Kevin is the one who waited on me. He was very knowledgeable about the phone I was getting and also about the plans that Metro by T Mobile has, and he made sure I got the best deal and price. He answered every question I had with a smile and a really good attitude. You should have a lot more employees like him. This is definitely going to be the store I go to for all of my future cell phone needs.

Robert was awesome! I wanted to upgrade, he showed me different options, was very patient & extremely helpful. My son was getting his fist phone. Robert had some great suggestions for him & he loves what we choose. I definitely recommend this metro pcs!!

Open during construction!When I drove by I was worried they were closed, luckily not the case.Robert helped me get new phone upgrade as quick and painless as possible.Any time I need anything else Im headed back to this location for sure.

I do not very highly recommend these guys for cell phone service they are really bad they will give you the runaround if you have an issue with your phone to where I have a massive issue to where my phone will not hold a charge no charge up and I go in to see if they can replace it for free and they tell me I have to go to a phone repair shop and calling manufacturer in order to get my phone replaced so therefore I very very highly do not use Metro by T-Mobile at all

I went to this store with the intent to purchase a upgrade on my account but found they had very little phones in stock. I was ready to settle on a phone that they did have but the kid at the register was to fixated on how I was wearing my mask. Id adust my mask to were I thought was to his likings and then Id go back to asking more questiond bout the phone. Not a chance. Would you believe every 15 seconds this kid would interupt or stop this transaction from from happening to day Im not wearing my mask right. I mean I thought I was wearing it right adjusted it for him. Youd think he had gone a mask wearing seminar. Needless to say i didnt get my phone. What gives? In the end I saw him through the window kinda giggly and kinda dancing to music only he heres. So I just chalked it up as a lazy joe whod find any reason not to do his job.

Stopped by to grab a screen protector and order a case for my new Coolpad, let me tell ya Daniel is super knowledgeable and extremely courteous. Great experience.

Best store in Colorado hands down!! The reps have been doing this for years so they are really knowledgeable and not pushy at all! Daniel and Robert are super nice and always willing to help, very patient and are always willing to answer all my questions without rushing me. Wont go anywhere else!!!!

Dont go to other Metro PCS stores, go to this one. Robert, Danny and Daniel are knowledgeable, kind and willing to help. At other stores I have to fight with them to help me or my family, but here theyre just great. Will be recommending this place to everyone I talk to about phones. xD

Fantastic place. If you are going MetroPCS, this is the store to do it at. It looks a little sketchy but dont let that turn you away. They know what they are doing and they will do their best to help you! Double thumbs up!

Joy took great care of us! Stopped in to look at phones and inquire about a brand new deal MetroPCS had going. The deal was so new the staff didnt even know about it yet, but Joy took down my phone number and called me back shortly after to let me know they can honor the deal. I went back the next day and signed up with MetroPCS with two new phones for my wife and I. The staff was helpful, & informative but not pushy.

Hi Chana Sarah, sorry you thought I was a bully, that does not describe me at all. Youve been coming in with me for about 1 yr and I actually enjoyed our long convesrations about all your accomplishments. Also youve always been VERY happy with my service so im sorry that day you felt differently. When you asked for me, my co-worker politely told you I was on the phone with a customer and that he could help. Unfortunately I cant just hang up on a customer the moment you walk in, we asked for you to wait but you walked out. We just dont tolerate verball abuse towards our reps and employees should not tolerate being called a liar, verbal abuse or be threatened with a law suit if they cant fix your phone being hacked. Again sorry you feel that way about me. Have a great day!

At this location I was served well and was treated with respect and professional the staff I met with was able to custom fit my payments reusing cash credit cards and payments which gave me an avenue to use on future visits the place was clean people were kind and I was satisfied so I think we all deserve to be treated in such a way with all things in life so with a scale from 0 to 5 I am comfortable and stand by my decision to give them a 4

Metro PCS apparently hires bullies and aggressive haters to manage their stores! I have heard about the Manager at the Bellevue and Federal Blvd store in Littleton, Co. Daniel. but didnt experience it myself until today. He was agressivr, violent amd very unprofessional! I have no problem sharing my experience at the next City Council meeting and County Commissioners meetings! THAT kind of behaviour is NOT to be tolerated towards our Citizens EVER! SHAME on Metro PCS AND TMOBILE TOO!

We switched to Metro PCS early 2017 and been extremely happy with their cell service plus customer service is awesome at this location, not only in person but over the phone - we drive from Castle Rock!!! Today, Joy took care of husbands upgrade and a few months ago Kirsten helped me make the switch from another cell phone company. Thieves! They charged me for a product that they didnt have in stock (a screen protector). They took weeks to call me so naturally I purchased one elsewhere. When they finally called to say it was in stock, I told them I purchased one elsewhere and would like a refund. They refused despite the fact that they charged me for something I never physically had. They said I could exchange it for another accessory. So my wife needed a new phone and asked to exchange the screen protector (that I never picked up because I did not need) for a case for her phone. They said they had no screen protector waiting for me to be picked up. Could they not check their purchase history? Terrible customer service! Ripoffs!

About average service depending on what location you go to, limited selections on phones/accessories, and its a pain to upgrade the phone unless you purchase directly from MetroPCS. This location has been better for me than most.

Great employees that are helpful and want to see you leave that store. Employees that care about the service that you receive!!
