Extreme auto is an amazing workshop to take your car.there price rates are reasonable.there front desk service is great. And there just dam good honest mechanics .I would recommend friends family. Anyone who needs repairs done on there car..

Finding a great, honest mechanic is hard but not with Extreme Auto! I have been using these guys for many years and have never had a bad experience. Most recently I took in my van to make sure it would be ready for a long road trip for my family vacation. It ended up needing about $1600 worth of radiator & wheel bearing work (this included the general maintenance I requested) They got the repairs done timely and once I got it back I drove it for about 4 days before it broke down. I was way worried it was about to be a nightmare but Lael was so professional about everything, even driving out himself to my house to drive my van back to his shop. He was able to see where the issue was and didn’t charge me anything more to correct. Went on my trip with no issues and couldn’t be happier! Thank you Lael!

When I dropped off my Volvo with a check engine light they said they probably couldnt get to it today, but would probably get to it in the morning. I called days later and they hadnt looked at it yet. Said they were busy. I called back again in a week. Still nothing! Three weeks total they still had not even looked at it! I went and picked it up and took it somewhere else. No apologies, just handed me the keys. I was not rude or demanding at any point in time. I will not be going back.

Extreme Auto employs very kind people. As a woman, they treat me with dignity and respect and dont talk down to me. They didnt charge me for my diagnostic. They worked hard to figure out what was wrong with my car. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Jr is a nice hardworking guy. His sister on the other hand runs the desk, and she is mean but its a business and they need to be paid so consider it tough love. Jr and his Dad before do care and want to help you out with your auto repair and they are fair on the price. May take a day or two so plan ahead. Still a legit business. Ive had work done here over the years on all my viechals, no complaints or worries of being screwed. I would trust this business with your car repair needs.

Trudy at the front desk was wonderful. I took my Momso car in to be inspected. When it didnt pass, they charged me 1/2 price and offered to have me bring it in a few days later and have it retested. Which I did. If flunked again. Jr was very patient and suggested that I Drive the car 30 miles and come back again. Third time was a charm! I appreciate it there actually Customer Service and their professional demeanor. 5 stars. Ill take the car there again.

I have dealt with Extreme auto twice and I am very impressed with them I had a broken head gasket in my ford ranger. I shopped around found that their prices were comparably to other mechanics. They were up front about the cost. They did a great job I have had no further problems with my truck and it has been three years now.The other time my wife went in with a check engine light on her Honda Civic not knowing what the problem was. They ran a diagnostic check told her is was just a gas cap problem and replaced the gas cap, and sent her on her way. Very honest I would recommend.

Great service fair prices friendly people

Ive been a loyal EA customer for years due to my father having a friendship with one of the owners or employees there. Typically, they do a great job and the prices are reasonable. However, there have been a few times where the repairs done were at a subpar level or non-existent.One trip Ive been irked about happened last year. My cornering light on the driver side no longer worked and wasnt allowing me to pass a safety inspection. I replaced the bulb and found that the problem was a bit deeper. Took my Jeep in to have it fixed and even provided them with the brand new bulb and an extra one that came in the pack I had just bought less than 20 minutes prior. 5 HOURS LATER, I hadnt heard anything about the progress or what theyve diagnosed and needed permission to do. When I called them to ask the status, they plainly said Oh, your Jeep has been done for a couple hours..Great. Thanks for letting me know a couple hours ago.I come in to get my Jeep and pay for the repairs.. only to view the receipt showing all they did was charge me $60 in labor and $20 for a SINGLE bulb?! Even though I had told them that I had 2 at their disposal that were brand new and manufacturer recommended. After arguing with them for a bit and speaking with the manager, they waived the $20 fee.The blinker appeared to be working on the lot, but had a much shorter delay than its brother on the passenger side. Whatever, maybe its warming up? I dont know.(Side note: upon stepping in to my car to drive it away, there was oil EVERYWHERE. The seatbelt, the steering wheel, the seat, even all over the WHITE exterior paint where this mechanic was working. Luckily, I had some orange-glo in my glovebox.)By the time I took my car back to have the safety inspection redone less than 5 miles away, the blinker wasnt working again. What did I just pay for them to do?!I was beyond annoyed. Not only did a simple task take ALL DAY to deal with, but I basically just paid someone for labor that didnt do ANYTHING. And of course as soon as I found out that the blinker still wasnt working, their shop had closed and I couldnt come back to speak with the manager again till the next day (me living in Salt Lake, driving to and from Clearfield is not fun for me).I called their offices the next day to let them know what happened and that I demand a full refund.. they offered to do the work again at no additional cost. Oh, thats nice of you. But whos to say it wont take another DAY for you to figure out whats wrong with it, only to fail at the repairs AGAIN? Pass. Ill take it to another shop.And I did. It was MUCH cheaper, and they got it done within the hour. Not only did the other shop provide updates on the status, but they also told me what theyd be doing and how much it would cost PRIOR to starting the work and charging me for it!VERY dissatisfied. This was over a year ago and to this day, I refuse to take my car to this shop and warn all of my friends in the area to steer clear. All over one simple blinker.

Extreme rip off artists...... $300 and I still have no A/C they recharged my system said they fixed it NOPE! so they changed a vent control motor and said they fixed it NOPE! I straight up told them it was my compressor and they charged me for parts i doubt they ever even changed.

Took them over a month to do an 8hr job. Never bringing any of my cars here again.
