We had been contacting this location for parts on our company vehicle and over the phone we were told they had the parts. When we went to pick them up that ended up being inaccurate but the manager immediately stepped in and helped us out. He contacted other auto locations to see if anyone had the parts we needed. He turned what could have been a stressful situation into a very positive one and we are so thankful he helped do the research for us. We are able to still get the parts in the same day.

One year ago today, on 24july20, Garrett was incredibly helpful by replacing front headlamp for me. The space was very tight under the hood in the front corner of the vehicle, and to my great appreciation, he took the time to remove the burnt out bulb and replace with a new one -- thanQ, Garrett!!!

The level of knowledge the staff posseses and service provided to customers is what keeps me coming back to this location. I pass at least 2 Auto Zones to get to this store. Im very pleased with my experience every time I visit. Not to mention, the precautions of COVID19 are taken very seriously which makes me feel like they truly care about their employees and customers alike. Kudos to the employees at this store, specifically Eric and Terry.

Ive had nothing but good experiences when I go in to this location!!! Not being very knowledgeable of my vehicle I always leave feeling satisfied and educated (definitely useful for a chic with absolutely no clue about her vehicle) Id suggest them any day and that manager for sure couldnt be better, goes above and beyond!

Had to use GPS to find this one. But once there very helpful staff A.M; he walked with me and helped me match all three types of light bulbs that i needed.

I drive a few extra miles to go to this store instead of my closet auto parts shop. The employees are all very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. They make sure to double check the part they are getting for you is correct. The manager is also a great guy, very friendly and down to earth. COVID notes: Everyone wears their masks, checkout is sectioned off, and aisles have directions. I will continue shopping at this store whenever possible.

My sister called this AutoZone to see if they had a battery for her car before we drove across town. They did, so we drove there to pick it up. When we arrived the first guy said he was “too new” to install the battery, so we asked if anyone else could do it. The other guy there said it’s a policy that they don’t install batteries when it’s snowing!! It has snowed earlier, but wasn’t even snowing then!So we called another AutoZone, and they said they had never heard of this “snow policy!” The guy at this AutoZone (5365 S Wadsworth Blvd, Lakewood, CO 80123) said bring the battery there and they would install it for us!Not sure who manages the AutoZone at:6667 W Ottawa AveLittleton, CO 80128But you should definitely hire better help! There was literally no cars in the parking lot, and they refused to help us! I will never come back to this place again!!

I thought I had a problem with my hitch/ball for my horse trailer. The rep selected the one I might need, said we should try it first with my truck and trailer in the parking lot before I bought it, he helped me change it out and it was what I needed!! The best customer service ever! I’ve been at this store many times and they always give outstanding service!! I’ll always keep coming back!

Two guys behind the counter are rude and not very nice when talking to them.

We were told by the man at the counter that he didnt have time to help us change the battery in our car.However, once we started doing ourselves, he came outside to talk to an employee about the truck he was working on.Even though it was obvious that were struggling, nobody offered to help.This has not been the normal service in the past ☹

I went to Auto Zone this am to figure out why my car was having issues starting - the gentleman that helped me tested battery & other components for me! Ended up purchasing a new battery & having my two kids with me.. I was stressing about getting in it so he actually took the time to install for me! And he helped me also figured out why my windshield wiper fluid was leaking and what I needed to do to fix this! I will forever head to this autozone the service I received was AMAZING! He took the time to answer all my questions, helped with install, took time to look at another unrelated issue & was so patient and kind even when my kids were acting up! Great job autozone & the gentleman that helped me - you have a lifelong customer from me!

I came a couple of days ago to replace my tail light/turn signal bulb and I was lucky enough to have Heather helping me. I bought a new set of bulbs and she took time out of her day to install them for me. She was also extremely kind, friendly and easy to talk to. Wonderful service!

The store was clean, all Covid barriers were in place, all employees were masked, and in spite of all that the employees had a genuine pleasant attitude. Stars 🌟⭐⭐⭐🌟

The Sunday employees were veryh kind to me. My car was starting to studded so we went to their store and got a reading they even helped me put in the new part so i can get home from camping which they were not supposed do. They gave me advice on what to do if the car studded again.i high recommend them

My go-to automotive store. Parts costs are comparable, if not cheaper, than other chains and decent quality. Its tucked away and rarely slammed with customers, so youre generally served at the parts counter or checkout fairly quickly. Their people are always friendly and helpful, without BSing you when they dont know the answer. Ive been in maybe 30 times in the last decade and have never had reason to complain.

All the other auto parts stores need to send there employees here to learn customer service. There IS such a thing as an elitist automotive store work. Just like a snotty hipster making your coffee, they berate you with there knowledge but not this place. Everyone is friendly and extremely helpful. Before I found this store I dreaded going to auto part stores because I was made to feel stupid by crummy employees who looked like Hank from King of the Hill. Not this place. They are great and if they dont have a deal they will honor deals from other stores

9/2021 Once again this crew at Auto Zone, (not all Auto Zones!!) will give you great service as this crew does.I asked to be shown how to do something, liabilities run high these days due to frivolous law suits, and they HELP!!All was necessary was some air conditioning gas, and my car was cooling as new. Other places had excuses, a mechanic told me $200 to check it out, my unit is brand new, used the air continuously this summer. I do not care for BIG BUCK SCAMS!!!Eric and his crew are great, highly recommended over any other place from Boulder to Denver!!5/2019 again these men go beyond all Stellar Customer Service, I wish I could give them 100 ****** In these times when many do not care even with their jobs - their performance are lackluster. Then employees should have a raise, they are AMAZING and POLITE for us dummy car owners!!For the 4th time I made a JOYFUL visit to this AutoZone, Cars I know NOTHING, Eric came out with a hug and they fixed my leaking air-conditioner. If you WANT SUPERIOR SERVICE, this is your ONE STOPSuperior Service. Having a XB Scion, after 10 years the Freon was running LOW. I called, and was told to come in and ask for the young man with whom I was speaking with on the phone.He went in back, came out to my car, filled the Freon in 3 minutes or less and said, NO CHARGE. I was dumbfound and extremely grateful. He had less than 1/2 a can in back and was recycling which I am in favor of. Also, it was hard times, one of my Arabian horses had just died. This put a smile on a very broken heart! Thank YOU

Im pretty stupid when it comes to cars, but fortunately, my car warned me that it was time to swap out my brake pads before anything bad/worse could happen. I swung by this AutoZone to snag new pads, and was impressed by the organization - I remembered that I could use new wiper blades, bam, they were right there in a clearly-labeled aisle. Done.At the counter, service was quick and curteous. Store seemed well-staffed, so everyone coming in was heading back out pretty quickly. I pulled up a part number for the pads that I had snagged from AutoZones website, relayed it to the employee across the counter (cant remember his name, I suck), and he snagged the part within a minute. I asked if there was a wear sensor included with the pads, and the employee told me that he had no idea, instead of trying to BS his way through a conversation. Or, he was entertaining my dumb question, but either way, he was polite. He opened the box, checked the parts out, and asked another employee more familiar with my cars manufacturer about the sensors. Turns out that the sensor is a separate part, so he hopped online, hunted the part down at another AutoZone nearby, and offered to put it on hold for me, or get it sent to his store by that evening. Pretty cool.Had a very positive experience here overall. Staff was friendly, store was clean, service was quick and accurate. This is a little ways out from other auto shops around me, but screw it, Ill come back here for further purchases.
