I went to go buy a range from them, was greeted by one of their salesmen. He was generally friendly and stated they have the lowest prices in town and can match anything. I found a range I was interested in buying and did a quick Google to compare pricing. Their price was $1,259.99. Best guy, Home Depot, and Lowe’s stated it was $989.00. So we approached him and asked him if he could match it. He said he needed proof and I showed him my phone. He said he needed to print it out on his computer. About 5 minutes later he came back and stated the price was only available if I bought the appliance using a store credit card from one of the previous listed stores. I declined and went over to Lowe’s. Sure thing, out the door price is $989.00. So I purchased the range there. To ensure I wasn’t completely crazy I hopped on their website and even THEIR OWN website listed the price at $989.00. Buyers beware, these guys aren’t looking to make a fair sale or work with you. All they want is your money and will lie to you to get it.

I bought a dishwasher and microwave from this company. The installation was terrible - chipped my countertops, incorrectly required me to have a separate electrician to come out (at my expense, even though I paid for installation) who said that there were no electrical issues, and never rectified these issues. The unit itself is defective, causing flooding whenever in use, and when I called the store, the manager with whom I spoke, Steve, would not allow for an exchange to a higher quality model. Steve indicated that I waived all rights to return the unit, and stated that he didnt want to eat the cost of the defective unit and that I was responsible for my own bad choice in selecting the unit, even though I did so with consultation of their professional staff. He instead directed me to the GE website to schedule a repair through them, and refused to allow me to exchange the unit because I was not knowledgeable enough to select a quality and reliable unit. He further said you wanted a cheap dishwasher and so we sold you a cheap dishwasher. Not the greatest customer service experience. Will not be doing business with them in the future, and I strongly caution others to avoid them as well.

Just purchased a new oven and microwave from AF. I am always looking for better deals and after going to Lowes and Home Depot I was happiest w what I found at AF. When I first walked in they welcomed me but didnt follow me to try to sell me something. Fred was great at answering my questions when I was ready. I didnt purchase that dat bc I was still looking. I went back today and Fred wasnt there but Ron was awesome at answering ALL my questions. They were even able to price match which ultimately got them the sale. This is a place where you purchase appliances including refrigerators. They offer delivery for a fee but are several weeks out for this option. If you would rather just take home the purchase which you make...THEY HAVE NO WAY OF HELPING YOU TO LOAD THE ITEM INTO YOUR VEHICLE. If you need to lift an appliance into the bed of your truck...well too bad, youre on your own! The salesman will actually try and talk you out of your purchase because they have NO WAY of helping to load your chosen appliance. Its ABSOLUTELY CRAZY!

Very disappointed in the used appliances! Purchased a very simple Kenmore washer in December, right after Christmas. 300.00 dollars with a 1 year warranty. It was dead after a month and a half! We took it back and we were able to choose out of 3 used machines. We chose the only one with a large tub, ( I have a family of 4). Got it home and put a load in! After the cycle was finished, I went to put in the dryer only to find them sopping wet! I ran them through another spin cycle and it was not spinning AT ALL! Do they even quality check these machines before they put them out to sell? DO NOT waste your TIME or MONEY at this place! So disappointed!

Extremely disappointed in the appliance factory. We spent over 7 thousand dollars in appliances and at the time of course they were helpful and courteous. Our house is currently being remodeled and under construction so when we bought the appliances we timed it so that the deliver of the appliances would match with the end of our project. Long story short we still dont have the appliances we ordered and they werent delivered when expected. In additon, when I called the sales rep who before was so courteous and appreciative of our business now proceeds to argue with me about how he didnt give me any eta of when the appliances would be delivered when in fact not only did he say it would take 4 weeks but to also make sure to inspect the product for damages when they arrive. Sales rep tried to make it that I was the misinformed one and that I had it all wrong. So moral of this review is that if go to this place, yes you might save money and theyll work with you right up to the final sales purchase. However, once they get your money youll receive no additional help or professional courtesy. Their viewpoint instead of trying to help or make things right is that youre just wasting their time.

Pleasantly surprised at the wide price range of products they had; I was not expecting to find a range AND a fridge that both fit in the lower end of my budget and made my home look more up to date. I ended up purchasing used appliances with Nathans help, and I actually had enough money left to be able to get a warranty on them too. They look good in my kitchen and I havent had any problems so far, Im actually excited to host Thanksgiving for the first time this year and show off my first home to my family now.

This is to fix a review they purchased from me when I was buying my fridge. In order to get the discount I had to give them a review immediately. Which I did. The person that sold me the out of box refrigerator was FRED he said that when I received my fridge that if there was more damage than I wanted that I should NOT refuse the fridge but to give him a call. When the said our of box refrigerator was delivered the door would not close properly. Since FRED said to call him I waited for the store to open then immediately called him. He said he did not tell me not to refuse the fridge and that it as now my problem and that I had to call whirlpool to schedule someone to come out. And that this could result in cost to me!! Say what! I Told him he would call and schedule it since we are all on quarantine any day and time would be fine. He said he would call but never did. Now I am stuck with a very expensive fridge with doors that do not close properly. FRED IS A LIAR TO GET SALES DONE. ALWAYS REFUSE THE ITEM EVEN IF ITS SOMETHING MINOR! Otherwise they are unwilling to work with you in any way because they got their money. Screw the customer.Update: Spoke with manager Mike. He apologized for Fred. Service technician will be coming out to look at the doors on the refrigerator. My stars still stand because they are for Fred.

