Sam came out and fixed our dryer today and was very professional. We have had other company’s in the past charge us way more and not do a great job. We will be recommending Guardian Appliance to all our friends and family and definitely be using them again!

They responded very quickly - within hours. The problem was easily fixed and my fridge was up and running. I’m so grateful I didn’t have to let food go bad.

Guardian came to repair my oven.it’s electric and the board was bad. The owner came out and replaced it quickly and for a good cost.

Replaced icemaker unit without any diagnostics. Did not fix problem. Tracked dirt and grit over our wood floors.

Made an appointment with Sam online on Memorial Day. He came out today (6-1), diagnosed problem, and was able to repair the issue. Same day service; cant get better than that. Wont use anyone else.

Got a service tech to come out within 24 hours of making the request for him to service my dryer that was squealing. He arrived on time and performed the service quickly and communicated the repair to myself as he was doing it. The price was reasonable and he mentioned some potential areas to keep an eye on (our vent is not that great apparently) and was happy to look at my oven as well while he was on site.Quick, efficient, reasonably priced, and friendly. Everything you could ask for.

Sam diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher over the phone and had the correct part with him. Sam did a wonderful job. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly even working in my cramped laundry room. He even went above and beyond, since the washer wasnt draining properly after the fix; he took out the washer tub and cleared all the debris from the ruminants of rubber backing off a bath rug that caused the problem. Sam is awesome. Our fridge stopped cooling and he came out the day of the morning I called him. On top of that, he was very honest and didnt try to push any parts that would just end up costing us more money down the road. Very friendly and professional, definately recomend.

Our dryer quit working over the 4th of July weekend, we called Guardian Appliance Repair and Sam got back to us right away, and set a date to come look at it. When Sam got here he was very professional explained everything to us. I had guardian appliance out as a second opinion. The last company out had said my transmission had failed and quoted me 590 to fix it. Sam from guardian came out and replaced a 11 dollar part unit has never worked better and bill was only 161 diffantly the company to call
