Very helpful, didnt have the screen for our phone is stock but gave us info to get it them. Told us to bring them in when we got them and they would do it for us.Did exactly as they said and didnt charge us anything.Very professional. My son’s iPhone 7 had a cracked screen, so I was looking for a shop that could replace it. I found CPR in a Google search. I went to their website, got an estimate on line, scheduled an appointment for the same day, took it in and they replaced the screen in less than one hour! All this, for a very reasonable price, done in one day! You can’t get service and quality like that anymore...Thank you guys!!! Amazing service from a small local business! Kudos to you!!!

I brought in my pixel that randomly stopped working, the battery took forever to get shipped to the repair store but they kept in touch with me through the shipping so I knew what was going on. It took longer than I would have liked but not their fault and they made sure my final bill reflected my unnecessary time. Turned out there really was nothing wrong with the phone, probably a random defect and the repair technician furnished documentation stating such which convinced Verizon to replace the phone. Thanks CPR!

Took my iPhone in due to case bulging and separation. Quickly diagnosed issue. New battery installed in about 15 minutes. Phone works fine after fully charging battery. Staff was efficient and friendly.

After several frustrating calls and no responses at several repair shops when attempting to get my iPad screen repaired, I walked in to this store where I met Lucy. Very professional and fair. I have a Motorola Razr 2020 with a broken main screen and CPR Littleton is a preferred repair shop of Motorola. They were not able to fix the phone since Motorola does not supply them with replacement screens. They performed an analysis and created a document stating the phone was defective for me to provide to Motorola. And, the did this for free in about 5 minutes! Very happy with their service.

The lady there was so rude I would never recommend anyone here they have Poor service and they don’t care for there customers I would not go there to get your phone fix they will break it and not fix it u end up paying for the free cleaning not worth it just go to t mobile or somewhere els by the mall it’s much worth it then wasting your time going to a place that cares poorly for there customers

I wish I could give more stars. The customer service was exceptional. They completed the phone repair on time, every interaction was very friendly, they had the part in stock for my semi-obscure phone, and the staff knows phones and how you repair them well. This is the fourth phone Ive had repaired (always the screen) and the first at CPR Littleton. This is also the first that looked factory new after the repair with no damage to the bezel. Im not saying that I want to break my phone again, but Ill take it back to CPR Littleton if I do.

Service is great, and after 4 months the screen replaced on my Note 9 works fine. The screen protector they sell for the Note 9 is a weak glass based design. The top cracked and the side edges delaminated easily from normal use. The screen then becomes unresponsive. Minus 2 stars for selling a defective product. It may work better on devices that have better protection for the screen, but the glass is too brittle.

They changed the battery in my 2 year old iPhone that I almost replaced. Now it’s like brand new again! The best part was it only took them 30 minutes for them to change it out. Also it nice to give my business to a small local business instead of some huge chain.

I needed to upgrade the SD card in my phone to something with more storage capacity, so I bought a 200 GB card and needed help transferring data from the old card to the new card. Lucy was nice enough to help me with this - and put a screen protector on as well. All of this was done smoothly, expertly, and quickly and now Im back in business. When I picked up my phone, Katie was there and might have been involved in this work, too. Regardless, I am a customer for life. This was my second time needing CPR help in about 2 weeks and Ive been extremely satisfied with both experiences. Thank you, CPR staff!!

Katie was extremely knowledgeable and kind in helping me decide how best to protect my Apple Watch...I brought in both a bumper case as well as a Zagg screen protector. She pointed out that the bumper case I had chosen already had a hybrid glass screen protector so I only needed that and not the Zagg as well. She was kind enough to put the bumper case on with no charge. This is my second time in their store in the past 3 months and everyone I encounter is extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend!

Had a Motorola Droid Razor 2 that stopped taking a charge and the back camera was fuzzy. She said it would be 100 for the battery replacement. Called the next day and everything was fixed. Free of charge. Seems to work like a champ now. Awesome customer service. Awesome.