When we told JIm, our sales person, we needed a new fridge ASAP he immediately went to work checking their inventory for instock items. Then we decided that, because of age, we would replace all our appliances. He went back to work checking for available matching sets. After a few minutes he was able to present us with some options on several of the styles we had looked at. Very, very helpfull with zero pressure to buy.But, it didnt stop there. Arrangements were made to get us the fridge as quickly as they could. Leo, Tony and Devon were the delivery team. Every bit as professional and helpful as Jim. They quickly and efficeintly got the fridge installed, keeping us informed all along the way. There was a small problem with door alignment on the fridge and, again, as a team they tackled and handled it. When they left, if it wasnt for the new fridge in the kitchen, you wouldnt know they had been there.Looking forward to meeting the team that installs the oven and cook top. But I am sure they will be equally as professional. Would recommend the store to everyone

Purchased Monday evening a washer & dryer set with the sales manager Ryan. Was told the following Monday - delivery. The Saturday prior - warehouse will call with window. No one called. Monday, I called the warehouse - Claudia, rude and unapologetic, says delivery has been set for Tuesday. Called the sales floor, Ryan wasnt in yet. My partner called later - Ryan didnt make it to work. They said Monday between 6pm-8pm the warehouse would call with a window. Huge surprise, no one called. I called the sales floor before close - no one picked up. Tuesday morning - I get a call from Rick, another sales manager, saying because of the blizzard(we called it already the night before) - no delivery - rescheduled until..... next Tuesday!!! and that Ryan was covering another store so I couldnt talk to him. My partner calls back and asks for Ryan - Jim, who must be another sales manager, says Ryan never made it into work... WORST SERVICE ever. No apologies, gave us the run around... oh and to get a refund ... you have to go back into the store with the original card you purchased with. Dont buy through them if you need appliances ASAP - unreliable. Missed a day of work for nothing - to wait 2 weeks to take another day off work... for a possible delivery. 0 STARS.

I bought four appliances. An entire kitchen and its turned out to be an awful experience.1. Sales person didnt fix my phone number when I pointed out it was wrong, so I never received a call that they were delivering, despite having a second order with the correct number that couldve been cross referenced, one would think.2. Brand Source who delivered the first two appliances was incredibly rude on arrival insinuating that I didnt tell the sales person that I lived on the 3rd floor. I most certainly did, because, you know, I LIVE ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND PREPAID DELIVERY.3. The out of box refrigerator I purchased looked much different when it arrived have way more scratches and dents than it did in the showroom. Obviously this happened between leaving the showroom and showing up at the warehouse because Brand Source had it white marked beyond belief.4. Passing the buck is something I can give Appliance Factory five stars for. I had to call Brand Source twice and Appliance Factory once, taking an entire week to get a call back about the fact that the water dispenser and ice maker dont function properly. Ultimately, Appliance Factory constantly pushes off customers to Brand Source about service. Brand Source never called me back because this was a warranty issue and they assumed Brand Source would tell me that? Wrong. After a week of getting madder an madder that no one would return my call, a woman from Brand Source finally called back and informed me that I would need to contact GE directly for warranty service. GEE, Appliance Factory, you couldve just said that a week ago when I called. Train your employees please!5. When I used the GE website to register the products and order service for the new refrigerator (dispenser and ice issues) using my model # and serial #, the website said, your product is out of warranty. Interesting since I paid for an additional warranty!I dont know whats going to happen now with this particular issue but in closing, it is my personal opinion that appliance sales is now the used-car-sales scams of the 80s. I think the attorney general should take a better look at the entire industry. At the very least Chuck Ewing needs to do some housekeeping in Littleton.

Purchased a washer/dryer set and was given a delivery date. Got call from delivery guy, Leo, the night before as promised. First thing in the morning, he called to tell me that the dryer wasnt sent to the delivery warehouse. This error was due to the salesman, Jim. I asked for time off work to accept delivery, and have now been assured that delivery will not occur today. Incompetence doesnt work for me, therefore, I will not recommend this store to anyone and will never stop here again.

Not sure what the problem with this place is. Called twice asking if they had a certain part in stock. Twice they simply hung up on me after their hello spiel. Rudest or oddest place I have ever tried to deal with. avoid.

We have been to this Appliance Factory location, at Wadsworth and Bowles, several times in the last 6 months and purchased both a microwave and a refrigerator. Rich was our sales person each time. He is very knowledgeable, professional and patient! We asked many questions and he was able to answer all of them. They carry a wide variety of appliances, all at very competitive prices and they also have a price match policy. Rich scheduled the delivery of our refrigerator, explained how their process works and made us very comfortable.My husband and I prefer to do business with local companies whenever possible, so Appliance Factory was a good match for us. We recently purchased a dishwasher here. We had them install it. The installer did it wrong so the dishwasher isnt attached to our counter. After contacting Appliance Factory to get this fixed, they told us the installers would call within 24-48 hours to set up a time to fix it. They never called until the day they were going to come fix it (and of course the time didnt work for us). They didnt reschedule with us but we had to call Appliance Factory again. When I called today, they gave me the same line about 24-48 hours and such. I told him they didnt call ahead last time and the sales rep just repeated the line about 24-48 hours or call us back. My dishwasher is not safe right now and I cant get any issue resolved except for the standard line. We purchased from them in the past and were happy with the service, but Im very upset with the way they handled it this time. I would be wary of using their installation services. Oh, and by the way, I purchased an extra protection package. Doesnt that give me better service?
