I Got my Mercedes’ master solenoid changed pretty quickly and I was happy knowing that the work was done by someone who specializes in European cars.

There is no where to go in northern Utah for a modified German car. RSR Motorsport is the only Porsche shop in the area. I felt comfortable knowing Mark is a Porsche mechanic. Family owned shop. Awesome customer service and skilled Porsche mechanic. A little backed up, it’s a one man show here.I recommend this shop for your European car maintenance needs.

Great mechanic at fair prices

Wow I don’t even know where to begin except to say this is 10/5 stars. As a girl with a European car people try to rip me off left and right. I was referred to RSR by a friend and I’m so glad I was. Not only was the price much lower than I expected but he took the time to consult me on a part I needed replaced and why which can be so helpful when trying to see what you’re dealing with. I genuinely have never been to a place that’s more friendly and knowledgeable I could honestly go on and on with how impressed I was right from the start. I’m absolutely blown away. I’m definitely only going here from now on!!

It doesnt get much better than this. Working with RSR was an absolute pleasure. He knows what he is talking about. He also is very honest. I thought my car had one issue, he could have fixed that issue and charged me for it, but he didnt feel like that was the issue. He dug deeper and found the real cause and fixed it, which meant less money for him, but he cares more about being honest. He could have totally hosed me, but he was straight up. He put a ton of time into making sure I was taken care of. Plus he is just a cool dude. I really appreciated dealing with them. I would recommend anyone to work with him. I feel like I now have a go to guy for my Porsche Boxster.

I have an Audi A6 Quattro. I took it to another mechanic who had the car for over a month and couldnt fix it. RSR had it for one week and had it done. Great job!!! Highly recommend RSR.

Picked up a diesel Audi A3 for a commuter car out of Beverly Hills, CA. RSR got the parts it needed ASAP and put in new glow plugs. Mark did great work and for a fair price. He also picked up the slack for a window regulator repair and new window last minute when the windshield guy didnt know how/want to do the work on an Audi. Mark is definitely The Car Doctor, smart guy. Saved the leather in the backseats from the snow storm that hit days later. Highly recommend RSR.

Had my car for 4 weeks and it’s still sitting in the same spot I parked when handing over the keys and it hasn’t moved an inch said all he did was clear a code when I drove down the road and the check engine light popped up

My father always told me “never go to a mechanic that can get you right in. A good mechanic has a waiting list” now that’s not to say that Mark is slow. This is not the case. I scheduled an appointment about 4 business days out and Mark has it done the same day. VERY knowledgeable and very affordable. I would highly recommend RSR Motorsports!

Mark and his staff/family are a blessing! I bought an Audi with the idea that it was going to cost more than usual to maintain and repair. Then, I heard about Mark at RSR. His prices are more than reasonable and the quality customer service received from Mark and the staff is exceptional! I am enjoying my Audi purchase even more now that I have them to call! Absolutely the BEST. My son has a 1999 BMW 328i that wouldnt start. I had done quite a bit of diagnoses and was unable to find the problem. Because of many bad experiences with mechanics over the years, I have been reluctant to take my cars to any of them. Mark came highly recommended to me by a friend who has used him over the years. He had my sons car diagnosed and fixed in a couple of hours. What a great and pleasant surprise... an honest and proficient mechanic. I will definitely use Mark for all my cars from this point on. You wont find a better more honest shop than this! This guy truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Hes extremely knowledgeable on all import cars. Due to him being so good he is extremely busy and sometimes difficult to get into but well worth the wait.

I would really like to give Mark and RSR Motorsports 6/5 stars for going above and beyond when servicing my Audi. I dropped my A3 off due to issues involving the fuel pump and cam follower. A few hours later I was contacted by Mark telling me what he had found. After giving me some options I chose to have the pump replaced. By the end of the day I was picking up my car and paying less than what I would have at a dealership. Thank you Mark for the awesome service and professional manner that RSR Motorsports has to offer. Also thanks again for the added kickstand support for my CBR600RR. You saved me big time!!!

Very reasonable and great work on my Mercedes. Went above and beyond to make sure I was more than satisfied.

Communication lacking; otherwise very service oriented.I bought a car from a neighboring dealer (GP motors) and was referred to RSR when I told them that the check engine light came on and a VW Dealer quoted me 5000 to fix all the problems. GP was convinced that their guy at RSR would get me fixed up right without raking me over the coals.I was out of the country and in the process of moving states during the whole repair process. They made sure to get it done in time for the moving company to pick it up. The repair did take a few weeks however because RSR is very busy.I have my car back and I spent 1200 to get it in great shape. The check engine light is still on and RSR fails to return email communication regarding this. I would not suggest using email, however convenient it may be for you. If email is advertised, it should be just as excellent as in person calls. The receptionist over the phone was very nice however when I did talk to her.Before they finished the repair I asked the receptionist to check if the mechanic checked a certain part of the car that might have been causing the check engine light. She assured me she would do that and get back to me to make sure it was fixed. She never got back to me and I think that little issue is still causing the check engine light. (temperature sensor). Somewhat put out that I need to go find another place in my new state to get that fixed.They got the major stuff fixed for a great deal though so I give them 4 stars. I was confident they had my best interest in mind, even though they dont seem to have a good handle on their customer assurance and communication side.

Mark has been my mechanic for all my German vehicles for 12 years and recently did an incredible job on my restoration project 1967 Karmann Ghia!I cant thank him enough for the attention to detail and now my car runs like it was brand new. Awesome, honest and knowledgeable mechanics are hard to find, so glad I have one in Mark.

This place is a joke. Brought my car in on a appointment for the replacement of the transmission from recommendation from a VW dealer. Yeah they had my car for almost 2 weeks! And coming back as we added some fluid. And another 4 hour job. Ummm ok why the two weeks and the transmission is still messed up!?! No replacement like I requested! I was willing to pay! What a joke, left with still a bad transmission even though they said of it runs perfect. Umm has no reverse lol. I asked for other things to be checked out while it was there for the 2 week stay, please check the headlights cause Im having a issue, yeah nothing upon pickup, I asked for the timing chain to be looked at again nothing, I have all the texts if needed! Dont trust these guys! Hes over booked and understaffed! Oh hes the only mechanic thats why!
