Great Customer service, friendly & fast response to any questions I had about switching my service.

Devin and his other employee both were amazing . Answering all questions that needed to be answered and giving the best advice and help with all the phones and upgrades we came in for .Devin was very brilliant and quick with his answers and knew a lot of knowledge about what was going on with the situations we had questions about . The experience was amazing and was worked out as fast as it could be and everything was settled . Walked out the store with all smiles . Such a great experience . Thanks devin . GREAT employee .

Horrible customer service experience with agent Carlos, agent felt bothered with having to help a customer he spouted off nonsense without knowing the situation he was bothered to look up my account as all I needed was a trade in I then spoke with a member of the management team from the customer service line who advised me the agent had the capability of performing the requested task... there is another store around the corner just take the extra 5 minute trip

Not even crowded! Maurice, Oliver & Tyre were knowledgeable yet customer service oriented as well. Hard to find any customer service support when it comes to spending $100s of dollars on these devices. Thanx guys 😃

Oliver is very knowledgeable! In a few moments, he troubleshot and fixed my 2 month old Samsung Note 20 Ultra that went out-of-whack after downloading an update. I was so impressed with Oliver I couldnt belive it! I had previously spent 4 long hours with Samsung and ATT Technical experts who couldnt resolve the issue and was eventually preparing the phone for return shipment...when i found Oliver and he worked his magic. 5 Big Huge Stars! Hes super amazing!

Was staying at the KOA across the street, and have been having trouble with speeds on my AT&T netgear hotspot. I stopped in and Terkell walked me through how to reset the router as I travel through different areas. Came in getting 4.5 mbps and left getting over 100 (5G). He also doubled checked my business account making sure it was accurate and up to date. My hats off to Terk! Really nice guy, very knowleable, and able to school me in stuff that makes an every day difference.

Trekell I think thats what he said lol but he was awesome helped me add my son to the plan and helped me with my phone issues also EXCELLENT customer service there was no line so got helped right away! Thank you!!

Micah and Dre were amazing. They were the only store that would actually answer their phones. When we went down there they helped us and showed exceptional customer service. Both were friendly and made us laugh. They are a great team!

Oliver was fantastic and the other girl was very nice as well. Oliver switched over my phone and was so thorough. I went in the store late and they did not try to rush me and were so kind. This location is the best I have ever been to.

Such slow WiFi the employees can hardly help the customers. We thought we were buying an iPhone 11 with 64g but at home discovered we had purchased an Xr. It’s good enough, but we would have purchased the other for $100 more... they missed a sale - unless they’re trying to off load these. We may have been duped, but this is a good phone and very adequate. Nice people.

Too much to start service go to tracfone or some other pay as you go service

The boulder highway location I received the very best service ever! The three gentlemen working that day Valentine’s Day we’re just so friendly and fixed every single problem I had. I highly recommend coming to the store and no other!

I had a double billing issue that needed to be credited to my account. Jason at this store was absolutely the best. He got a hold of the customer service department to assist but then he took it upon himself and called the assistant manager of the store that forgot to post the credit due to the error. He talked to the manager and she had immediately credited my account. Now that’s customer service! Well done Jason and many thanks! Dale from Calgary, Canada

The Manager Carlos was very rude asked him to speak with a manager told me he was manager and to sit down and wait. Then a associate that was helping me before came in as was about to help me. Carlos proceeded to tell him to help the other customer before he helping me. After Carlos was finished with customer he ask me to wait on he then went to back and didn’t even acknowledge me.So I had to wait for other associate to get done with other customer. My reason for coming in was because phone was stolen and I have been without phone for 4 days now. So I was requesting a loaner phone. Because Carlos was mad with me for his actions he declined my request for a loaner phone. I will never visit this store again and believe he is a bad store manger

Came in to buy the Samsung 8+ and the rep was really knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to give us a lot of insight on different products available. It wasnt really that busy at all which was nice cause we were helped right away. The store was nice and kept clean, and quiet which was also a plus. If I need to go to the AT&T store again Ill definitly come to this one!

I bought a $950 note 8 Edge told them I wanted insurance they did not add it to your plan... The phone got lost and the representative told me the only choices I had was the show out another $950 to get another one or I could purchase full price a different phone, go 2 years paying for the phone and not have a phone or switch to a different company... so I took the third option...

Well walked in for a question about my account. Didnt get greeted or acknowledge for about 5 mins. Then finally a representative asks how can I help you. I reply with i need help with my account . He replies with okay give me 20-30 minutes.

These guys are the best! I accidentally lost the sim card of my phone somewhere at my home right before I went to the airport. I didnt have time to find it. But I have an unused new sim card. So I decided to take the out of service phone and the new sim card with me to the airport. After I landed at Las Vegas, I came to this AT&T store, explained my situation and asked for help. Without any hassle, a young gentleman named Jaason immediately started helping me. In about 5 minutes, he put the new sim card in my phone, activated it, restarted my phone, ..., and boom my phone had service back! You guys rock!

If I could, Id give this dump a negative 10. The sales rep was with another family when I walked in but could have said something. I had to ask him if he was the only one there. He said the manager had gone to the bank. When the manager returned, he said NOTHING. I finally got help by calling att on my phone. If att were smart, theyd disassociate themselves from this sorry excuse for customers as this place knows not a single thing about treating customers with the least amount of courtesy. The neanderthal looking sales person could have at least acknowledged me by saying something like; hello Ill be with you shortly. Instead he just ignored me until I spoke to him.

If you do go to this store you will only want to work with Q, he is the only one there who is down to earth and truly helpful. The Manager Carlos just wants to meet his quota and if that means taking DirecTV sales from him employees then by God he is gonna take DirecTV sales from those employees. I literally watched him as he worked on a gentlemans phone until he had accidentally gotten locked out of it then blamed it on the gentleman in the wheelchair and refused to get him a working phone. I had to go to walmart and purchase the gentleman a prepaid phone because I felt terrible about the fact that the manager was willing to let the customer leave without a working phone yet it was the stores fault. I was shocked and never got reimbursed for that purchase of a phone I made for that gentleman. As I was saying earlier Q is by far the best employee at that location if not all of Vegas to be honest. He will do everything he can to ensure you leave happy and get a great deal. He doesnt however speak Spanish so if you must speak Spanish you are going to most likely end up dealing with Carlos and let me tell you dont let him lock your phone on accident because you will be stuck with a locked phone.

Worst customer service EVERR!! stay away from this place. all they do is lie. we have been waiting for 5 months now for our REBATE and we go to the store to see what they can do for us. Nothing!! They lied since day one and still lying about everything. I cant believe they can go and spit lies left and right.
