Ive had their tv service since March 2019 and havent been too disappointed. I definitely saved a lot of money using DCN TV. There might be a few dings here and there but overall the quality has been consistent. The only thing I wish they had was a phone number to talk to them directly instead of emailing them but their response time isnt too bad.

Had trouble when we first got it with buffering. We worked that out and have enjoyed wonderful TV for the last three or four years.

We have been emailing trying to cancel service and no one will respond. It isnt like we can go in because the store is closed and you cant get anyone on the phone. So month after month this money is coming out with no service rendered. The service hasnt worked in 5 or 6 months and we have been emailing since January to cancel and no one is getting back to us. They can happily take your money though!

Owner was insulting and rude. Ive been on this earth for 78 years and this was as bad an experience as Ive ever had. This person is thin skinned and he knows hes right all the time. Proceed at your own peril. I have no axe to grind prior to dealing with this business and I am not a competitor, just a very disappointed person who tried to do business and was treated with disrespect and disdain.

This review is a long time coming. I purchased a box over 3 years ago and love it!!!!! I see some of theres reviews where they are staying service was temporarily down, that is correct but it is rare and when it does happen the owner stays in contact the whole time to give updates. I have referred over 20 people to this product and they love it the same as I do. I have saved a TON of money over the years watching whatever I can think of in great resolution I might add. I dont really understand some of the negative reviews talking solely on the money though. you are getting a way better deal then the cable companys so i dont understand the complaints. All I can tell people who are reading these reviews and basing their future decision off of them is that in now days ago people want the best for the cheapest and if they do not get their way they are going to complain until they are blue in the face no matter what. So inwould try it for yourself and I believe you will LOVE IT!!

After purchasing the modem for $199.00. The service just stopped working. No one to talk to withcustomer service. The service has been down for 2 weeks with no resolution. Even when the service was working, It was only able to get it work 95% of the time. I decided to keep it even though it failed 5% of the time, but I finally shut it down completely 100%. Cancelled only after 2 months. I wasted $200 for the modem.

Its a shame to say theyre happy to lose a customer u know that youre are very unprofessional and Ive been a customer for quite a bit I myself I have text you no replies and when they do reply there are very rude I wish I would have given no stars but unfortunately you have to rate them with one please people dont purchase anyting from them also they have lost credibility trust me we have bought seven boxes four different family members also I have recommended them in the past with other clients and I told them whats going on also they are going to give them bad reviews and never again purchase anything from them ever bad attitude bad service I dont care that the panels went out like they say but at least be more polite to your clients

We bought this DCN TV box. In our opinion, my husband and I, it is way over priced. You can buy similar media boxes online for much less money. When we took ours in to hopefully get some satisfaction with how it works the guy was snooty and disrespectful and we got no satisfaction because he got our ire up and and were asked to leave. He wouldnt hear us out. He wanted to do all the talking. And left us for quite some time, in the middle of all this, waiting for him to return. Not at all what we call professional. This was not what we consider exceptional customer service...not in a good way anyway. It buffers a lot, freezes up and has really annoying advertisements. Why should a $199 player have advertisements? Ridiculous!!! Incase you cant tell we are totally dissatisfied and would never buy another one of these and especially from this place. DONT buy this product!. Am only clicking one star to post this complaint because it didnt have a zero one.I got a responce but I dont see where to respond. It said there was name calling. Not true. No one called anyone a name. My hubby and I felt like this guy had a snotty attitude and was disrespectful from the first words out his mouth. He interrupted us a lot and and the last time I tried to say something he interrupted yet again and I told him to shut up and he ordered me out of the store. I refused but finally said Id go but he couldnt seem to shut up so my hubby got up off his couch and we left. He was not professional in any way.
