For 25 years I have been going to Lynn Wood service Center to take care of all of my families automobiles. It began because my parents and my in-laws both used Lynn Woods and after a few visits it was obvious why.Over the years, there have been some changes in the people that I see at the desk, but the service has always been the absolute best. I had to live out of state for a few years and had to “rough it” with Jiffy Lube oil changes. I was so happy to move back because it seems like I’m always running over a nail or having some little issue that I want checked out. My oil changes were no more expensive at Lynn Woods and yet the treatment is SO much more customized. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve just dropped by to have them check my tires or ask a question and they treat me like the most important client and have never charged me for these little check-ins. From oil changes to tires, ruined brake pads and even an air conditioning overhaul that was needed for two years, they made an effort to find me the most affordable option and to be completely transparent about what they could or couldn’t do.I have come to regard them as my trusted friends and I’m grateful for the very customized, personal and friendly service that I always receive. It feels family run even though I don’t think any of them are related? The few times that I have been out of town and come across a problem on one of my vehicles, I’m always amazed at the impersonal and expensive service that is so ubiquitous everywhere else.Side note- I also love the convenience of the drop off service. I can just drop off my car and stick my keys in the box outside with a note and they call me mid morning to let me know that my oil change is done.I wish all businesses were run this well. They are pretty much the best!

This is probably the oldest tire shop in Layton next to Jeds Treads (formerly Big O). Theyve always been reliable, theyre always polite and they never try to sell you something you dont need. My grandpa used to own Jims Quick Lube (currently Jiffy Lube) next door and he would refer customers to Lynn Wood all the time because of their quality of service and reliability. And for what I can tell it hasnt changed.

I’ve been coming to Lynnwood for nearly ten years and it’s really gone downhill.I’d had an accident and ripped my passenger side mirror off, I’d ordered the part and brought it into Lynnwood to put back on.First, they got the housing on but couldn’t manage to put the mirror piece on— ultimately that’s not that big of a deal.When I got my car back the window wouldn’t roll down because the wires to the mirror had fallen off their track so I took it back in for them to fix. The second time I picked up my car I noticed the passenger side door no longer locked.So, I took it back in and they called me to let me know that had nothing to do with them and that I’ll have to get a new part that was a couple hundred dollars.I told them that that door was locking just fine before I brought it in. The refused to take any responsibility and pressed on saying that they had nothing to do with it.This car has 30k miles on it and is in good condition— there’s no reason that would have just stopped working coincidentally.Lynnwood left me with a job that wasn’t finished and a door that won’t lock.I’m not going back.

These guys have always been quick, friendly, and helpful. In fact, on two separate occasions they have noticed something that was easy for them to fix/adjust that would have been difficult for me, and they just hurried and took care of the issue without mentioning it and without charging me. They also don’t try to up sell me every time I come in like some other shops do.

Ive had nothing but excellent service from the Lynn Wood Service Center. Weve taken three different vehicles to be worked on here. Weve had tire services, oil changes, and emissions tests done. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I like this shop because they are simply honest with every dealing I have had with them. They have even told me several times that I wasnt ready for breaks or other services when I thought I was. They have earned my trust and business.

The people at Lynn Wood are professional and honest. I took my car in after an alternator test read bad, they said it was good after double checking and replaced the cracked belt. They could have easily replaced the alternator without me knowing it was still good, that is value and honesty that will always bring a customer back. Highly recommend them!

I feel well taken care of and I like the professional service. Please, please look up and acknowledge yourcustomers when they walk in. Just briefly look up from the computer and tell them you’ll be right with them. It’s very off- putting to stand there for 30 seconds or a minute and feel invisible. Other than that, very good!

The guys at Lynwood worked fast and efficient! The previous person who worked on my car broke a part and the guys at Lynwood ordered a new part and fixed it all within a couple of hours! Would recommend.

I called them to get a price on how much it would cost to change my starter they gave me a price, I informed them that my car would not start so I was going to have it towed to the shop. When I called to tell them that it was on its way they informed me that they had a $47 charge to have it “diagnosed”. I wish they would have told me that the first time I called because I clearly knew it was my starter. When they called me to let me know it was my starter they also informed me that it would be $300 more then I was told originally. So I got to pay them they charge to have them “diagnose” it which I knew what it was and I have to have my car towed home. I wish I would have known about all of this because it was a mess getting my car towed to the shop and then back home. I would not recommend them to anyone!!