Spent nearly $350 to repair just the front glass on an LG V40 about a year ago at this location. (I still have the receipts)Within a few weeks, the back of the glass started to separate from the frame, indicating a poor quality job done to reseal. I didnt think much of it and put a case on it. Now I have pixels going out. This was supposed to be an OEM unit which I was explained that Id have to pay extra for. Extremely dissatisfied overall.

Hopefully my phone doesnt break again. If it does. Theres no other place I would take it. Five star service.

More than just cell phone repair at CPR. The fan on my expensive gaming laptop died and I initially didnt know what to do. The repair was incredibly complicated and no way was I going to do it myself. Ive used CPR for a cracked screen so I thought what the heck, Ill call them. Sure enough they were able to do the repair. It was cheap, they did it in 1 day and my computer came back to me looking brand new.

As soon as I clicked on their website it was extremely easy to set an appointment and get all the information I need prior to the visit. When I arrived at my appointment they were extremely nice and immediate to help meand very clean/sanitized about it. They made my phone feel in good hands and they did exactly what they needed to fix my phone and got it back in the same day!! I would recomend this bussiness to many others.

They opened my phone samsung Galaxy s8 a couple times and they missed parts I bring my phone in good working condition to fix the sd card holder because is broken,but they bending the part inside of my phone they opened a couple times to fix it but its still bending went try to turning off my phone to install the small card and try turn on my phone it not working the screen come black all sounds are hear but I cant see nothing. I took it to other places and they told me that the screen was damage.

I dropped my I8 into a tub of water. Darn thing worked fine for a day or so, but then went COMPLETELY dead. Took it to these guys expecting to hear that it was completely toast. They took it for diagnostic tests, and an hour later handed it back to me - working just fine!!! They said an hour in the dehydrator did the trick! Price? No charge. This kind of thing doesnt happen to me! These guys (and gals) are AWESOME!! Theyve earned any future business I might have.

The owners are very customer service oriented. I thought I was going go have to replace my phone because the speakers had stopped working. The reps at T-mobile told me it couldnt be fixed. They said I had to purchase a new phone. So, texting was my main way of communication.I walked into CPR for a different reason on another phone. It dawned on me maybe they might be able to help. So I explained my problem and Minette said thats no problem, it can be repaired. Service was fast. Im glad I asked, because I didnt want to replace my phone

I took my MOTO Z Force in for battery replacement. They had a rough time with the project. It took a little longer than expected and they let me use a loner phone.The staff is young. Good young folks.All in all I am pleased with the repair, the service and the tenacity of the techs. They fixed the darn thing! Two weeks later my battery is doing great.Based on the end result I will go back.

Didn’t have the replacement cover I needed in stock. Needs better inventory tracking. Rep was friendly but it’s not difficult to stock covers. They don’t take up much space. They said it would be two weeks to order one. Seriously Amazon is next day.

I am disappointed. I emailed them about fixing a couple of Nintendo’s, I received an reply stating they were open at 7 am, I showed up and there was no one there. The co owner called me and apologized for the mix-up, she was real nice but also told me I would be better off replacing my two Nintendo’s off eBay rather then repairing them. It was really disappointing since they hadn’t even looked at them yet and were already saying they didn’t want to fix them. Then I asked for help transferring games from one Nintendo to the other since they were broken but the technician wasn’t able to help me with this either. Major bummer, I’ll try and find another place I guess

Buyer Beware of “warranty” they did not honor this for us after having the screen repaired only a few weeks. The screen had lines after a few weeks of repair so we took it in to have it fixed under the warranty. They claimed the phone had occurred damage again but couldn’t provide any reasoning for making that assumption. They just said “we just know you dropped it, it’s our job to know that.” There is no damage to the screen or the screen protector. They simply wanted to charge us again. Just beware that their workmanship may not be warranted should they choose to blame you for the issue. There are plenty of other repair shops you can take it to. My advice is throughly read the reviews and know what you’re getting into.

