Just bought my new Land Rover Evoque! What an amazing experience. My husband and I did our research before buying. So we knew exactly what we were looking for. Our sales rep Aleks was so professional and patient throughout the process. When we finally decided to buy they made us feel special and not just another car deal. My brand new Land Rover was on the show room floor with a beautiful red bow on it!! Thanks Land Rover Denver.

Very poor communication and customer service overall. We had our car towed to the dealership last Sunday and the service advisor still had no clue on the car by Monday afternoon. She called at 4:30pm on Tuesday to say the car is ready, which I said I would text back and let her know if we could make it there by 6pm to pick up the vehicle. She said regardless if we make it that evening or the net morning, the car is ready. We rushed over in rush hour traffic to find that she had left for the day and no other advisor had any idea about our car and kept saying it wasnt ready. Another advisor (incoherently) was trying to pull up my account but kept typing in my phone number in incorrectly (three times) just asked someone to pull the car around. We left with the car, no paperwork sign off or anyone to go over what the issues were. Before leaving, the incoherent advisor said someone would reach out to us the next day about paperwork and go over everything. That was three days ago, still no word. When our service advisor Kate, reached out via text about our service, I told her exactly how poor the communication was and of course there was no response or follow up call. So much for a luxury experience for the price point of the car. Everyone knows this is THE WORST dealership in town. Drive to Flatirons Land Rover where they are slightly more on top of things..

Alex was my sales person. He could not have been more polite, considerate, informed and accommodating through the entire vehivle acquisition process. What is somewhat unusual is that I drove in in a Mercedes Benz, and wasnt able to find a deal I liked, even after visiting two Mercedes dealerships earlier in the day. Whats more, I was not even sure which Land Rover/Range Rover vehicle I wanted. Nonetheless, Alex was very warm and welcoming (as well as his sales manager!), and I left in a vehicle that is PERFECTLY suited for me! The entire car-buying experience was very rewarding and first class. They even provided me with some Range Rover swag! I would buy here again, absolutely.

No communication!! Dillon was rude and not concerned what so ever with my concerns. My Range Rover was kept almost 3 weeks to wait for a part that wasn’t a safety issue. But the biggest concern was there was NO communication about it!! I had to call and get updates and was passed from advisor to advisor and then promised I would get a call back and never received a call back. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable!! Highly disappointed!!!

Awesome awesome awesome experience.I have been on a 4 month cross country road trip in my new Defender and hit my 21k mile service while in the Denver area and had more traveling to do. My prior experience with other dealerships that are not my “home” service center is I don’t get treated with priority since I did not purchase the car from them or the probability of me being a return customer is slim given that I live in NYC.This was completely not the case with LR Denver and was treated as if I have been a long time customer. I got an appointment within a week and also got a loaner car. Jack was very helpful and updated me daily on the status of my car. He was consultative and gave me realistic timelines. He pushed to get the car completed as quickly as possible as he knew I wanted to continue with my adventure. He had to work with parts that had to be shipped so he advised me on what I should get fixed now vs. waiting until I get home since the part could take longer.And it was a treat to get to see the famous Big Bertha, Trek and Camel Defenders in one place.

I had an amazing experience at Land Rover Denver! John, the sales associate that helped me was amazing. I scheduled my test drive and time at the dealership on a very tight schedule between work and other scheduled events and they were above and beyond wonderful about accommodating me. I have bought from several dealerships before and have never had a better customer service experience! And that was the custom service I received purchasing one of the least expensive vehicles on their lot.

I would love to give no stars at all. They gave me a quote of $28,000 to repair the engine of my 2016 Range Rover Evoque after the engine light came on one day. They did not call me once, they only emailed me the quote which is very unprofessional. With an amount like that, you should call your customer and explain what is going on. After I called and texted multiple times, they told me the car is a total loss so I wouldnt get any money for it but they couldnt tell me what exactly was wrong with it. So I DROVE it (have in mind they said the engine is broken but yet I was still able to drive it) to another car shop that specializes in Land Rovers and fixed my car for $8,000 ($20k less than what Range Rover quoted me). They said that another car is in their shop that needed an engine replaced based on Land Rovers assessment, but the engine was totally fine. The customer service experience with Land Rover was the worst I have ever experienced. They are lazy, useless, and totally overpriced.

It was great. The car had an issue as we left the lot with the radio. They paid for dinner and gave us a loaner while they looked at it. The issue resolved it self on the way home after a software update but they insisted on seeing it to be sure. They are bringing us another loaner to our house an hour away and picking ours up to take a closer look to make sure everything is perfect.

