I was so impressed today with this business. I delt with Alex and he was professional and very genuine with me. He let me vent to him that Master Muffler quoted me $1,012.40 to replace front and rear brake pads and rotors, so I went to All Repair Auto Care for a second opinion. Alex called me and told me the rear pads and rotors DID NOT need to be replaced and the front rotors could be resurfaced. I was thrilled to pay $206.06 instead of the original quote. All Repair Auto Care gained a customer for life from todays experience.

I cannot recommend these guys more. They were personable and professional, efficient and generous. I was blown away by their good customer service. I also love the awesome waiting room with stuff to do for kids of all ages! If I lived in the area I would go to no one else!

OUTSTANDING HONESTY!!! I usually like to do my own repairs on my cars, but as I get older I have learned my limitation. After I finished my diagnostics, consulted a few friends and family I felt confident I knew the issue. These guys performed a complete inspection using all the latest equipment and determined the noise I was hearing was from the new tires on this car I had recently purchased. They didnt try and sell me something I didnt need, even though I was full prepared to pay. Great job!!! Honest work. I will be back. :)

All Auto Repair was amazing. We came on a weekend when Egan Automotive left our car with an ugly rattling sound. Turns out Egan Automotive installed a heat plate incorrectly. All Auto Repair got it all fixed quickly, efficiently, and cheaper than the estimated price. This place is incredible, highly recommend.

Love love LOVE working with the crew, it is always easy and quick and I dont have to press any buttons to actually get ahold of someone to talk to unless the phones are super busy in which case they call me back right away. The waiting room is clean and comfortable and the early bird box makes for easy and basically contactless service plus the on the go hand sanitizer, UV sterilizer, and air purifier at the front are a big plus and you can tell they are taking all the necessary precautions.

This place is a great repair shop. We had a sensor issue on our Nissan Frontier. We bought the sensor, and after trying to get to it on the back of the engine, we realized we did not have the time, tools, or facilities to get it done. Called these guys, they gave us a straight estimate using our part. We took the truck down, they had the job done the same day. No bulls$&@. Took care of our issue in record time, using our parts. This is a great auto repair shop. My parents referred me and I am grateful. They are reasonably priced, honest people. They told us we didn’t need the expensive repairs that another shop was going to do. They instead, fixed the problem with a simple and more affordable solution.The owner, Ernie, is committed to customer satisfaction. There’s a large poster that is prominently displayed with his personal phone number, saying you can text or call night or day if you are not satisfied. That is commitment to the customer experience!!!You can usually get your car taken care of pretty quickly. They also have an abnormally comfortable and clean waiting room for an auto repair business. You wouldn’t know it is an auto shop from how it feels!

Solid, quality, quick, work. Never have had an issue here. Sent a few friends here too. Its not everyday you find a mechanic you can truly trust. If I could give more stars, totally would.

Seriously one of the best places I have worked with. They are SO FAST! I mean FAST! I have worked with many many many repair shops in my career, and they are by far the best mix of what people need in a shop. Seriously the best! I really like all the guys down there. They have worked on my Maserati to my kid’s civic to my BMW to some strange electrical on my Jaguar. They do such a good job and I don’t feel like people get the recognition they earn all the time. They earned it.

Had a cam position sensor replaced in my 2007 frontier. They gave me a quote that was better than anywhere online and I payed the exact quote! Good service nice people. Will recommend

I really wanted to like these guys as they had so many positive reviews. But I would not recommend them unless you want your car in worse shape than it was before you took it in. In short, I took my working car in because it had a few small issues. $2k and a few weeks later, my car is completely dead, engine is burned up, and the cost of engine repair is more than my cars worth.Took my car in b/c check engine light (cat converter) and boiling antifreeze. They also convinced me to change the timing belt (it was past due).That was my first mistake. They couldnt find the right speedie sleeve for the scarred crankshaft so found another seal and made it work. Two weeks later, after minimal driving, oil started spraying everywhere all over the bottom of my car. Luckily I caught it before the oil sprayed out completely and the engine burned up, and took it back in.They had to replace the seal (that they had JUST replaced) with a different seal that fit better, but still charged me for all the parts and labor. When I asked them why, they said they guarantee most parts for 12 months/12,000 miles but not that one. They said that it was the cars fault the seal didnt fit, not their fault for putting one on that didnt fit (and almost leaving me stranded on the freeway with a burned up engine!)After spending $2000 on the repairs, two days later I was driving on the freeway and the check engine light came on, air conditioning stopped working, and when I pulled over the car wouldnt start again. This time I WAS stranded on the side of the freeway. Towed it in to All Repair and they said once again it wasnt their fault, this time it was the radiator hose that had rotted through.Seeing as how I had taken it in because of a problem with the antifreeze (their quick diagnosis was a cracked radiator cap) and they *missed* the radiator hose issues, and then after charging me $2k and replacing the timing belt, water pump, cat converter, O2 sensor, harmonic balancer, spark plugs, and putting 3 gallons of antifreeze in my car, just a few weeks later the radiator hose rotted through? And they *missed* it?All told my car was in their shop 9 days, I paid $2,000 because they told me I could get another 100k off my engine if I replaced the timing belt ASAP, and then I got about 40 miles before the car completely broke down and burned up the engine. They made me pay 2x for a part that they knew might not fit the first time, and also completely missed the fact that the radiator hose was about to rot through even though I specifically took it in with antifreeze issues.I dont know about you, but when I take a car into the mechanic I expect to have a working car for *at least* a few months afterward. For all of these reasons I would not recommend All Repair to anyone. I write this review not out of spite but because I hope it can help them upgrade their business practices, or at least warn others of what might happen. If Id known this is what would happen I would have chosen a different mechanic from the start.

