My family had a wonderful experience at Mountain High Appliance in Littleton. Jason and Roger went out of their way to help as at the end of their work day. We needed a new fridge and had a less than optimal experience with a competing high-end appliance store. Jason and Roger took us through the refrigerators that met our criteria and gave honest insight into each one, even pulling in their own personal experience as an owner of one particular model. We didnt feel pressured to buy but rather find the right appliance for us at our own pace. I feel we got a great deal on a top-notch unit and never felt the pressure you associate with a sales experience. I would absolutely shop here again and I will 10/10, A+ experience. We are remodeling our kitchen and just bought all our appliances from Mountain High and received outstanding service and help! We had went to another high end appliance store and spent two hours picking out appliances and then 7months plus STILL waiting for an estimate from them, even after calling them. Came to Mountain High and Jason Starks helped us pick out new appliances and got us an estimate that afternoon while we waited. Outstanding service and took the time to walk through all the appliances and the benefits and features of each one. The customer service was outstanding and looking forward to refer other friends to this great family owned business!! Highly recommend!!

I highly recommend this appliance store. The sales associate Randy Brown was very nice and knowledgeable about their products and also availability. All of their employees are attentive and friendly. They were up front about delays due to global supply chain issues and helped me understand the situation. Overall, I was given a great deal on a dishwasher and warranty.The dishwasher came with installation and removal of the old dishwasher. The installers did their job quickly and cordially.

I bought an oven in stock which still took a very long time to install. I had ordered several other appliances and they can’t get the order correct. The microwave was missing a trim kit, the cooktop keeps getting pushed back (which is out of their hands) but the downdraft that they ordered apparently isn’t the correct one. They have been out 4 or 5 times and still can’t get it right! I have called so many times and no one ever follows through. After months of doing this, I don’t think they have all the products we need on order. The most frustrating part is no one will call me back and get this resolved.
Very disappointed in our experience. Purchased brand new GE washer and dryer on the 23rd of April. Since then (it’s June 10th) our washer has broken twice and been inoperable. We have worked with GE directly for the repairs; GE cannot secure the replacement parts for two weeks. Leaving us (with a newborn) without a washing machine. Tried to connect with Mountain High Appliance to discuss and no one will call us back. Leaving us very discouraged and frustrated. How does a machine on 6 weeks old to us break down so quickly? How can you not call your customer back to discuss a loaner machine (at the minimum)?Update- we were finally able to come to a resolution with the customer care team and sales. The broken washing machine was removed 4 days later and replaced with a new machine, additional warranties were enhanced, and a pedestal was provided at no cost to us. We appreciate the effort and resolution of issues.

