A friend of mine had called a couple of times to see about getting a bed and not even one person had the nerve to call back and talk to her to help her out with what she was looking for. I hope u can have a better service skills on calling someone back when they call u

Made two weeks of payments before I even received the TV, you’d think that would mean you’d be all set for the first two weeks after you finally receive it, NOPE they called 6 times a day called references and make it seem like I’m late on a payment. Really need to get your SH!T together rent a center!!! NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL WILL BE RETURNING TV!

I was denied services because of personal drama between me and the store manager. Very unprofessional service. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

The girl there is very nice, tries hard to help all but I think they are really too overwhelmed for the little amount of workers they have. I know they are hiring and thats good news. However, we called them two or three times when we first moved here. Didnt get any calls back in over a week. We finally went in there and had to be there for two hours. We did eventually take a bed home and were told wed get the brand new mattress the next day which was Saturday. So we called to check what time. She said around 3, but no one came. I called again. She said shed call me right back when she figures it out. Never called, they closed, and they are closed Sundays. So I have a bed put together, no mattress, and I have to wait until Monday now, and slept in my sons bed since he is at a friends. So Im a bit angry now. They really need to move on hiring and do better.

Absolutely horrible. They sold me a tv that burned my house down, and now, wont answer or return my calls!

If I could give this place a zero for a star I absolutely would they cant ever get anything right you pay them and work with them then they try and just get more money instead of helping you give me a break the worst place to rent from...

Today they were late delivery and I asked for new never used washer and dryer come to find out they gave me a new washer used dryer needles to say I hooked it up and dryer doesnt heat up Im very upset with this establishment very angry wouldnt recommend

This place is truly the worst dont rent from them they bring bed bugs to your home I got lucky and caught it very quickly I burnt their couch and they think I am going to pay them dream on Linda is the worst manager and a liar she changed my paperwork and put she sent a used couch to my home and a new one to her friend but lucky for me I also know this person and she informed me she got a brand new couch and was only having to pay for a used couch price because someone else got the used one but is paying for a brand new one I hope they try to take me to court because the counter suit they are going to get is going to be huge when they do!!!
