I needed a transmission update for my truck. I took dropped it off the night before and they contacted me via text the next morning to let me know it was almost done. They also asked about another item and confirmed what I needed, or in this case, that it would not need further repairs. They also took it over to the Quick Lane for an oil change. I received a text that it was done so I went and picked it up.This was my second oil change at this location. I always use Motorcraft Oil and Filters in this truck and know that I am getting OEM parts and service here. I bought my first truck at Ed Kenley ford back in the early 1990s. Im counting on their great service whenever I need it!

I had a fantastic experience with Ed Kenley Service! Cody was awesome to work with. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. My truck was finished at the end of their work day but Cody stayed late to allow me to pick it up. Exceptional service, which I have rarely experienced at other dealership service centers.

Dropped car off to have a problem diagnosed, 3 days later no contact from the service department, I called and was told we dont have any information to pass along, 2 day later still no contact so I went in and talked to the service rep. and was told they havent found the cause of the problem. By now they have had the car for a week and the only communication I have had is when I call or go in. They finally diagnose to say I need a new alternator, for a cost of about double what other repair shops are quoting. Then after the alternator is changed they might need to change the main computer, but they wont know until afterward. Needless to say I dont want them working on any vehicles I have.

Drove down from Alaska, took in for an oil change. Tech did a great job IDing an oil leak from either the upper or lower oil pan seal. Talked with Service manager to explain I need it fixed because Im driving back up to AK in 2 weeks. He said, Im booked 3 weeks out. Sorry, I cant help you. I get that Im no more important than anyone else, but on a 2021 Powerstroke with 6600 miles, Im 3000 miles from home and have to drive another 3k...well you do something like hey, leave us the truck and we will work it in. I called Young Ford, explained the situation and the lady MADE me an appoitment time for 3 days later. Now THAT is how you take care of people; especially those of us transiting and cant afford to be stuck for 4 weeks.

These guys were awesome! Cody called me every other day to let me know the status of my car. The service techs went above and beyond in fixing what was wrong, and also found something else wrong and fixed that as well! My car runs like its brand new again, and my sunroof closes and opens WAY faster now. Well worth the wait!! Thanks you guys!!!! :)

Service was very good. Im not happy that I had to buy a new battery when there have been signs of documented leakage during previous servicing. Just because Im outside of the bumper to bumper on this service warranty by 2k miles, it should still be under warranty due to previous indications.

I had a terrible, frustrating experience and feel robbed. My service writer, Grant, was terrible at communicating. He took forever and didnt explain anything. It cost a fortune and took forever.

They say they speak Spanish but they have had me more than 20 minutes waiting on the phone, only if you go there David will answer you
