They allow the purchase of used appliances in store but most are already sold and just sitting there like theyre available. If you find a appliance to buy, they offer delivery. If you choose this option, theyre several weeks out. If you choose to take it with you...they HAVE NO WAY OF HELPING YOU LOAD YOUR APPLIANCE. No loading dock, no lifts of any kind, NOTHING TO HELP LOAD YOUR PURCHASE. The salesman will actually try to talk you out of your purchase because he has no way of helping you load it!!! He will actually become rude and combative! CRAZY!!!! Beware!!!

Ive called several locations including the Littleton location in the past month trying to order appliances for our property management company. When I call I usually am greeted by a kind sales rep that takes down what Im looking for and says he will he call me back and/or email me with what they have available. Well, I have not received any word back. On FOUR SEPARATE OCCASIONS. Not even for the same appliance! We manage 130 properties and Im always needing appliances, its too bad we cant do business together.

Came looking for a second fridge for our family of 7. We were pleased with the selection and prices for used fridges (plenty of options under $400). Only disappointing part of purchase was length of wait for delivery.

I purchased a 3 piece appliance set. I paid a mover to pick up the items and Affordable Used Appliances ended up accidentally selling the range I purchased the day before pick up. They told me they would cover the costs of the movers to pick up the new range when it was ready.Once the second range was ready they told me they would no longer credit me for the additional moving costs from the store to my house charged by the mover because I received a nicer stove at the same price (their choice to upgrade the stove, not mine).Guys, Its not about the money but the principle. There are a lot of places to purchase appliances from and its a shame your company missed the mark on how to properly make up from a mistake made by one of your staff members People wont judge you on your mistakes but rather how you fix them.Robert Tolbert is the store manager, him and his staff are nice on the phone but arent good to work with if somethings goes wrong.

Called and spoke to Vidal early in the AM looking for an appliance set. He sent me some pics of a stainless steel range, dishwasher and fridge that looked in great shape. I swung by later that same day in the evening and he was efficient and helpful and made sure my time was important. Recent build...probably within the last 3 years....easy choice.....dials instead of a fancy light show.....Next step is installation which comes in a few days.......will report backthen and so far so great!!!!Returning to the post and they were delivered on time and with very little hassle. They used body harnesses and two of the working dudes just very simply navigated a couple sets of basement stairs and we are up and running.OK now look, good deal here for me....limited cash and wanting a good product and get it into the house and all that.....two thumbs upnext step install.....damn that was quick.....and good advice on the proper way to vent. So real smooth and they used these body harnesses to move the pieces and down the stairs and turn and down some more stairs and bingo young legs doing it.....Guess What.....28 days into ownership the washing machine makes a racket I am told and is going to quit for sure....nothing cries like that and comes back......it is the death rattling.....Good news!!!!! Yep 30 day warranty with quick replace.....bing bam and bazooey.....My son got a replacement washer within 4 days.....am told it looks and works good.....I told him remember you have 30 days of guaranteed washing machineStill receiving my five stars!!!!!!!!!Thanks guys!!!!

The first used dryer my husband and I purchased from here died after 2.5 years so we purchased another one and had it delivered and installed. However, the timing mechanism didnt work on the new dryer. Once turned on, it would stay on until manually turned off. There wasnt a used appliance that matched what we wanted between two locations so we paid a little extra to get a brand new one. When they delivered the new one, they did not have the right length plug. After moving both my washer and the new dryer around, they left without actually installing the dryer and also caused the washer to no longer be level. They actually left our place and appliances worse than when they arrived.So, I had to go to the store, get the correct length plug, and install it by myself (keep in mind I paid for the installation). After doing the research to install it myself, I found out they initially installed the plug incorrectly by screwing the ground wire in to the wrong spot. That made me lose quite a bit of confidence in this company and their ability to sell and install functioning appliances.We have bought four different appliances from this company and have been happy in the past with the level of service and quality of products. That said, I am very disappointed by the ineptitude of service on all levels with this experience. It definitely makes us question whether we will ever buy from them again.

We stopped in at Affordable Used Appliances to see if they had a filter for our refrigerator. We spoke with Brian Adams, the manager. He was so informative about filters on refrigerators and told us how to reset our filter so that it would make it last another few months. We had what we thought was a filter but it was a by-pass filter and he explained how to use it if we wanted to in the future. He could have just given us what we asked for which was $90 for a new filter. Most store managers arent that honest and nice. The place we had been before going into Brians store was rather snotty about it and they didnt have any and didnt know when they would get any. When you find a nice honest person you want to refer people to his store. He has everything, refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, washing machines and dryers. He goes through all of his used appliances and makes sure they are in perfect condition before he sells them. Hes the best, give him a try when you are looking for appliances.

Cant say enough about Mike, the dude knows his stuff, he went way out of his way for us. Originally we planned on buying just one washing machine, but thanks to Mikes knowledge and top notch service, we bought two washing machines and a dryer, And he even found a way to discount all 3 even more. Only a fool would shop elsewhere, if you want a great deal and excellent service, go see Mike.

Decent selection & great prices, BUT you get what you pay for. The customer service is terrible. You must wait 3-5 days for delivery after purchase. First used washing machine delivered had a stripped hose connector. I waited at home 3 different days & still second machine was not delivered. Pay a tiny bit more for a better conditioned product, excellent service, full install & next day delivery at Becker.

I needed a washer and dryer and didn’t want to spend a lot of money. Paul helped me find the perfect set. I had a bunch of questions about load size, wash cycles and drying times and Paul patiently answered every one of them. Who knew a used appliance salesman would know so much about pre-soaking? The entire transaction was painless. I would definitely shop there if I need something in the future.

In a time when you often deal with sales personnel who obviously dont care about you or your needs, I had the good fortune to stumble upon Andrew. He is very caring, responsive and dedicated. He truly went the extra mile in helping me find a range that would work for me. Unfortunately, when it was delivered to my house, that particular range didnt work. I spoke to him on the phone, and he told me that they had just gotten in a range that was exactly what I was looking for (actually much nicer than the one I had purchased). I drove down to see it, and it was PERFECT, except that it was missing a rack. Andrew ordered a new rack for me at no charge and got me into the much nicer range for a VERY affordable price! I will go back to this particular store again and again because Andrew is the BOMB! Thank you so much, Andrew!
