Richard “the manager” is a complete liar, he had me cash app him hundreds of dollars at $richiguzman; I went in close to closing time & he controlled the device I signed up for the financing for, he went next on each page so fast claiming he was explaining what was on the pages asking me to sign claiming the deal was ending that day!!!! TV was in a whole different branded box & I believe it is a knock off Samsung. DO NOT GET SCAMMED, PAY YOUR TV IN FULL!!!!

Great deal on HD TV. I shopped around for the best price for a Vizio TV they also have Samsung and LED and whatever you can think of. I bought a few hisense 43” and I’m very pleased.

Best pricing and best service Ive had in a long time! Richard and his assistant (who should be called Hercules because I watched him carry a deep freezer by himself) went above and beyond for me. Best buy could learn from these guys FR.

I came in with some family members and the customer service was really bad. They treat you like you’re not going to buy anything then we don’t want to deal with you. The TV was great. But I probably wouldn’t recommend anybody going there unless you’re the kind of people they want to deal with. The attitudes are horrible of the people who work here. Don’t go there window shopping either they really will not talk to you. Two stars because I called for the tv I wanted said they had it and did not when I got there but I still got a nice tv.

Incredible customer service from Antonio and Richard they were both really helpful and patient. Came in for a 55” left with a 75” instead only thing paid out of pocket was $39!!!

There ads are misleading. Went there because they said a 75 samsung was 850. Get there and he says 2 payments of 850 and it says so in ad which wasnt true. Dont go there. Much better places in town
