. Every member of this staff went out of their way to make sure that we solved every issue and it was not an easy task. They didnt complain or give me a hard time at all. I unfortunately purchased a Note 7 from this Verizon store. I returned the phone after the recall and was told to expect a refund within 1 - 2 days. After not seeing a refund I tried to call the store and was routed to a Verizon call center. The very helpful person at the call center told me that the store should have issued me a credit at the store since I had purchased the phone outright from them and returned it to them. He called the manager at the store who told him they had no record of me returning the phone 2 days earlier. He said that I just needed to go in and talk to them to get everything straightened out to get my refund.I went back to the store and was told that this was not correct and I might receive a refund in 2 - 3 weeks and to call them if I didnt see anything in 3 weeks. They said they would be upset about this as well but they couldnt do anything for me. This is poor customer service to say the least. Their people promise you one thing one day and then tell you something completely different the next. I would not go to this store to purchase anything. Very disappointing!

I have been here multiple times, and so far I am unimpressed with the service. I am writing this as I stand here waiting, having had two people that came in behind me get helped already. The best one was after I got the text saying I was next, an employee finished up with a customer and then went over to people he knew and helped them out. Thats not how it should work. I recommend another location.I will add though, that once I did get some help it wasnt terrible. So I bumped them up to two stars.

Went into this store to transfer my service from AT&T to Verizon. In the process, I was updating to an Iphone 11 Pro Max. After an hour, the rep relized the phone did not roll over from AT&T. The rep called tech help, which bounced him around with 5 different technicians and none of them helped him. One of the techs asked to speak to me and she asked me what I did to cause this problem. WHAT? I was just a customer who came in for a new phone and service, but now I am the problem. They managed to get my phone number to roll over, but then they lost it again. I was in this store for over 2 hours and left with my old phone. They never could figure out what they did wrong. Another waste of my time as I wasted time earlier that day at their Cherry Creek location too. That is 7 hours travel and store time with no phone or service. WHAT A SERIOUS PROBLEM THIS COMPANY HAS. This is my 3rd attempt and changing my service to Verizon and it is ridiculous. They will reply to this message with their typical Im sorry about your experience, but that has been their response to all of the negitive reviews. They never do anything to correct their problems. Their apolgies have no meaning anymore.

Absolutely horrible. Between 3 business and personal account we spend over $800 every month with verizion. I purchased my 8th tablet from this store less than 2 months ago, I also purchased a $50 screen protector, so it would be covered under warranty. The protector broke, I returned to the store and they said I had to go to park meadows mall and contact the store that made the protector, why did I spend $50 on something I could have gotten anywhere for $10 just to be told for warranty I have to go elsewhere? This is horrible customer service to charge like that for a simple accessory and tell warranty concerns to go elsewhere.

We finally went up to the same person, and asked for some good customer service! Meanwhile, Derek, who was very helpful, came and straightened things up. Derek was so helpful, Eric however, was not. I went in because my screen shattered on my phone and I needed to replace it (I have insurance). The guy who helped me- Im POSITIVE he could see that in my account (and I flat out TOLD him I have insurance) but he kept saying there is no such thing as a free phone even with insurance. Instead of advising how I can file a claim in under 5 minutes and then have a new phone sent to me in 2 days for one deductible payment of 89 bucks,... NOPE. Instead he sold me a new phone for almost 700 dollars when I told him I was certain my husband got insurance on our phones!!! OH! And then when I returned it less than 24 hours later-- they still charge a re- putting it back on the shelf fee that is non-refundable even though I did not take anything out of the package.

I went in a few weeks ago when my regular Verizon store did not have a battery case or screen cover for my Moto Z. Aaron Allen helped me and had flawless customer service. He did not pressure me into buying any extra service or product and went over my plan with me to make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. My youngest son, a teenager, recently passed away and he helped me know how to handle his account etc. Very sweet and sensitive to my situation. I will now drive the extra 20 miles to go see Aaron for my future Verizon purchases. Thank you, Aaron.😡😡😡2. April 11, 2018. Where was friendly Aaron when I needed him today? I live a long way away from any Verizon store. I went in this store several weeks ago to buy a screen protector. They didnt have it. Neither did any other Verizon store. The employee told me to buy a screen protector from Amazon and to bring it in and they would put it on. I did just that and was met by a fairly rude employee today that refused to put it on for me. I have been a Verizon customer for 12 years and we pay $600 a month to Verizon. Super disappointed today.

