This place is amazing, chock full of games and items and awesome prices. The staff is knowledgeable and so nice, I was looking for a very hard to get game and they were able to find a copy of it. One of the staff members that I need to shout out to is John, this individual is the absolute best!!

It was my first time going last week, I didn’t get what I wanted but the staff made up for that. Very friendly and helpful!

My son and I love Game Stop, they have so many awesome items. Even games 👍 we bought Rick and Morty monopoly. And lots of fun stuff, great prices too.

Great store, very clean, well organized, very nice and helpful associates. I give it 4 stars because they dont have anything I wanted to buy, which is not the associates fault, the shop was just out of stock at the time other than that I would have given five stars.

Website kind of unorganized.Its hard to navigate

Was gonna get a few things, talking on the phone to a friend about visiting family & about my little sister & the guy there who I suppose works there was saying nobody cares about your sister & the 2 girls their chimed in. I feel sorry for any girls in his family. So if you go there dont talk about anything because they will make fun of it especially if a guy with black hair & beard is there.

A good place to buy used games. I find it a better deal than buying new from other places. Id say Walmart is this Game Stopss competition.

People are friendly and will always try to help you. They even will chat with you about videogames and the different ones that are fun! They are great people to talk to and will help you find deals if available.

Okay if buying games. However they overprice their used games when they give not even 1/4 of the price theyre worth. Almost traded in some games one was brand new never even played and they offered only $0.25 for the came so we cancelled the transaction and sold outright

I always like coming here. The employees are always nice. And honestly they can actually stand to listen to me talk about a new video game or something while Im at the checkout.

The staff is very friendly at this location and super helpful! On a busy black Friday they took the time to answer questions for me that my local Gamestop in Vermont couldnt.

Only reason I gave ⭐⭐⭐ is because the staff is friendly and very helpful when in need.. I rate the company ⭐ because I ordered something online and It took them 1 week just for them to ship the product out.. And now to wait another whole week just to receive it. 2 weeks of waiting on just 1 product I ordered.

A standard GameStop. I like the staff, but strongly dislike the corporate culture. Be prepared for an upsell during each and every transaction. New and used games for sale. You can also trade games for credit. In recent years they have started selling phones and other smart devices, as well as collectibles, but the latter are always way over-priced. Decent rewards program for those that pay the annual fee.

All in all over the years they have been alright. But selling preorders out from under me, giving me the wrong game when I buy used. and having to drive a hour to return the game and get the one I actually purchased. Have left me a little bitter. Dont listen to most of the one star reviews, 90% are people who dont know their own damn hobby. Its typical, its average, its a corporate business. They make mistakes like anyone else.

Guy was rude and for no reason cont.. to not answer phone when customers called or put on hold.Ive spent a good deal of $$there n depending on whose working their polices change,bein sold items n when returned told only that system n had to take almost 30$loss not having it 4 days w reciept no cash back was card for there n 30$less ridiculous when other employees in detail have said n done latter,second time going while hes worked n asked bout upping my membership n saying not possible n sale price on items he said were not suppose to be there n then look at latest flyer n see adves..on upping ur membership..total contrition when I pointed out he just said ahh thats not suppose to be there I swear they pocket $$it all might be tolerated but service was rude n huffy w everyone

Friendly staff and good selection

Ive gone here from years, and we know most of the guys there. They are always looking to help, no matter the question, and I greatly appreciate that. They have a good collection of games to browse, as well as many more in storage, and all you have to do is ask. Ive seen much worse gamestops.Edit: Just called today. Had a question about a preorder, and the guy knew exactly what I was talking about. Answered it perfectly.

I absolutely love this place, recently came and went and saw that they redid the pop funko section, they carry apparel, additional gaming accessories, collectable items, kickstarter games. They have great deals and prices as well. I love this place :)

Much like any other Game Stop- Prices on new games are outrageous (nothing new there), prices on Used games are OK, and the bargain bins are great. Dont expect to get much for your trade in, for a working PS3 in great condition and 12 popular game titles (all games that I paid $60 for at time of their release) they gave me about $100. As I remember, it was $80 for the console with two controllers, and a laughable $20 for the $700 worth of games.The staff is efficient enough even with a line. Ive always been greeted walking through the door and offered assistance. I have no complaints nor praises really for the staff. I gave this establishment 4 stars instead of 5 for the pricing. I understand there isnt much room for competitive pricing for the new titles, and indeed they do well pricing their used games, but I feel that they could do better on trade in valuations.

Needs more games for kids

I called a day before showing up ready to sell my PS4, NOBODY told me over the phone that I needed the hdmi cable and a controller along with the power cable. I drove from almost 45 minutes away, paid gas just to sell my ps4 for a puny 30% of what I paid for it. They wouldnt accept it without the hdmi cable and a controller which I didnt bring, sent me out the door with no money. Waste of gas and a waste of my time and money. Gamestop wont get my money anymore, amazon away, F*** gamestop in littleton NH.