The screen on my Apple Watch 3 broke when the tech tried to get rid of a bubble under the Zagg Invisible Shield. They ordered and installed a replacement screen, but a bad seal caused the watch to fail. CPRs store manager covered the cost of repairing the watch at the Apple repair center in Arizona. I consider this to be extraordinary customer care and service and I will certainly trust this store with all my personal electronic devices.

I’m a jackass and break phones frequently so their lifetime guarantee on the screen on my iPhone is great. Had to get it worked on yesterday. Lifetime warranty meant I didn’t pay a dime and it was ready in less than 45 minutes. The 2 gentlemen who have helped me at this location were very helpful and personable. I will be a customer as long as I live in the area.

My 2 year old $500+ tablet wouldnt charge, and I knew it was the charging port, so I took it to Geek Squad who didnt seem very interested in helping me. They were pushing me to just give up and buy a new one, but when I pressed them to replace the charging port, they told me itd be $40 to ship it out for repairs, plus the cost of parts and labor, and that I was looking at a 3 week turnaround time. I declined their offer and got a recommendation from a coworker to try CPR Cell Phone Repair. They were able to replace the charging port on my tablet in less than 3 days for a very reasonable price. Also, their repairs come with a lifetime warranty. Cant beat it!

Yesterday I went to CPR with an i-phone that was splitting apart. Jacob quickly figured out the problem was a swelling battery. I mentioned that I bought the battery at the Littleton CPR store but I couldnt remember when. Jacob quickly determined that I purchased the new battery 7 months ago, meaning that the 6 month warranty had expired. Jacob said that the battery should have lasted longer than 7 months, so he installed a new one for free and now my i-phone works great!

Great people and great customer service. THIS is what customer service should be everywhere. They warranty their work and actually honor that warranty. Fast turn around time on the work too. Being near the mall, there are all sorts of things to do to kill time while you wait for your phone (about an hour both times they had mine). I live about 8 miles from this location but will always make the drive down when I need cell phone repair.

Excellent service! I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon expecting to wait in line and make an appointment to have my shattered iPhone glass repaired. I was helped immediately and not only did they replace the glass, but also installed a new ear speaker and battery all for the same price that I could only get glass repaired at the Genius bar. They had the phone fixed in about an hour after I came in with NO appointment! These guys rock!

I called to get a price to replace the screen on my MacBook Pro. I was given a quote for a part they said was from Apple. I drove 30 minutes to reach the store. They then quoted me about fifty dollars more because they get the part from EBay They lied to me and wasted my time. I left disgusted. Also, the store in run down and trashy.

My charging port on my IPhone was not letting the phone charge. I was thinking i was going to half to buy a new phone...... As a business owner its very important my phone is always working. I took it to there shop and they cleaned out the port there was lent stuffed up in it now it works great!

IPhone 7 wasnt charging right. Was hoping it was just a dirty charging port, but turned out it needed to be replaced. They replaced the port, but the part was defective. They sent me to a second store in Centennial, and while that wasnt ideal, that store was able to replace the charging port quickly, and got my phone working again. Great service, friendly staff, and worked with me to fix the problem.

Im surprised to see bad reviews on here because my experience was excellent. The staff was so helpful and nice and they were able to solve my problem and fix my iPhone 6 the same day. I would recommend them to all my friends and family for cell phone issues. The repair was reasonably priced, and incredibly fast.

Took my galaxy s4 there and had tremendous service and a quick return. 5 stars for that. Unfortunately my experience with my laptop was not the same... I took it in and they said they could do a factory reset in a few days. Ended up taking two weeks plus. Not to mention that after a month at home the windows 7 os started saying it was not genuine and the screen went back. Extremely disappointing as this voided the free Windows 10 update. 1 star for that.

