Worst experience ever. They dont know how to put on a screen protector but sure know how to just stand there playing on their phone instead of working. Dont go here.

Dont waist your time at this store. They sold me an outrageous plan. $180 a month with 3 lines but 1 phone unlimited, my wife went to metro PCs and got 2 lines unlimited and 2 free phones. I took my phone back to TMobile and canceled my account and got only 6/$67.00 back then I get a bill yesterday for $180. I only had TMobile device for 5 days

Horrible experience at this location. I walk in to pay my phone Bill when step in to the store instead of greeting me they ask what do you want. I pay my bill as I ask to do and upgrade on 2 phones manager had to approved it and they were offered me phone cases and other stuff for the new cell phone we said no thank you and because we didnt want to buy things manager didnt approved the upgrades with a bad attitude. Betcy needs to go back to training for customer service and that manager should be out because she doesnt know how to give customer service or treat people she shouldnt be a manager. I dont recommend this store at all.
Stopped by to get an Apple Watch and Cameron helped me out with a promotion for two watches. Very friendly guy, super cool. Smooth on the set up and helped me get it affordable. Thanks Cameron I’ll be back most def
The guy who helped us was amazing! ! I think it was Cameron. However the lady who had been there for 4 years(over heard her say that) was RUDE. Just cause she was in charge she made him stop helping us and do something for her which she could of done herself since she was right by the door. You miss thing need to learn to not abuse your power and boss everyone cause youre too lazy to do it yourself.
I went in on Saturday and did NOT expect the service I received. I went in and within 3 minutes I had the manager, Elizabeth, helping me. It took a while, and she never expressed impatience. She knew exactly what she was doing, no fumbling around. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and a nice person. I wish I could give more than 5 stars--she deserves it. I have had to go back a few times for related, but not the same, issue. When she was not there, Henry helped me; again, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I have not had a bad experience at this store.

This is the worst T-Mobile store. The manager is very rude and unprofessional. I will be calling corporate because I never experience people being that rude before.

Terrible customer service. Unprofessional and outright disrespectful. After being made to wait over 30 min while they casually spoke with other customers, long enough 2 other customers left without even being spoken to. I asked employee Betsy to accommodate asking a coworker who had arrived before 11am to making a payment considering it was after 1110 and there was multiple customers waiting. With a great deal of undertone, Betsy told me I can make my payment over the phone with customer service. This is not the first time these employees have responded unprofessional to myself, a regular patron, to myself and while i have been in the store.

Angie was great! I came in and I got a iPhone 6plus, and she had to hunt and search for the color I wanted. She even broke a nail in the process, and trust me them claws were not cheap. They were stunning. I felt so bad. She helped me quickly and was very knowledgeable. She was in on her day off too. She was a great person to work with. When ever I need to go to T-Mobile, this will be the store I go to. The young lady checking people in was bright and welcoming. It was a nice experience. We were treated like they were our friends. Fantastic customer service.

Both times I have been here the associates working at this location have made derogatory remarks against T-Mobile phone and web customer support. The ironic thing is that I have never had an issue with 611 nor web chat support, but I have had this store cause issues on my bills at least twice.The first time I simply upgraded a phone. In doing so the associate ended up adding an extra data service to a line that already has far more than enough data allotted. This resulted in a few months of increased charges. Yes, I should have noticed, but I feel that I shouldnt have to carefully scrutinize every bill to check for items I did not request.More recently I went in to buy a Gear watch. I had talked to 611 support to get answers to a couple of questions. In talking with them, they pre-added a line to use the new watch on. When I went to the store and told them this, their response was oh the central support guys are idiots and never know what theyre doing. The associate added a second line and didnt remove the first. Had I not noticed, I again would have had an extra service I had not requested. Im sure it had something to do with commissions. When I called 611 to have the line removed, the support I received could not have been any better.The billing errors were not terrible, but I dont care at all for the slanderous remarks against their own company. It is especially foolish considering the issues I had with associates that werent even particularly friendly. I felt as if I was being degraded because I talked to 611 first, and because I didnt want their accessories.I wont be back. I actually just bought 2 new phones and did it online. While I had to wait a few extra days for delivery and then to activate, it was a painless process.