I broke down near All Repair when driving from WA to Moab and the guys at All Repair were able to get get truck up and running in under an hour despite how busy they were. They even took the time to show me what happened and give me advice on something I was planning to fix myself. If youre going to break down - doing so near these guys is a great option.

Ive been a customer of theres for almost ten years. Theyve treated me well, and one thing Ive come to learn is they only do what needs to be done, they always do it right, and I can usually drop off my vehicle the very next day. Sometimes their quote is higher than the dealerships, but usually it is significantly less. Overall I have been happy and plan to keep using them.

I have never been to a mechanic that charges a $100 diagnostic fee that they dont apply to your repair bill. Especially for something simple like brakes! Additionally the man I spoke to in person was arrogant and condescending. I strongly recommend you go to anyone else. I did and I paid far less with much better customer service.

Alex and Ernie were great to work with. They kept in contact the whole time they had my truck. A while back a different shop tried to rip me off on one of the issues these guys fixed. They had my truck almost a week and couldnt diagnose the problem. These guys had it diagnosed the first day. They even dealt with me trying to get my comprehensive insurance to cover another issue on my truck. They were very straight forward and helpful through the whole process, and they got it done. Finding a mechanic I trust for a long time can be hard and tiring. First started with a few oil changes and once a check engine light. Once COVID19 hit I didn’t drive my car as much but finally had to go get my oil changed. This crew was friendly, clean and taking every precaution seriously. I could smell they had disinfected my car after having to be in it and my keys before they handed them back. I had to stop by the ford dealership and not one employee had a mask nor did they make an effort to clean my car. It was great to see this crew doing things right. Recommend highly!

Took care of our Acadia and Equinox and double checked every decision with us and even offered to ask around for estimates on welding work that would have to be done on the Equinox as it was originally from New York and looked like it had been swimming in the ocean to find out if it really would be worth fixing up all the rust or just fixing what was needed to work. Ive recently had a diagnostic done at another shop and they couldnt find the problem. I went in to get what they said needed done and then they told me that wasnt the issue, it must be something else and to wait til it gets worse.. I had become jaded.If you have car problems and prefer to be prioritized and have a genuine, honest experience with a mechanic, look no further.The diagnostic was cheaper than any place Ive ever been quoted. (& they waived the fee and didnt mark up parts) They listened and didnt talk down to me. And they solved my car issue at such a low price, I feel I got away with theft. LolThey even called me back on the way home. This shop is awesome! Not too long after we moved to Layton, my Yukon started making a tapping noise. We didn’t know any garages in the area. On the recommendation from a neighbor, we brought it to Ernie. We dropped it off and a few hours later he called us back with the bad news that we needed a new engine. We told him that we didn’t have that much money to fix it. We told him to hold on to it while we looked into to trying to come up with that much money. A few days later, Ernie recommended we try a few other things, but wasn’t sure they would work, they did and he saved us a ton of money. 2 years later and the Yukon is still running great. I’ll never bring my vehicle to anyone else but those guys. They really care about their customers. This garage is the most honest garage I know and they really get the work done as fast as they can. I’ve already recommended several people to bring their cars in there and everyone loves them!!