We worked with Seth Mattock and he was both knowledgeable and courteous.After quite a bit of searching online for new kitchen appliances to meet our needs - high quality, American made by American-owned companies, and with a locally owned dealer - Seth walked us through the order of our new Kitchenaid kitchen. They had versions of what we wanted on the sales floor to view making it very easy to finalize our selections at great prices. After my experience with this company all I can assume is that if you are in the category where everything is exactly like they expect things to happen you will probably be alright. However (as is my case) you tweak it a little bit expect a miserable experience.The summary (I will go into the painful details below) is that the sales representative works on his/her schedule and priorities, not yours. The installers do not install equipment they set it up. The difference being that everything must already be in the perfect location so that all they must do is attach power, slide it in and secure the unit. If you believe that is all that is required, or you are replacing items that are already setup perfectly you will probably be fine with the company.The gory details ….It started off with my sales associate who took a full week to create our sales order. As everything was 3 months backordered, I guess he didnt feel this was a priority (of course we wanted to get it ordered as fast as possible). On the order, here is one way in which we deviated, he added three installations to the order. We specifically said we only needed ONE. Three months later there are still three installations on the sales order after being assured multiple times (4 to be exact) it would be fixed.While the above is annoying the “installation” was my real problem. If you have your contractor be an intermediary between the company and yourself, maybe everything will probably go off without a hitch. If, however you decide to get the appliances and then get a contractor life will not be so happy for you. In our case with the long lead times of everything we knew what we wanted and bought it. The odds of me buying from these guys again is currently slim.After two delays (obviously not mountain highs fault) the day arrives. They arrive to perform two installs (groan) of the Thermador dishwasher and double steam wall ovens. The installers (I use this term loosely) came in and said you will have to add either a mounting bracket or a pedestal to support the oven and the electrical needs to be moved.So, here is my real gripe. Did I get a notice that x, y, and z need to be accomplished before the installation date? no. Did the installers have the ability to do more than connect wires and add a securing bracket? no. This is not an installation it is a setup.My contractor downloaded the Thermador oven installation guide a week or so ago and looking at it he put the electrical where (using the diagrams) it should work. Could it have worked with the ovens? Absolutely, even I know that much. The electrical whip could have been modified but then again that would be more like an installation then a setup.Did he pre-make a pedestal? No He figured an installation team would have the means since the installation instructions give the dimensions between 27” and 28 5/8th” so without the actual unit how big should he expand the opening and how tall should be make the pedestal? Anyway I understand my contractors position, and truly can not fathom Mountain High’s. Full disclosure this “install” was being handled by one of Mountain High’s sub-contractors but I don’t see how that relieves them of this.Anyway I now have a oven in the garage and will need to wait an additional two weeks before the installation can occur, because according to Mountain High’s scheduling team my warranty will be voided if they do not perform the install (for those of you wondering why I just don’t have my contractor do the install).
My husband and I decided to check out Mountain High Appliances. Im glad we did. After researching the type of double oven that we wanted, we went to the store. The sales staff was very helpful. We left the store with specs for a possible oven, as well as the price. We went home and did more research, emailing the sales person several more times. He always got back to us in a timely manner. We ended up ordering the double oven. With COVID-19 going on, it will take several months to get the oven, and thats ok. The store called us this week, and the appliance should be here at the end of October, and itsid September. The store is clean, the staff is helpful, and the selection is huge. Its a good place to go if you are looking to purchase an appliance. Thanks!

We had such a positive experience at Mountain High Appliance. Our sales person (Randy Brown) was so helpful throughout the process of picking out a dishwasher and had extensive knowledge of the products he showed us. When our second dishwasher dies, we will be back to purchase a replacement.I am subtracting one star because we were given a delivery window of 11-1 and the delivery team did not show up until 4. However, the delivery team were very friendly and knowledgeable about the product being installed.
After coming across some hurdles with our kitchen renovation, Mountain High came through with a replacement and a solution to get appliances working as intended. We truly appreciate their effort and willingness to take care of their clients after the sale.

Very friendly staff and great selection! Matthew is super knowledgeable with over 10 years of experience. He showed us what we had in mind, never pressured us to buy, and ultimately helped us find something perfect for our new home! However, when the installation crew was here they dropped a plastic piece into the garbage disposal and didnt remove it, and they didnt tell me about it either. I get them not being able to get it out (the opening in the sink is kind of small), but at least tell me so I can get it before it gets lodged into the mechanism! It took us days to figure out what was wrong with it.
Welcoming atmosphere and very knowledgeable sales team. Really like that they are one-stop shopping from purchase through installation. Anxious to experience it all once our new range and dishwasher come in!

Bill Metzger in customer service was also very nice and helpful in assisting me to resolve a couple of issues that occurred. Good company; great people and good pricing.
The experience was once again professional, friendly and flawless when we purchased a Zephyr vent hood insert and blower motor. Seth was very knowledgeable on the product and had the sales paperwork ready in minutes. He even ensured I knew to confirm the wooden vent hood front panel was removable to access the ducting and electrical connections once in place.