HORRIBLE PLACE!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!We came today after my mothers phone got stolen. we pointed which new device we wanted to buy.A lady named KAYLA, who claimed to be the manager, gave us The most horrible customer service experience:First, she didnt stop laughing with one of the employees there [While we are stressed out].Than, when we got to the register, with the device she suggested while holding the device, all of a sudden she told us that she cant sell it because they have a mistake with the inventory count! after weve been over there for over 30 minutes speaking about this specific device.Not just that, SHE LIED STRAIGHT TO OUR FACE, telling us that this is the last one from this specific model IN THE ENTIRE VEGAS VALLEY. Than, proceeding with her nasty attitude, she gave us a different phone, telling us to buy that. But what do you know - they didnt have that one on the display so we didnt even know what it looked like. We told her that we want to take it out the box to see what were buying first, she says no I cant let you do that. HOW THE HELL CAN WE BUY A PHONE WITHOUT EVEN SEEING IT??? she said you have two options: either buy this phone or leave.We left this place very upset. Went to a different branch, and what do you know- of course they had the phone that we wanted to buy from the beginning at stock [and a lot from it].DONT EVEN BOTHER COMING TO THIS PLACE, AS THEY LIE STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE WITHOUT EVEN BLINKING!!! ESPACIALLY KAYLA, SHE IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.. ITS A SHAME THAT THIS GIRL WITH HER NASTY ATITUDE IS THE MANAGER!!

Great Store and staff. LG and Kat were fantastic. I needed to switch 6 lines from AT&T and they spent many hours making sure everything was perfect.
Ive been to the store several times and I get the best customer service . I would never change. They go beyond to make sure I get the service I need . I recommend to anyone . My two favorite associates are Karen and jeimy who happened to be bilingual and assist me with everything. Very impressed

They took my name down told me Id be next & to just stand there until someone called my name. And then proceeded to help everyone who came in after me BEFORE me. Typical T-Mobile experience was there almost an hour & left without getting the problem fixed was told maybe just get a new phone? This phone is less than 2 years old. And just a p.s. DONT go paperless it just causes all kinds of problems.

NEVER come to this location at Tropicana and Jones!!! I needed a new phone because mine had broke. As soon as I walked in negative vibes and negative poor poor customer service! I have been a loyal customer for over 4+ years and never have I ever wanted to walk out of a t mobile store so badly! The ladies that work here are RUDE with no kind of customer service whatsoever as well as the guy who showed that he had lack of knowledge on phones and had no desire to help a customer choosing the right new phone other than give the up most ridiculous service I have ever gotten in a T mobile store. NEVER will I be back! And neither should anyone else bc no one deserves to be treated like this at any place!!! Don’t care who YOU are if you can’t work in customer service or hate your job QUIT!!!

He took time to make sure that I understood all of the details of my transaction and stayed by my side to help me sync and coordinate my new purchases. He thoroughly enjoys his job and it is obvious. Any time I come to this location I will be searching for him.
Im THANKFUL i dont have to go to this store at all, I just needed to find a nearby tmobile store at the time to pay my bill. Extremely rude tmobile rep whose name i did not quite catch as I was taken back how rude he was for no reason. He had braces, a strange monster neck tattoo, wore glasses and had a stank attitude for no reason. After I paid my bill he said BYE how about, thank you and have a nice day? Do you really have no customer service skills at all? Do not act like Ive interrupted your unimportant conversation to pay my bill. He was very short with me and had an attitude. He needs A LOT more training. I wish I could give no stars, he ruined my experience just by how rude he was. Glad i do not have to return, EVER.
A representative named George was very kind and helpful. He had the best customer service I had ever seen. He is like this with everyone. He was the only one to help the rest were horrible they should fired, the worst I have ever seen. Plus they look clueless. If you go to this shop always ask for George.
Not a corporate store... horrific customer service. Do the research first and go to a T-Mobile store that is corporately owned, you will be glad that you did. I have been without a phone now for 3 days because of their overwhelming incompetence.
The clerks there are not only incompetent but also very dishonest. I bought a prepaid sim card which is not working on my phone and they should have told me in advance because they knew it wasnt gonna work their 4g LTE with my unlocked phone. Plus, I was told that my plan was an auto-pay plan but I found out that it was not. My cellphone stopped working and I had to go to another shop to find out that I need to pay for the next month in advance in order to make it work! I dont know about t-Mobile in general but...Stay away from this shop!!