We absolutely LOVE Ernie and his crew! We have been clients for over 4 years now.Not being from here it was stressful looking for a new mechanic we could trust. Trust is what comes to mind first when we think about All Repair, and we refer our friends here for great service at a fair price.Ernie will give a free assessment. He wont push the repairs if they are definitely not necessary. If there is a real issue with the vehicle he will give options (price if getting parts through them versus elsewhere, etc.) We trust his advice and the work they have done on our cars has been good.I have found all my fluids filled appropriately when I took the car in for just an oil change. I get a warm welcome there when I have to drag all the kids into the shop with me- thankfully there is a clean bathroom for customers as well as water/coffee. Talk about hospitality! The kids get to play with all sorts of toys in the waiting room and there is ample reading material.Not only do I feel taken care of with maintenance of our older vehicles here, but its a pleasant experience to just stop by and say hi. Ive used All Repair ever since Ernie opened the shop. Over the years he has chased down multiple problems with my old cars and helped me decide what the most cost effective fix would be. There have been plenty of opportunities for the shop to have stuck me with very expensive bills on problems that I wouldnt have been able to know that I had been taken advantage of. Never once did they do that. I had a short in my wiring. He could have really taken me to the bank on that, but they found it and fixed it at a very minimal charge. I have never been taken advantage of by All Repair. They have always been extreamly honest with me. I trust Ernie and I cant say that about the other shops that are closer to my house.

Ernie and crew are awesome people and you can see they care! Their prices work for my wallet yet most of all they are the only garage I will allow to work on any of my vehicles. Go give them a try. You wont go back to your old garage!

On our road trip from Portland to Utah we stopped at Antilope park when our alternator failed.Lucky for us when we found this place!The owner and his team were nothing but awesome. Not only they fixed our car very quick but also they went beyond! They took care of us, offering a lift to a nice restaurant while the service where on going. They took care of our dog with treats. Excellent customer service and fair price!We can’t recommend this place more. We almost wish our car would break down again on our way back to Portland ;-)

This place is amazing! My whole family has been extremely loyal to another auto repair shop for 20 plus years. Recently, the quality of service at the other shop has declined. With our current vehicle we had taken it to the other shop 5 plus times in the last 4 months without having the issue fixed. My wife and I finally got sick of it and looked for a new place. After countless mechanics, we finally found the one! These guys actually took the time to get deep, down and dirty to analyze our Jeeps start malfunction and possible other issues. Multiple shops told us it was the battery, or the radio was draining the battery. Were were expecting to pay a fortune, but was very surprised! They did what an amazing job!

They are friendly and eager to take care of the maintenance needed for our car. I thought their labor prices are unreasonably high. I was not happy with the fact that they charged an $88 diagnostic fee on top of the repairs. I have never had an auto repair shop charge diagnostic fee. Generally, in my experience, diagnostic fees are waved when repair work is done. They provided a list of things that still needed to be done on the car. They told me the battery was failing. I still needed a coolant flush and cabin filter replaced and they gave an estimate of $269.00 that still needed to be done. I went to another location today. The battery was tested and I was told it was there was no indication of a failure that is is still quite healthy. I had the coolant flush and cabin filter done for $135.00. I will most likely not go back.

Great Service! After breaking down on the freeway I called this shop based on G+ reviews and Ernie fit me in. We had or minivan towed to his shop and he exceeded our expectations. The diagnosis was quick, the repair was quick, and the total was below the estimate.We were on the road in less than four hours. It was incredible! So I’m a mom with a newborn and a 2 year old, therefore it’s not ideal to go in and out of stores. Ernie was so nice to work with. I called the shop when I was in their parking lot, and Ernie came out to me, figured out the light I needed, then had someone come to me in the parking lot to fix it! You can’t beat that service! It probably took a total of 5 min. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Great shop. Called to ask about some issues my car was having and the Ernie talked with me for a good 15 minutes trying to help me diagnose it myself. Decided to bring it in after the dealership didnt fix my problem and they ran a full diagnostic on the suspension. They let me know everything looked great and suggested some other fixes (tires, alignment), which wont make them money since they dont do those. They obviously could have told me I needed a bunch of things I didnt and made more money but its clear they really arent out to take advantage of people. Since there was nothing wrong with the car he didnt even charge me the $70 diagnostic fee. Just said well see you next time. So refreshing, they have earned my business.

For just about any service Ive needed on my car, Ive been going to this shop. They staff is always friendly and reassuring, especially since I dont know much about cars. For my time in Utah, Im without a doubt a one shop guy.

Had car problem 8:30 a.m. called and got me in and my vehicle was done by 4:00 p.m. He had the parts in stock. Yeah!!! I was stressing about having only one car, and how was I going to get to work etc....He saved the day! Also, the diagnostic was only $69.95,and if I had taken it to Chevy it would have been $109.95 or more! Great deal, reputable company!!