I purchased a Gizmo on 11/23/16, they were having an in store promotion of a waived activation fee for the product. I received my next bill which included an activation fee for the Gizmo, so I called the store and was told by my sales person that they would take care of it and that it would show as a credit on my next bill. I received my next bill and no credit so I called Verizon and was told that they dont deal with in store promotions that the credit must come to Verizon from the store, although they did call and verify the promotion...weird, so I called the store yet again...same story...no credit. I will be going down for a face to face but never will I do business with this particular Verizon store again!

We have a business account with Verizon and this is the closest store to our office, so Ive been in many times. Ive never had what I would describe as more than a mediocre experience, but today stole the show for terrible customer service. Went in to upgrade a phone. Was helped by Winn. He was clearly annoyed that he was dealing with a business account that didnt have separate activation fees, and that we wouldnt have to pay the full retail price of the iPhone 8 we were upgrading to (in about 20 minutes, it became clear that this was likely a commission issue for him). Then he pretty forcefully tried to do the whole sell a case and screen protector spiel multiple times, even after politely being told that a case and screen protector had already been purchased (I mean, were leaving the store with the phone still in the box. We dont need to bring every accessory to the store with us!). He even argued with me about the glass screen protectors and derisively asked me why I would ever use anything else. //eye roll//After we finish up and Winn only prints one receipt after being asked to print two copies (were a business, and sometimes need multiple copies of things. Sorry, dude.), we ask about the Gizmo watch they have for kiddos, and if it can be used for short periods of time. Yes, it will go on the business account because parents phone is on the business account. Winn launches not into an explanation of how this product works and its features, but about how that sucks for him as a commissioned employee because if its activated and reactivated a couple of times through the year, it hurts his commissions. Guess what, Winn? My life, and my business partners and employees lives dont revolve around you and your commission report. If someone needs to activate and reactivate a device because thats what works for them and *their life*, tough you-know-what. We tried again to ask him to explain the device. Again, he launched into how the way we wanted to use it would affect him, and how come we cant just give up one Starbucks a month to leave it on all the time? ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME??? Way to make assumptions about someones lifestyle. Also, its crystal clear to me now why as a commissioned employee, Winn is finding it difficult. Its because THATS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CLIENTS OR HOW YOU EXPLAIN SOMETHING TO SOMEONE. I would know -- IM COMMISSIONED MYSELF IN MY MARKETING COMPANY, and our commissions make or break our entire payroll. At this point, we just walked away, still without ANY information on the Gizmo. This experience was pretty typical of the kind of shyte that goes down at this location. Im done with contributing to the commissions of these Solutions Specialists. We exclusively use Apple products, so thankfully, I can just go to Apple and buy everything instead, and have it activated over the phone with Verizon customer service, who so far, as been 1000% times better than Winn, Tisha, Josh, and two other employees who work at this location. Bye Bye Aspen Grove Verizon store. Hello to only buying at Apple and dealing with the 1-800 # for Verizon. Who manages this location?? Perhaps you should look into doing some training with your employees...

As I am waiting customers who walk in after me get help first, the claim is for an in store pickup, however that doesnt explain why salesperson was spending over 20 min with this so called pickup.Dont waste time or money with this company.

OMG.Shopping experience-Employee lied to me and failed, not only to activate to working status (I had to return to store) my jetpack b4 I left the store, did not offer me AT ALL what I asked for, unlimited internet, instead sold me a plan with limited service, and all I had to do was call customer service and ask do you have unlimited internet. Poorly trained, selling me a jetpack I hated and had to return for a simpler model. Now, for only $3.00 more per month than I was tricked into purchasing. Not cool.

If there was an option for less than one star, I would have chosen it. I went into their store to get a new phone, had to return to the store once for the receipt, and a second time because Chrystal did not deactivate my iPhone messaging, the wait was so long at their store for the apple specialist that we walked over to the apple store and was helped immediately. I decided to trade in my phone and returned to the same store, big mistake. When I returned my phone the man helping us did not note on our account that we had switched phones in and charged me for my phone again! Which made me unacceptable for the rebate. After talking to Verizon I thought everything was straightened out. Only to be told this month that the ease I felt was false, told the wrong thing once again and have a bunch of charges I dont even understand. After talking to the Aspen Grove Verizon store manager, Michelle, I am more than ready to find a new company to buy out my contract.