Very poor customer service, l went there Sunday around 11 am, explained them that l would like to change the service, Service Representative was not sure about the details and didnt give me enough info, finally they charged me 35 dollars and told me after 2 hours, l should have my data internet back, l didnt have internet after that time!When l came back around 6 they said l can call customer service or other branch. l drove many miles to find another open T mobile in Maryland st. He was a Nice guy, gave me enough info and said there was just need for a 15 US dollars to keep my number!!! and the money wont be refunded from T mobileBad experience with T mobile at this Tropicana branchother thing, The speed of data was very very slowwwwww!
Buy one get other free Galaxy S8 not true.You need 5 lines to get one free phone.We are 4 and have family plan already and we dont need another extra line just for one free phone!

Worst customer service Iv ever recieved. Michael the older gentleman talked to a family about los Angeles for 30 min while i waited in line patiently. The entire staff needs to be re worked and a few people tired or swapped because this is horrible. Some girl stayed on the phone and had a conversation at what sounded like another co worker. Its 4:45pm on 7/7/17 whoever is on staff needs to be talked to.

VERY CONFUSING STORE MANAGER !!!!! MIKE DELIVERED A POOR SERVICE !!!!!!The store manager Mike mislead customers by not telling them if they change numbers they have to cancel themselves their plan from other carriers. So after 2 months we got a bill from AT&T and Mike simply told us he couldnt do anything. Mike just didnt port the number from AT&T.When I told him he didnt let us know about that he simply lied. We were 2 in the store and none of us understood, so Mike is a pretty confusing guy and remember that he is the store Manager !!!!!

Unknowledgable, poor advice.For starters, Im unhappy with the Galaxy 7, which they pushed on me hard.Mine had software problems. The time/date setting were way off, giving me weather from Madrid, and misdating texts, making texts difficult to find.I went to the location to see if they could help me find my texts (which were misdated somehow, and buried in the wrong date).They pretended to know the answer(had zero clue), which exasserbated personal and business problems I was having, being unable to effectively text.I finally called Tmobile and talked to a tech (which they never recommended, and which would have saved me a world of trouble).The tech knew the problem (the Galaxy 7 sucks), and showed me how to fix.I dont know is a reasonable thing to say when you dont know. What I got was unreasonable and unprofessional.On the positive, they had many staff members there, so I didnt wait long...this is the only thing getting them that second star.

I purchased a supposed brand new phone about 2 days ago, and paid over $150 to get a new phone to end up with a phone that was cracked and not even 24 hours later I went into the store again and show them that the phone they sold me was broken they refused to help and yelled at me and my mother and told me I was stuck with the phone and the manager and employees where beyond rude and where screaming at me. I was told when I called customer service that I would walk out of the store with a new phone and was lied to. So never going back to T Mobile and will definitely take this to upper management. they need to be coached on how to speak to their customers and how to resolve issues because they do not have an compassion nor do they have respect. Do not recommend this store at all.
Came in today just expecting to change my microsim to a nanosim but Terriel and Karlin exceeded every expectation I had. They were so friendly, so nice, I wish I could give more than just 5 stars their customer service is worth a million more stars. I love them, definitely come in!!!

I just want to say that this store everyone is so nice i went in to get a new phone and i spoke to oscar c and he was so helpful telling me about the phones and i got a new phone and he helped me setup everything i was upset that i wasnt getting my pictures transfered to my new phone and he said yes u can and he transfered my pictures to my new phone i just wanted to say great customer services and at this store they know what they are doing.
