I purchased a curved gaming monitor from Best Buy yesterday for the 27 inch MSI screen. They ran out of what I wanted which is why this review is a 3 star. They did however ship the item with two day shipping so I ordered it on Monday while at the store and it came to my address on Wednesday today.

So after being transferred 3 times and more than 30 minutes while waiting to speak to someone at Best Buy in Summerlin NV, the customer service person tells me the store no longer accepts phone calls! Would not of been considerate and adequate customer service to tell me this before transferring me three times and making me wait for 30 minutes? I think the store should change their name to worst by or worst customer experience ever.

Came in looking for a tripod and cell phone mount. Upon waking in I asked where they were in the store. An associate pointed me to the correct aisle and I found the tripod. However I could not find the phone mounts. I walked back to the front and asked the same associate. He then asked a female associate who said, we dont have that. Now.... this is Best Buy... the land of every accessory and there isnt a single cell phone mount in the whole store? I wasnt buying it. So I pulled out my phone and looked it up myself. Sure enough they had the part in stock. I then confronted the front desk associate and said, I believe you are wrong. There is a cell mount ..its right here. I showed my phone and I was correct. The employees didnt even take the time to look it up like I did. Bad customer service. The saving grace was the manager. Kyle is his name I believe and he helped find the part and check me put at the register. If it wasnt for the manager I would have left and bought it online at another store. Thanks Kyle

Curbside pickup did not go well last time. I waited for 20 minutes then tried calling. I was given a wait time of over 10 minutes after which I went into the store. They were helpful, but I found out it is nearly impossible to call the store directly as everything is run through corporate. I blame it on the labor shortage. We need people to get back to work!

Stopped in to replace a damaged phone. Found the sales associates doing the bare minimum to assist with my purchase and unwilling to perform service that my local Best Buy performed without even being asked. Id still opt for making purchases at Best Buy but Id choose another location before going back to this one

Company does not honor quoted pricing. I was told by the sale agent on Monday 9/5 that the labor day sale on Tvs ended on September 8th. I called today to buy the TV, September 7, and was told that the sales price expired on Wednesday and that they would not honor the price. In addition, it is impossible to call the store directly. The store is understaffed because Best Buy is too cheap to pay its workers a living wage. If you want to talk to a sales agent that was helping you, one must go into the store. There is no store number, and the national call center will not give an extension out or transfer the call to the store. POS corporate policies and customer service.

Salesman sold wrong wiring harnas for stereo installation then they put me off for weeks for my free installation now Irwin on customer service national line says my order and reschedule appointment and all info disappeared Its been months always same run around I ask can I talk to a supervisor or can you contact store to make sure the correct part is there a very expensive part more than i was quoted!! Im told Sir we cannot contact the store or even let you talk to a store manager or corporate supervisor this is ludicrous insane and horrible salesman and horrific customer service you cannot even contact the store you bought merchandise at or talk to install supervisor. Do not do business with Best Buy no support uninformed untrained salesman selling wrong components no disclosure on full cost other components installation appointments cancelled because they ordered sold wrong part then saying a harness may cost $249 for the stereo and then no contact or communication from store and now saying i cannot reschedule all info on purchase and reschedule appointment history is gone erased in system after 2 to 3 months waiting!!! Insane breach of contract ludicrious non communication and non existent customer service. I will go to social media, yelp and BBB and seek relief in court for damages loss of income from business and damages .Horrible.

Not awesome. Stood around for 15-20 minutes without being approached. Finally asked someone for help. He told me they were out of printers that were priced less than $400. And in fact, there was a worldwide shortage of printers. I would not be able to find any printers anywhere. Before I left, we shared a moment. That moment that happens in movies, where he, the world-wizened Geek Squad member in jean shorts gave me that, Godspeed in your travels, look, and we parted ways.Went next door to Office Depot and bought the same printer. So, I guess, interesting discovery: Office Depot exists in an alternate reality where printers are available, and world peace is a possibility.Not coming back to this dystopian reality where you can only buy a $400 printer.

After looking around online for the best-bang-for-the-buck, Best Buy had the stereo that I wanted w/ free installation, for my Mustang. Geek Squad had a Covid free shop, had my car in and out within an hour, and wiped everything down. VERY pleased w/ installation procedures and precautions.