Went in for a tire rotation and a suspension check. They were thorough and charged me the minimal price. The front desk, Brian and Kam, is friendly and knowledgeable. Will use them again.

Excellent customer service! Had my snow tires mounted, the next day my low tire pressure came on. Went in and they took my car right back even though they have been slammed with work. Got my tire figured out and had me on my way in a short amount of time. Highly recommend them for tire and registration services!

5 star service across the board. I’ve been using Lynn Wood for my car repairs for a few years now. They have consistently provided my family and I with quality service, and especially kindness. They care about you, and most importantly they care about your car.One time in particular, they offered to repair a loose spark plug. They explained the procedure may not hold, and that we would likely need to replace the engine head if it would not hold. We asked them to go ahead with the repair, hoping it would work despite the warning.Two days later the repair failed, and we were left with the initial issue. The cost was around $100. We contacted them an entire month later regarding the failed repair, and were taken care of in a fair matter.They have gone above and beyond, in my opinion. I will continue to use their services, and will continue to refer my friends and family when they encounter car troubles, or need preventative maintenance.

I have been taking my vehicles here for 6+ years, and they have never let me down. They are always so kind, they work very quickly, and they always do a stand-up job. I hope I never have to take my vehicles anywhere else.

These guys are great. I had a complicated issue with my car that they werent able to solve at the end of the day (turned out the dealer wasnt able to either, not without a 450 dollar exploratory surgery. We ended up selling the car for parts) and they didnt charge me for the labor since they couldnt find the solution. What this says to me is that theyre honest. They wont charge you for work that doesnt need doing. For that reason, theyre my go-to mechanics now. Theyre nice guys, and communicate effectively what is going on with your car and what theyre doing to fix it. Cannot recommend this place more.

It was a cold Saturday morning in Utah. My mother and I decided to go out to breakfast when I noticed my car was riding really rough. I slowed down and drove another block when it occurred to me the tire may be flat. I pulled into a parking lot and sure enough, it was I called this tire center, (it was 7am). I wanted to know, could they send someone out to change the tire. They told me their business didnt do on site service calls however, if someone wanted to drive their personal vehicle to assist me, when they opened at 8:00 am, they would.10 minutes later, I received a call letting me know a guy was on his way. Between the Manager, Cameron and the gentleman, Stephen, the day was saved.Stephen came to my location and got my spare on. Cameron ordered in the new tire, which I had put on the following Wednesday.Awesome, prompt, friendly staff. Willing to go out of the way to make the customer happy.Thank you Stephen and Cameron!

These guys got our car right in on a Saturday to check a bad battery, change the oil, and polish cloudy headlights. It was all done within an hour, and the battery tested good and didnt need to be replaced. We will definitely be going back. Amazing service!

I have been taking my car to Lynn Wood since 99. They have always been up front and honest with me. If I ever have any concerns all I have to is just call them and they are always more than happy to help me. Their prices are by far fair for the service you receive. They are very knowledgeable and HONEST to all of their customers. I feel like family when I go in there as they all know my name and remember conversations we had the last time. I really like working with Chris as he works up front and in the shop. He can give me a point of view from both sides.Thanks guys!

Kasey helped us out tonight with our car, we came in with a previous diagnosis and kasey took the time to thoroughly look at the problem and found out it was a very simple fix rather than the expensive diagnosis i was previously told. We appreciated kacey and him taking the time to fix the problem he did it very fast we were out after 15 minutes. Excellent quality and customer service. 10/10 would come back again

The staff here saved our bacon! While on a trip down here from Idaho the car started acting up. We were told it was a head gasket elsewhere so we brought it to Lynnwood. We went from a $3,000 quote to finding out it was in fact the radiator cap, a $10 problem. These gentlemen took the time and care to help us immediately so we could enjoy our trip; we are so grateful. I would recommend Lynn Wood to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.

I used their on the spot inspection and registration. It was so quick, easy, and convenient. Also, my month number fell off and the provided me with a new one free of charge.

I have used Lynn Woods for over 25 years. They have exceptional customer service and I have never been disappointed with the quality of their work. Just recently, my car had a flat tire about a mile away from the store and they offered to help me change the flat tire! Of course, they were the first and only quote I got for the new tires. A customer for life!