We were looking for a dishwasher. They had all of the info we needed to make a correct decision. Fast, efficient and effective. The salesman was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.
Not happy with sales or with service. I ordered my cooktop November 8th. I was scheduled for install 12/31/2020. I called first thing this morning to confirm my appointment. I left a message with your scheduling department and never got a call back. I called again this afternoon and scheduling said, oh it’s on back order. Now it’s scheduled for March! I have struggled with Mountain High appliance from day one. I would not recommend them!
We were in need of a new oven and we browsed the big box places before trying Mountain High Appliance. It was such a better experience! Randy worked with us and was fantastic at explaining all the available features of various ovens (there are more than we thought!) and he was very clear about pricing options. We got a better deal than at the big box stores. The installation process was very easy. The guys were very professional and polite. They made sure to be careful with removing the old oven and installing the new one. It was obvious they knew exactly what they were doing. We will definitely be going back to Mountain High and working with Randy for future appliance purchases.
Purchased a dishwasher in early September. Supplier had backorder issues to where it was not delivered to the store until Nov 11. Unfortunately, even after waiting 2 months for the item to be delivered to the store, the earliest available installation is Dec. 3. I fully understand how backlogs impact my purchase beyond the stores control. However, customer service pushing the earliest installation date to nearly 4 more weeks is lacking. I am sure the product and service will be good going forward, but my experience with this company thus far has become disappointing after the installation scheduling further delays the use of a product I had to pay for nearly 3 months before using.
Great place to do business. Randy was extremely thorough in finding us a refrigerator. We showed him what we had found at another store and he asked for our measurements for where we would put the fridge. Turns out it would fit, barely, but would not be able to adjust. While he found what we wanted, seems it wasnt in the area. We gave him other options and we are sure we will here back from him. Randy was very honest and friendly.

This morning I ordered a dishwasher. Due to bad experiences with Best Buy 3rd party installers, I wanted a dealer that employed their own installers. A neighbor recommended this company, and their sales team promises that they do not use 3rd party installers. I appended the sales contract to specify this, just in case.Had an appointment, based on previous communications with sales guy. Nevertheless, he was completely unprepared (who are you ? what product were you interested in ? what is your contact info ?).I get home, and since I was not given a credit card receipt, I go online to make sure my credit card was charged the correct amount. Guess what - in addition to the agreed upon amount, there is an unapproved additional charge on my credit card. Which is illegal (credit card fraud).Sales guy Charles says it is for an additional piece of equipment that is needed for the install. Thats probably true. But it was not included in the contract, and is an unauthorized charge to my credit card. I have contacted management at Mountain High. Will update this review after they respond.Same day update : Store manager Liz says they will remove the unauthorized charge from my credit card. Charles apologizes, says that he had not had time to notify me of the extra charge, and he will have the accounting dept remove the charge. I upgraded my review from 1 star to 3. Will update again after installation.2 days later : The transaction updated from pending to processed, and was NOT removed. I have contacted the sales manager again. Did sales guy fail to contact accounting dept ? did accounting dept fail to cancel the charge ? Did store manager not follow-up to make sure the task she delegated actually got done ? Changed my review back to 1 star. Will update again after I receive a response.An hour later : Store manager Liz got a refund issued. I note that it has todays date, so I assume that I was correct to think that someone had not followed thru. Thank You Liz !I have no idea whether anyone will be held accountable for the problems I have detailed, but I would not expect to be told about that - it is an internal matter. Upgrading from 1 star to 3. Will see what happens with installation.