Always a fun place to send some time, however when you know you need some new tech I never make a decision before seeing it in person! On my latest trip I went to purchase a new router for my apartment, I was ready to put down way too much money, the sales reps talked me down to something that would fit my use case better! Not just to get the most expensive thing, but the right router for me. You typically pay for that kind of treatment!

Had a great experience with the staff who assisted me at Best Buy in Summerlin Las Vegas NV location... I have a tendency to ask alot of questions .. James Viton was tremendously patient, sincere and his customer service was outstanding... I kept apologizing for all my questions and James kept saying its no problem, its my job to assist you.... bought a printer/copier and James handled it all for me... 😃⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

I fancy myself a technophile. I love technology and I love to discover new consumer technology products. Two of my favorite 3 stores for tech were Radio Shack (r.i.p. 😓) and Frys (recently passed away). So that leaves us at the mercy of Best Buy and Amazon. I have a Love/Hate relationship with Best Buy. I love the fact that, in general, Best Buy always has new and current products but I hate the fact that those products are largely overpriced (when compared to Frys). Although, I am glad to see that the majority of Best Buy employees are young, I am a little concerned that no one seems to be over the age of 40. I dont expect a Walmart type of age diversity, however it would be good to see an over 40 person once in awhile at any of these establishments. I prefer to shop at the Best Buy in Summerlin center because everyone there is generally friendly and eager to help (when they are not busy) in the store is always clean. My only real complaint is that (and perhaps its just because I randomly pop in at the wrong times) the store is not always fully stocked and a couple of times I had to go to the store on Maryland parkway to purchase items that I was looking for. You should not have an unpleasant experience shopping at the store

Went in to pick up an order I placed online. Theres a separate line for online orders and customer service, at least I thought there was supposed to be. Anyway, there were 2 of us in both lines, but the person next in line for customer service was there before me. When it came my turn on online orders, the attendant motioned for the person in the customer service line to come up. I mean, whats up with that? The whole idea of offering online and picking it up in the store is to save time. And we all know that customer service issues take forever, which is why there is a separate line, and is exactly what that person let in front of me did. Not cool Best Buy.

I needed a new wifi and the crew, on two different visits, tried to talk me into the eero system. Im glad they did. You can see whats going on with the wifi on your smart phone. And now I have great wifi throught my house. Very cool.

Ended up going to the Rainbow store which is far superior. Would definitely recommend shopping there instead of this location.

The store is always clean and well taken care of and product looks good. I love their displays and tv/sound area. The total tech program is awesome. I’ve been participating for a couple years now even though I’m not a fan of buying service and warranty plans, this is one you can appreciate and keeps me coming to Best Buy and buying their TVs, computers and appliances. Although they seem overpriced you can ask them to price match (restrictions apply) and I’ve done it a few times. The employees are always helpful and most are top notch and friendly. I wish they had a snack bar like Costco, then I’d stay all day!

They had ever IPhone case made, but little options for a Samsung and nothing for my phone. A representative was helpful with information on the difference between a 4k fire stick and a fire stick lite. Great information!!!

Then ordered it to be delivered to my house. It even come in early. Oh and everyone in the store was wearing a mask & cleaned the registers & the counters between each customer.

A bit overpriced and their store needs to be better organized. I had a charging project I was working on and the salespeople kept sending me to different sections to get the next part that I needed. What should have taken 5mins to purchase over $400 in parts ended up taking 30mins of talking to people who didnt know enough to keep the project going.

What a fiasco! Horrible customer service. I bought a Samsung dishwasher from them. It did not work. Samsung sent a tech out twice to try and fix it. Then they said Best buy would handle the replacement. Never happened. Called this Best Buy store several times. They dont even answer the phone!!!!!!

About a year ago I bought a Google Pixel phone with a 1-yr service warranty. At that time I was told that if my phone was damaged it would be fixed or replaced for a new phone. I now have a crack in my phone and Best Buy will not honor my warranty under the terms and conditions at which I bought the warranty. I will never again buy any type of service warranty from Best Buy again.