I love getting lied to by customer service reps that just want a sale. I recently came in to replace my old iPhone. I purchased an S8, with insurance and was told that a replacement was as easy as paying the deductible and receiving a replacement in store. Complete and total lie. Came into the store, spoke with the same guy that sold me the phone (Kim) and was told that in fact I cant receive a new phone in store, even if I pay the deductible. But thats not all. To even be considered for a replacement, I sat on the phone for 3 hours to be told I have to fill out an affidavit that needs to be scanned along with a valid drivers licens, to be sent off and verified then maybe get a call back on weather or not they will consider me for a replacement. Then after all that, I might get a replacement. Does that sound like bring the phone in and you get a replacement? No I does not. Welcome to verision, where they give you the run around at every corner.So if your interested in terrible customer service with reps that lie to your face about the services they have to offer, this is the place for you. Because they will lie to you to make a sale. Its pretty clear that they are trained to do that. Good job verision, well done, scam your customers. Way to keep people around.

The service at this store location, with both store managers involved, in October 2017 and March 2018, was so unprofessional and uncaring - that we left on the same day, the second time around, in March; and moved over all of our familys five phones to T-Mobile.First visit to Aspen Grove was in Oct 2017 when I had dropped my V10 into water while fishing and it was rendered dead...I stopped in the Aspen Grove location and was helped by a sales pro with a man bun, (FWIW, that is my lasting memory of him), but his attitude was cavalier and unprofessional at best. He stated that my only option was to call my Warranty Company, put in a claim and have a new phone mailed...I did so and then went back to him to find out what I needed to do next in order to have a phone to use in the meantime, to which he replied that there was nothing else he could do and that I would have to wait for my replacement phone to arrive!?!? WOW...incredibly nauseating customer service!Dissatisfied with this answer from this rep, I went to the Satellite location off of University/Highlands Ranch Pkwy, and met with a friendly young male professional that gave me the option to upgrade (using one of my available family upgrades) and he recommended the LG G6 due to it being water resistant. He also told me that I DID NOT have to use my Warranty in order to get a replacement phone that day, and he promptly instructed me to cancel the order on the Warranty Claim and then signed me up for another phone (to which now I was paying for the balance on the dead LG V10 AND the new LG G6 upgrade). That was an acceptable and fine proposition on my part as it resolved my immediate and urgent needs - especially with my family being on the road in California on a trip and my needed to stay in contact with my clients and my business.March 2018 - I will precede this next part by stating that the one saving grace is that the satellite location in Highlands Ranch Pkwy was helpful both times that I had am issue - Unfortunately their advice to go back (the 2nd time) to the main location in Aspen Grove for warranty on my 3 month old LG G6 (replaced only back in Oct 2017, three months prior), was not heeded/recognized by the Aspen Grove store manager or his female sales associate that he pawned me off to. I understand that this may be company/corporate policy, so I asked for another resolution.To the store manager and the female sales rep., I tried to explain that the USB connection was not taking a charge (a notorious issue with this LG G6 model) and that I would lose power on this phone and be rendered unable to conduct business with my clients the following day (Monday).This sales lady only persisted in trying to say that my only recourse was to use my warranty to replace the phone (even thought it was not damaged, and was still under original factory warranty), OR, that I could trade it in and upgrade to a different phone...REALLY!?!? I tried to explain to her that I was already paying for balance of the first phone that this phone replaced back in Oct 2017, along with this phone, and now her recommendation was for me to pay for TWO PHONES and an UPGRADED PHONE and use another one of my other family members available upgrades?Well, the end result is hasta la vista...sounds so much kooler when Arnold says it, no?

Would rate less the one star the staff was useless. Broken iphone, they shipped the replacement to the wrong address. Not going to blame my salesperson, but the manager Bree was completely incompetent. I do not understand why they even have managers, she claimed that there was nothing that she could do. Had to call another store to get it handled.