They were able to offer 0% financing and they would hold the appliances for us until we needed them delivered for free. They were responsive professional and courteous. Best appliance buying experience I have ever had! Thanks to Jon M my husband and I had the best experience buying our new appliances. He price matched lower prices I had found online through a different company, and gave us rebate info, so we saved a significant amount of money. We never felt as if we were dealing with a salesman. Jon never pressured us or tried to talk us into a product we did not want. He is very knowledgeable on everything in the showroom, and gave us tips on how to better use our new appliances. He even made us coffee and offered us a beer. The showrooms in both Louisville and in Littleton, on S Broadway, are beautiful, clean, bright, and welcoming. We were able to play with various appliances for a hands-on experience. I highly recommend shopping at Mountain High Appliance and consider yourself lucky if you get to work with Jon M! I wanted to use a local vendor vs box store but would probably do the opposite if I had to do it again. We spent over $10k on appliances. Response from sales was spotty, sometimes good other times I had to reach out multiple instances over multiple day to place orders, and delivery and set up was expensive. I’d likely use Best Buy or similar in the future.
Doug was our sales representative for the purchase of four kitchen appliances. He was the perfect sales person. First, he listened. He heard my concerns and gave me plenty of time to explain my needs. Then he asked questions to help me clarify my thinking. He offered multiple solutions - I never felt like he was leading me in a certain direction. We had some unique questions which he addressed. I felt like I had 100% of his attention the whole time we were there. Never did I feel rushed, nor unimportant. I visited the store three times before purchasing our appliances. Doug made each visit easy. Purchasing has been a great experience - I expect delivery and follow through to be just as good. Without hesitation, I would recommend spending time with Doug before purchasing any appliance at Mountain High Appliance in Littleton.

Their people who delivered and installed my washer and dryer were wonderful people and I really enjoyed working with them. My delivery date was rescheduled three times which is why I subtracted a star. Other than that I’m very happy with the purchase and their delivery team. Very friendly and very respectful.

Mountain High Appliance is a great showroom tucked away off S. Broadway in Littleton. I generally shop for appliances at places like Home Depot so this was a nice change of scenery. Very adult. The showrooms were set up with different appliances and décor. Great way to also get inspiration on decorating ideas. Most of the showrooms had functioning appliances so you can get a true feel for it. Spoiler alert: refrigerators are cold and stoves are hot (but I liked the concept of trying it out).My favorite part of this place is definitely Chef Andrew. I visited on a weekend and he was actively making cookies, bacon wrapped dates, steak, and Stromboli. Apparently this happens every weekend. What a creative way to improve appliance shopping – cooking demo and free lunch/snacks!If you don’t like all the bells and whistles they also have a room of just appliances too: refrigerators, stoves, washers and dryers.
Chef Andrew was WONDERFUL in explaining the process of sous vide and steam cooking. He is extremely knowledgeable and I Iearned alot during his presentation. The food he prepared for us was FANTASTIC!!! I have attended many food demonstrations and kitchen appliance presentations and this by far was one of the best. He is extremely talented!! Doug Maliki is awesome! He made sure my purchase was what I needed and wasn’t just trying to sell me. I bought a has downdraft cooktop from him. He made sure my counter had the proper size cut out before he would sell it to me! He was also very knowledgeable of the product and pointed out the differences between models. I had been to another store that had the same products but they did not have near the knowledge! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Doug and Mountain High Appliance! The entire staff was helpful and really care about their customers. If I even need another appliance this is my first stop and my last stop!

I was referred to this wonderful place by a reputable kitchen remodeling specialist and my customer experience there exceeded my expectations. When I arrived, I was given time to look around and take it all in after conversing with a friendly receptionist. Then, at the appropriate time, the salesperson named John McGeown came and offered to serve as my subject matter expert. John practiced the values and concept of being a customer relationship manager instead of a stereotypical, overly assertive, sales agent. He gave me all the dedicated time I needed for Q & A regarding the new kitchen appliances I have to purchase. So for all you buyers out there, before you make your final decisions on appliances, check out Mount High Appliance and experience for yourself the customer royal treatment their business is based upon. Also, for all you kitchen specialists and contractors recommending places for your clients, consider sending them to Mountain High Appliance -- your credibility is sure to get a nice boost!

