We waited about 15 minutes for our order Sat down to eat and all of our food was Luke warm however they did kindly replace our order.Sorry folks after reviewing I put it in the wrong place and its meant to be at the place we ate at.

So the employees are nice and thats the only reason they get 2 stars.I walked in this evening and the 2 employees that were there were not wearing masks. Not even one hanging from their ear. Like no mask at all. No establishment should allow this during a pandemic.Needless to say I will not be visiting again. Ill take my business to OReilly down the street.

Friendly helpful staff

Very poor customer service. Sold me the wrong crankshaft sensor, I brought it back to exchange for the correct one that fits and they refused to exchange it (BTW it was never installed because it was clearly the wrong part). I was shocked that any brick and motor company in today’s age of instant online ordering and next/ same day doorstep shipping would be so inflexible. Message heard loud and clear... Polaroid, Kodak, Sears etc etc etc

Best auto parts store to use. I have used them several times and always enjoy their knowledgeable and friendly service. Troy did a great job helping me today with a hard to find part.

They had all the exhaust parts that I needed to rebuild and older trucks exhaust

Seemed really friendly. Nothing wrong with how ai was spoken with. But I did wait to speak to an employee for about ten minutes when there was 4 attendants not busy and not another customer in the entire store. Then was directed to go to one of advance auto parts other stores because the employees were not sure this location could preform the services and fluid disposal. When i arrived at the Bellview/broadway location after i was told that this store i was just at does preform those services. So yes everyone was super friendly but it seemed no one was on top of things there.

It’s a clean store and they have a lot ofStuff.But the staff; they try and rush you out. Even though they recently just opened, I won’t be coming back. I will go to O’ Reilly’s or NAPA or auto zone before I come back to this location.