The wait times at this location are horrible. Even after making an appointment online, I was still waiting there nearly an hour. What is the point of making an appointment, planning ahead to avoid the crazy wait times, if it is not honored? The worst part is after finally getting to a service representative they are unable to resolve the problem you initially went there for? Such a waste of time at this location! I would avoid it at all costs.

I went in on Monday, September 18th to preorder the iPhone 8plus. Before I dropped over $1,000 on this phone, I asked the solutions specialist if my phone is guaranteed to come in before Saturday, September 23rd because that is when my current prepaid plan for my iPhone 6plus ends. The specialist told me its guaranteed to get to me by Friday, September 22nd and if I dont get it by then, I should go back into the store and theyll resolve the issue for me. Friday comes along and I decide to track my order on the phone. It states that there was an error in shipment and to check my e-mail for details. I check my e-mail and theres nothing. So I drive to the Aspen Grove Verizon location to express my frustration with this because I was GUARANTEED my phone before Friday and my plan was ending Saturday! The original guy who helped me out spoke with me in a very annoyed tone and interrupted me when I tried to explain why Im upset. He just apologized and basically leaned towards telling me theres nothing they could do. He just didnt want to hear it from me and you could absolutely tell. Id recommend not going to him for help if you go to this location (hes a tall, white male, with long blonde hair). I felt like I was being treated like a kid with him, when it was not my fault that I didnt get my phone on time, but theirs for guaranteeing me my phone on a certain date and not having it shipped by then when I am a college student and use my phone for school & work. So of course I was pretty frustrated with this! If I had been told there may have been a delay in shipment, I wouldnt have preordered it and wouldve just waited for the phone to come in stores so I could just pick one up in person the day of, right? But no, I was told my phone would get to me by Friday and it didnt. We found out there was indeed a delay in shipment and I wouldnt get my phone until Tuesday. Seeing that I was highly frustrated, another solutions specialist helped me out and took care of me in the best way possible. It wasnt the EASIEST issue to resolve, but he was patient, kind, and very understanding. I felt like a valued customer speaking with him and after we resolved the issue, I left out of that store relieved and VERY HAPPY! I would 100% recommend seeing Nate at the Aspen Grove location if you go there! Very professional man who turned my rainy day into a sunny one! Thanks Nate!!!

Worst experience at a verizon store we ever had. One and half hours to replace a damaged phone only to walk out without a phone. Greeter on the way out asked how was our experience. We told them what just happened and got a stupid stare and an Oh, so sorry. If you would like to experience rude employees, this is your store.

Dont swith to Verison! I have Sprint now and it works alot better! Why pay alot more for a 1%difference? It does not even feel like a 1% difference. Now that I have sprint the Customer service is great and I can use my Pay-check for things other than my verizon bill!Dont switch and Leave if you want a better priced plan and better Customer Service!

Until my experience at this Verizon store, I was a loyal Verizon customer. Now Im looking to take my business elsewhere. I recently paid full price for a non-contract phone from the Apple Store, then took it to this Verizon store to activate it. I didnt realize the Verizon representative helping me would change my data plan, add an unauthorized cost of Total Equipment Coverage, and sign (forge) my signature on my customer agreement receipt, all without informing me of his intent on doing so. After activating my iPhone, I asked for my receipt. The representative told me he emailed it to the email I have on file, then I left. Later in the week, when viewing my iPhones Verizon app, I saw my data plan was changed from unlimited to 2 GB. Shortly after, I received a Verizon letter stating the extra charge for the newly added Total Equipment Coverage. This was an unauthorized change. I didnt ask for this added feature, because I paid for Apple Care when I bought my iPhone. Finally, when I looked at my emailed receipt, there was a squibbed Z on the customer signature line! How could Verizon deceive me, a loyal customer of 15 years? Is Verizon so desperate to get rid of the unlimited data plans, their representatives intentionally deceive customers? By the way, I dont remember the name of the Verizon representative who assisted me with activating my iPhone, taking away my unlimited data plan, charging me for a coverage I did not ask for, and squibbing (forging) a Z for my signature. Although, on my emailed receipt, he is reilnic-EKQ72. Beware of this store, and especially beware of this Verizon representative.

Ive moved from LA and had to change my wireless plan. Came here and was totally disappointed with the service Verizon provides. They even didnt offer me to choose my new phone number. I wont use their services in the future.