We were in a tight spot after our radiator went out and our car was stuck in Layton. I googled mechanics in the area and was glad to find this shop! He was super nice and friendly and quoted us less than other shops had (even with an oil change included). He even got our car done the same day we dropped it off even though he had estimated a day later. Super impressed with this shop and will most likely come back here for my future car needs. I called around to several places for a quote on several maintenance items for our van, these guys by far had the best quote and did a fantastic job. Definitely found my new repair shop!

Amazing! Ernie is one of the most honest and genuinely kind people Ive ever met. They were less expensive than any shop I quoted, and came in on bid within a couple dollars. They bent over backwards to get the truck done and to make sure it was right. Great company!

Ive had 2 vehicles repaired by All Repair. Ive had a great experience. Fair price, great service, friendly staff. They also shuttled me home while my car was being fixed. Ive been a customer of Ernies for 6 years now, even before he started All Repair. I was always impressed by his professionalism, demeanor, quality of the work performed, the cost, and that he would install parts that I provided (I have a 92 Stealth Twin-Turbo and some parts are hard to get locally). In all these years I have never had a problem at All Repair, which I cant say about some other places Ive had to take my car to, due to logistics. Its always nice to be able to deal with a business where the atmosphere is always positive. Thanks to Alex for recently installing a new battery and getting me back on the road quickly! Cant recommend them enough.

Car repairs are one of those necessary evils in life. You feel great when it is over, but hope you never have to go through it again. All Repair Auto is a hard working group and very honest. I wish other repair places could take care of individuals the way Ernies crew does. Our mechanic Quentin is as honest of an individual as they come and Im glad Ernie hires people this great. I like the fair pricing but that they treat me with respect. I looked for a mechanic to take care of my car and not talk down to me because I am a female. They treat everyone with respect. They will always be my mechanic.

Great service! Alex and Ernie communicated throughout the process. I was passing thru from Boise when my truck broke down and they were able to get me right in. I even had a small issue after the repair that they took care of the next day before I returned home. Thanks guys!

All Repair Auto Care was able to resolve something when another mechanic wasn’t and they fixed something another mechanic left dangerous exposed.My Jeep’s airbag light came on and I took it to a mechanic for repair. He spent “weeks” looking for the part and couldn’t find it. He warned me that when he did find it, he’s need the Jeep all day.I suffered through the annoying pinging sound, until I found out my insurance wouldn’t cover me in an accident. I took it to All Auto Care and they located the part and fixed in within 3-4 hours.Then, later when I noticed an odd sound coming from my Jeep, I took it back to them. They found that when previous repairs were done (by another shop- who had charged me $1200 and kept my Jeep for 3 days) they hadn’t properly attached my exhaust. Truly, I’d gotten lucky because my exhaust hadn’t been permanently damaged or simply fallen off. The exhaust repairs could have exceeded $500-900 and yet, All Repair Auto Care saved me all that by simply fixing another mechanic’s carelessness.Finally, the mechanic mentioned that he had concerns regarding the state of my front tire (it needs to be replaced) and regardless of where I buy tires from (I dont believe All Repair Auto sells tires), he recommended I get new front tires.I will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone who needs a good, honest mechanic.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have been going here for over a year now, and I thought they were the best place ever, I recently brought in one of my cars because it was having a sensor issue. I replaced the sensor but it was still having issues so I decided to take it in. They did the exact same thing I did at home and charged me $300+ for it called and told me it was fixed I showed up to get it, paid for it because I was told it was fixed. Loaded my kids up, started it and it was worse then when I dropped it off and the engine kept shutting off. So I ended up leaving it there and they said they would look at it again. I got a call the next day that it was fixed went in where they charged me more money to fix something they said was already fixed and they made worse by fixing i paid it and picked it up and it seemed to be fine. I drove it home and around for a few days but then parked it in my garage. I went to use that vehicle today and my check engine light is back in the engine is shutting down for the same issue they said they fixed!!! These people dont have any idea what they are doing and charge and arm and a leg for labor when its something as easy as changing a lightbulb on you car. I would not recommend this place to anyone. And will let all my friends and family know as well.

They took the time to REALLY find out what was wrong. Most places would have replaced something and called it good. Christina in the front is SUPER nice (: she is single boys !!

Transmission went out 3 days before leaving on our family vacation to California. All Repair Auto stayed after hours and personally picked up the new transmission to make sure our vacation could go through as planned. This was all done for us as first time patrons. We will certainly be using them again for any future car repairs.

The guys here are awesome! I know NOTHING about cars so when my car wouldn’t start I called the nearest mechanic to me. They were so helpful. Very honest and good to work with. I will definitely call them for any future problems.