Took my car in for an alignment and clearly told the front counter dude what specs I wanted, and then they adjusted it to factory specs the opposite of what I wanted. I waited for the guy to offer them to correct it and he just starred at me and told me $64... Whatever Ill just do it at home. After I got home I noticed some mechanic put his dirty hands on my extremely clean collector cars bumper and didnt even bother to clean it off afterwards, took some serious work to get the grease off. Might be good for regular cars, but I urge all enthusiasts to avoid this shop.

These guys are right around the corner from my house. Since we moved back to Utah 5 years ago, finding a good mechanic shop was a concern. This shop is honest, will do only the work that is necessary and have always been prompt and very capable.

Honest, knowledgeable and the prices are up front. I cant ask for anything else from someone Im trusting to keep my car running and safe.

This is a service center that you can trust. We started going to Lynn Wood Service Center years ago because of their quality service but have stayed because of their integrity.Let me share why. The AC in our van failed. The technicians quickly repaired the problem, but then a year it was causing problems again. We took it in and they told us that the part they replaced had failed. They then put in a new part for free without charging for time or labor. It is hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but I have repeatedly found that Lynn Wood Service Center is a place you can trust.

I have been bringing my SUVs to Lynwood since the 1990’s. They have maintained my vehicles so well they have rarely needed repairs. The few times I needed something fixed, the issues were repaired correctly and the work was priced fairly. Sometimes there is a long wait, but I’ve never been overcharged. I recommend Lynwood to my friends.

These guys might do good work. We will never know. My wife brought in our pilot in a few months ago and was told to come back another time because it would be a really long wait. That’s fair. She brought it back this morning because our check engine light is on. She was informed it would be $45-$90 to figure out what the issue is and they would need it all day because they are really busy. Seems a little funny when they will at least read the error code at autozone for free. There were two men at the desk yet the one addressing her decided to answer the phone twice interrupting their conversation. Dragging two kids into a repair shop isn’t easy for anyone, especially a pregnant lady. We love local businesses but with the belittling attitude she received, this is not one we will be supporting.

The customer service was great. My car overheated and I had them check into it. However, they misdiagnosed the issue. I had to take it to another repair shop anyway because this Lynn Wood Services shop said they werent equipped to do the engine head gasket replacement they were suggesting might be necessary. The other repair shop I took it to (Burt Brothers - Farmington) provided different results, and we simply needed to add coolant and keep watch on a what could be a tiny leak. For now, the old car does not need a new head gasket and the coolant system is back up and running.

Always top notch service. Why suffer the mediocre service at Jiffy Lube when you can get superior service at Lynn Wood for the same price?

They just didnt care, felt like I was wasting their time. Took it in for a diagnostic for a lit engine light then said they didnt want replace my intake gaskets without charging me extra because they were worried they would break bolts. I personally fixed it. No bolts broken and i saved 500 bucks. Then before i went to pick it up I was in need of a tire, so i asked how much two would be. He proceeded to tell me that because its AWD they were unable to replace just two. And then pretty much told me to take it elsewhere before i could even ask the price for 4. Took it immediately to discount tire and bought 4 new tires. Your loss. Funny thing is... My father and grandparents recommeneded this place since they have been going for years. Now we ALL need to find a new mechanic.

These guys are good. Im in San Diego and they work on my sons car and send me the bill so they could jack me if they wanted to. But theyve been very fair and communicated well both times Ive had to use their services.

I went to Lynwood Tire & Auto at the end of November with trust after them working on my Mother-in-Laws vehicle, they replaced my 2 front tires, did my alignment, well I was needing to replace brakes and Rotors, to find out one of my lug nuts had been glued on or some type of sealant. Major safety hazard.

My husband, now deceased a year, used to go to Lynn Wood Services Center for as long as I can remember.Whenever we took a vehicle problem to them, no matter what the problem was, it was corrected. We have never gone awry by using Lynn Wood Service Center.So, when I finally got my head out of the sand and realized Lynn Miller(my husband) would have taken the car in for lots of reasons, whether it was having the tires rotated, to having the oil changed, or getting it ready for inspection I gave Lynn Woods a call and made an appointment. It was a natural call to make and soooo easy. The main guy in the front is a dink. He doesnt tell you how much a diagnostic is going to cost, and half of the time weve gone they cant diagnose the problem. I asked them to look into a rear shock that was making noise. They said they couldnt quite figure it out and to bring it back when its making more noise... these guys arent worth your time. Go to the Lynnwood Clinton store-theyre awesome.