Double-check is very important. They forgot to tighten the screw(bolts)for a dust shield at the bottom of the engine after the oil change. We were unable to drive the car. There are still missing bolts. We are happy that you guys send a mechanic to fix it at our home temporarily.Thanks

I bought a Volvo XC90 from this dealership in January. I am now happy with the car itself, but when I bought it, the supercharger was not working correctly. I was offered a 6 month, 6k mile warranty on the car as part of the purchase, but when I tried to use the warranty, I got a lot of runaround. The warranty place said they had no record of it. When I called Land Rover several times, the finance guy, Ryan Leer, told me to make an appointment and take it into a sister Audi dealer that they had. My car was at a Volvo dealer already and I had to figure out getting it to Audi. Then Audi couldnt do anything because they only work on Audis. Weird. So, get the car back to Volvo, and almost 2 weeks after my problem started occurring I finally got someone to honor the warranty and start work on my car. Overall not a fun experience and I was out my new car for almost 4 weeks total right after buying it. No apology, no compensation. Just runaround.Bad enough to sell me a broken car. Infuriating to then make it difficult for me to get it fixed.

I worked with the most fantastic sales associate, Yenas who helped me with the most pleasant and patient demeanor. He walked me through the options I liked and talked with me about all the details I needed to know about the vehicle I was interested in! He made sure I felt taken care of and my fiance who tagged along. When I had decided to move forward with the purchase of the vehicle, he was prompt and helped me right away with the financing process. I was then handed off to whom I believe is his manager to sign all the final paperwork, but he seemed less enthused to help me. We ended up leaving happy but wish that the last gentlemen didnt seem as bothered by us.

Not sure where to even begin for this review of Land Rover Denver.I’ve still yet to be contacted by your service department after purchase - for a certified pre owned that clearly was inspected in a rush. Every part of the process makes me feel like the eagerness was on making a sale and zero interested in the quality of service. I was first expected to take an undetailed car, then turns out there was damage to the passenger door that somehow evaded your apparently thorough CPO checks, its a big dent.Absolute basics like when I fetched the car the roof racks I was told would be installed were not, THE GAS TANK WAS EMPTY when I took the car, had to fill it myself, and the car was still in inspection despite prearranging pickup for late in the day, why not tell me earlier it would be lateI was then promised I’d be contacted the next day for it to be scheduled for repair, it’s been 4 days and I’m still waiting. Neither the service staff nor service department answer a phone.This is the worst after sales experience I have ever heard of. The check engine light is now on some 6 days after buying the car so clearly another thing was missed in this amazing 165 point checkJust shocking and embarrassing.Honestly just go somewhere else if you need a car

John was absolutely amazing! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant and pain free car buying experience. As if a quick and painless purchase wasn’t enough, John went far above the call of duty and ordered and installed new floor mats for the vehicle when the originals couldn’t be located. I will recommend him and your dealership to anyone I know of who is in the market for a new vehicle. John truly is a treasure. To be able to walk into a high end dealership, not have to worry about dressing up (I could be comfortable in my jeans and Converse) and get the same quality of service that everyone else gets is wonderful. I knew what car I wanted and John answered every question or concern that I had. I’ve never purchased a car so quickly before, but John made sure I could be in and out as quickly as possible and leave with the car I wanted and get back to my family. Also, every one of the receptionists I have seen in my 3-4 visits have been the sweetest and most helpful people (other than John) that I’ve ever met. I was there 2 years ago and the purchase still haunts me. I got a used card from this dealership. I got a good car but the experience was bad. Initially it went well and staff was polite. Next day I went with the check to buy the car and they started the process and I have signed few papers and at the end they told me that there would be a hard credit check. I still dont know why this was necessary even though I paid full amount. I was not told upfront and I was not ready for this. I really liked the car and had to take a decision at that moment. Should be transparent with the whole process. I felt like because I was not buying an LR I was not treated properly.

Yenas was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer most of the questions I had right away. If there was something he wasn’t sure about he found the answer and got back to me as he said he would and more importantly, when he said he would. I had ordered the vehicle which took several months for delivery and he kept me updated throughout the entire process. He had the vehicle completely detailed and ready for me when I arrived. After the paperwork he went over the vehicle with me thoroughly and patiently and helped me set-up the technology, which I am not good with.The dealership was a nice atmosphere. Joes customer service and communication was excellent so we were surprised to find out that our vehicle was returned without getting cleaned inside/outside. I have been serviced by lower end brands such as Toyota or Honda and have always gotten the vehicles cleaned after each service. Not sure why a high-end dealer such as Land Rover wouldnt even offer to do this. Even more so after spending just over $4,500 in mechanical services.