Seems like once again Mountain High Appliances Warehouse showed their true color of how they handle their customers. I called their customer service on Thursday Feb 13th regarding built in oven/microwave combo. Microwave makes loud sounds when it turned on. Then one day the we set self cleaning to get the oven clean. Inner glass shuddered after 5mins. I then receive a call from their customer service on Monday Feb17th. Lady (DKN) told me that their sub contractor service team will come to take a look at it on Friday, after four days then once they examine it then Mountain High Appliances will order the part. I asked how long will that takes? Lady answered that she doesnt know how long. I told her that we often use our oven to cook or bake bread three times a week. She said she cant help. I then told her that I will Call Brad Barnett the owner of MHA. I did call the same day and leave a message, but did not hear back from him either. Now I have no choice to take this matter to small claim court. Buyer be aware that make sure to check everything before buying anything from MHA. I would rather go to Appliances Factory Outlet. I had their service 3yrs ago. They are very good of taking care of their customers. Im totally disappointed the way MHA taking care of their customers after selling their appliances and not fulfilling their warranty.

Shopping to replace our Jenn Air double oven; next stop Mile High Appliances (Littleton). Glad we did because working showroom very impressive; easy to navigate by brand(s) & purpose. Having recently purchased a number of Miele appliances, I was a bit overwhelmed with the technology and wanted to learn as much as possible about my new Combi-Steam oven and Induction cooktop. Fortunately, Mountain High Appliance offers the amazing services of Chef Andrew Forlines to folks in my predicament! Free of charge, I was able to attend 2 Miele Care and Use classes, both taught by Chef Andrew. In both sessions, Andrew shared information pertinent to specific appliance settings, usages, etc. as well as fun and helpful cooking hints and strategies. We listened, observed, asked multitudes of questions, and, ultimately sampled each tasty dish! His instruction and personable interaction certainly helped to reduce my frustrations and provided the information I needed to utilize my new tools with confidence!Thank you Andrew and Mountain High! Will not miss a chance to check-out your other learning opportunities in the future!
Weve been working with Jon McGeown to buy our kitchen appliances and he has been absolutely fantastic! In all honesty I typically hate working with a sales rep because I dont like feeling pressured or obligated to buy. Jon has been patient, light hearted, and reassuring. I have never felt pressured by him! Ive made several changes and he is always quick to respond with his wealth of knowledge and ready to help me think through it... without money being the biggest motivator!I have a tendency to over research and get indecisive, especially with big purchases. Jon has spent countless hours helping us. I had to come in a second time with my husband when I couldnt make up my mind. He walked us through all the options again, plus some! I truly believe he wanted us to find the best option for us.Most people I know, including myself, are used to shopping online or buying from a large chain. Mountain High Appliance had the best prices by far! Trust me I looked!I think its important to say, were not buying some expensive over the top line. Our entire kitchen package was around 9k (including a steam wall oven). We experienced a level of customer service you would expect as some high roller buying a full Gaggenau kitchen.Ill update more after delivery. So far, way beyond my expectations!

Chef Andrew prepared a dinner for 12 at our home. He was professional, interacted great with the guests, and prepared a delicious meal; he made our dinner party very special.
Walked in, said hello, walked around store for over an hour and not one person helped me. But, there was a chef there cooking food that distracted all the sales people. Disappointing, would not return.

Poor quality business. I made an appointment to meet an appliance salesman at 9:00 AM the next day. I drove 20 minutes to the Littleton store and arrived at 9:00. I asked for the person, and the receptionist said he isnt quite in yet, as if he arrives in pieces or something. The receptionist didnt show concern for me in any way. She didnt ask if I wanted to talk to someone else, or ask if she could get me started and call the salesman. In fact, she didnt even get up from her chair. Im kind of happy they turned out to be idiots because they have a poor location and their installation prices are twice that of Best Buy, where I went to spend my $4,000.00 instead of put up with rude and incompetent people.