This business came highly recommended to me so I took my phone in, put $75.00 down to order the part and was told it should be in within 3-5 days. I had explained to Elliot that I live in the mountains and its 1.5 hour drive and would really appreciate it if he could let me know when it would be in so I could plan accordingly. I had to keep calling to follow up on where the part was and was told by one employee that it was somewhere in California and another told me it was in Littleton but USPS had delivered already so it wouldnt be until the next day. I asked if I could just purchase the part since I began feeling like I was getting the run around. They said i could do that when it arrived if i chose. They called the following day to tell me that the part had shown up and I explained that since I had already made one trip down the mountain that day, that I wouldnt be able to drive down again until Wednesday. They said bring the phone in when its convenient and we will take care of it asap and the repair would only take an hour. I made it to the store 2 hours before closing because of work and a doctors appointment and was told that I would have to leave the phone with them overnight and drive back down the following day to pick it up. I explained that I cannot leave the phone as it has important info on it and I felt better about scheduling a time to have it repaired while I wait. I then asked if I could just purchase the part and save myself another trip. The young man at the counter asked the tech and she said no, that I could bring the phone in when its convenient and they would do the repair. Ive gotten different stories from every employee at that location and its cost me 5xs more than the phone is worth to deal with this headache. At this point, I dont trust that my phone will be repaired correctly and Im out a bunch of money for nothing on their part. So, unfortunately for me I am back to square one and I would not recommend this company to anyone thats not willing to just lay down and not ask questions. I should have made the extra drive and took it to a different shop.

Called, was told that my screen could be replaced today and it’d probably take 30-40 minutes. Arrived and it took about 20 minutes to get everything done. Completely satisfied with the entire transaction.

No words can do CPR and its staff justice - Byron especially. Byron has been nothing but helpful through trying to fix the endless glitches with my iPhone (starting with a broken screen). He went above and beyond with troubleshooting it; doing everything he could to repair it back to its original state. Ended up being an apple defect issue, of which apple replaced after much heartache. Cannot thank Byron enough for working with me throughout this hell, and for at least getting my phone to work in the meantime. Cannot recommend him enough. Will be sending everyone and anyone I know to CPR. A+++++++

I had a broken glass screen replaced 1 1/2 weeks ago. they had the screen in stock. I guess replacement screens are not as good as originals. I have had the same phone for 2 years and never had any problems with the glass until this. A week and a half later the screen broke again. I did nothing abusive or outside of regular use. They dont stand behind the quality of replacement parts they use. Only willing to give a 10% discount for the same replacement part. No warranties.

This is easily the most reliable repair shop I know of in Colorado. Between the excellent customer service, the range of devices they repair, the quality of parts they provide, and the straight-forward honesty, I wouldnt trust anyone else to handle my devices having now seen what a good repair shop can do.

Our daughter highly recommended this place so my husband & I both brought our phones in. CPR staff were so courteous, nice, informative, helpful & most importantly - honest, we definitely highly recommend this place to anyone who is in need for any repairs.

I took my Samsung Tablet in because it just died. Black Screen 😥 They ordered a battery on Monday and I picked it up on Wednesday. I am so grateful to have my Tablet back and I didnt have to buy a New Tablet.

Really not happy. I went here due to zagg invisible glass warranty replacement. Handed them my phone, in case ( otterbox commuter ) they went in back and came out with my phone in my case, they did an excellent job replacing the glass screen protector.Did not think about it again. Days later my phone got wet, took it out of the case to dry it as I always do. Found my back glass cracked.Full disclosure, it is possible they did not crack it. That said I have dropped this phone from 3 stores on the roof into rocks, in the past, without incident in this case. Nothing I have done since could of caused this. I doubt I cracked it.Morale of the story, give it to them out of the case. When they give it back, again make sure to check all the phone, not just the screen protector.

Man....I called these guys and asked for an iphone4S battery. They had it when nobody else had one in stock! I asked how long it would take to replace and they indicated 1.5 hours. Got down there and they had the repair completed in less than 15 minutes. Excellent customer service and super nice guys. I couldnt be happier.