To say we were disappointed in the treatment and service we received from this dealership would be an understatement. We planned a trip around our scheduled appointment to look at a vehicle, and arrived to find they didn’t have our appointment on their schedule or the vehicle detailed and ready for test drive. There was no budge over Kelly Blue Book so if you want to know what they will give you for your car, just do a simple KBB check and save yourself some frustration. Oh, and beware of the old “someone else is looking at this car, but we have let them you have first option” trick. Classic

The reps were very kind, but I had to wait 2+ hours just for a diagnostic on my car and then they didnt have the parts to fix any of the issues. I was not communicated with throughout my wait, and it took and additional 1.5 hours just to get my car pulled up so I could leave. No work was done, and I had to wait there for 4+ hours.

I recently had a horrible experience with OMeara Ford in Northglenn. Since the experience I was honestly scared and just gave up on looking for the vehicle of my dreams. After some time I got the courage to look again. I live up North and Land Rover Denver is a bit of a drive, so I decided to make them my 1st stop. I had scheduled the full day to go to several dealerships making my way back home. At Land Rover Denver I was immediately greeted with warming and welcoming faces. I worked with Harrison who was very knowledgeable, professional and caring. He got us into the vehicle of our dreams in less than 3 hours. Not only was the processing fast and easy but it was also Eco friendly. I was given a thumb drive with all paperwork on it. I feel very confident and happy with my purchase. Not only did I get into the vehicle of my dreams but I also got it for $300 less monthly and it is a few years newer with lesser miles on it than the other guys. Also they detailed my vehicle for me while paperwork was being processed and I was sent home with a full tank. Now a days with gas being as high as its been that was the cherry on top for me. Lol. Sorry to ramble, I am just so very thankful to Land Rover Denver. They made me have faith in car dealerships again. Not every company is a predator or at least Land Rover Denver is not. Great experience, very friendly staff. I just got an oil change on my vehicle. Their waiting room was comfortable and well stocked with merchandise, drinks and snacks. They even had a kids play area.

I surprised my wife with a new Ranger Rover last summer. Great sales center, however the service department is where you’ll struggle. We’ve had the car in 4x for a loud whistle from the windshield. We originally thought the windows wouldn’t close. This last time with the “repair”, Tyler and Dylan said Range Rovers just whistle. Get used to it. Just a heads up - make sure the car is perfect off the lot - otherwise you’re in for a battle. The Land Rover on Colorado Blvd is apparently much better.

I recently bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from their used car inventory and I can say that my experience was amazing. I have dealt with dozens of dealerships in the past (with a lot of bad experiences) so Im always skeptical with with them but I have nothing but nice things to say about Land Rover of Denver.My sales person was Shannon and I highly recommend her. The entire process (before and after) purchasing the car was super fun. She didnt pressure me to buy at all and was super friendly and welcoming. She also knows a lot about cars and the industry. She helped me lock in the best deal possible and offered great suggestions on how to sell my current Jeep Wrangler.The car did come with a couple of issues and thats where Robb (used car sales manager?) the super hero came in. He immediately took the Jeep in and fixed everything NO QUESTIONS ASKED. It did stay at the shop for 4 days (longer than I wanted it to) but he communicated with me all along the way and made sure that every little issue got resolved.I want to thank both Shannon and Robb for everything that they did and for providing superior customer service to a none Land Rover owner/car.I highly highly highly recommend this dealership if youre looking to buy a used car or any car for that matter. Go pay them a visit!!!***I received no incentive for this review***

Innovative approach used to extend exceptional service to customers at a time when the world is experiencing a pandemic crisis. I appreciated valets picking up and dropping off my vehicle for service. Also, I really liked receiving the video walk-around explaining the condition of my vehicle at time of service. These extra services are invaluable to my customer service experience and I appreciated it immensely.

The service I received was timely, courteous and most importantly, convenient. When I dropped off before work, the loaner was ready, paperwork only took minutes, no long wait and I was off to work on time. Pickup was just as convenient and timely. Will was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and communicated along the way. Gave me options that were convenient for me when it came to pick up. Really impressed with the service here. My only complaint: it’s impossible to reach anyone in the service department by phone. I called, left voicemails for multiple staff, including the service manager, and did not receive a single call back.
