Luis and Gisel are great.. They spent time with me detailing each tv. I wasnt sure based on all the different models. I went in to buy 1 ended up with 4 and 2 sound bars. I like the fact there was no pressure to buy.. I would recommend this play to anyone looking for good customer service..

A very Thrifty and congenial location on Maryland Parkway ask for Martin hes very friendly and such an accommodating person I bought a 65 in Vizio television its very nice the price was right

So it was all untill i needed my tv to be warranty so here for all future customers the owner sells you extra warranty for 100.00 a year we bought 3 yrs to be told that we had to go through the factory warranty when we were told for the warranty we purchased extra we would just have to bring in our tv and would be swapped out no questions asked, well having issues with sound and when we had our tv installed professionally we had all connections wires new and top of the line went thru all diagnose and found these tvs have this issue of the sound cutting out hooked everthing back up to my old tv and eveything worked great, contacted and was told to bring in my tv but they didnt have my tv so id have to down grade to a smaller size which i wasnt happy about nor didnt want to but what do you do so i agreed to and had my tv professionally removed so i could return it to get a phone call saying there not going to warranty my tv and had to go thru samsung since it was a new tv, now they would refund me the additional money i spent for the extra warranty asked when i was there getting my refund why all the tv boxes were plain beware of this place your not getting new tvs your getting refurbished tvs and owner dont honor his word which is big with me as im a local business owner here in town and value all my customers at any and all cost also tv fell under there 90 day warranty as well and didnt even stand behind that again just beware of this place.

Beware of this place.I didnt realize that all they sell is refurbished TVs. I bought one back in January of 2020 and it stopped working 5 months later I took it back and was told by the man who was helping me that if he couldnt get it to work he would replace on the spot, well when he plugged it in it worked again took it home and stopped working again. Took back following day and the only person working said since I didnt pay for 90 day warranty I now get to make payments on a TV that doesnt work. I told her even if I paid for 90 day its past that so why keep saying that to me. They could have taken it back refurbished it and resold it and had a very satisfied customer. I guess I am going to warn as many people as possible about them even if I have to sit outside of store doing it.

I came in after seeing so many ads on offer up and Facebook regarding tvs. The deals seemed excellent, until I walked in the store and started asking about the tvs advertised 95% of the tvs they have listed they don’t have in stock even if it was advertised the same day(bait to get you through the door). Secondly every single tv that they did have available either had no stand no remote or a scratch or even a line through the screen ... Horrible!!!!! .... Anyone searching for this outlet and coming around to this review Listen .... Don’t waist your time 100% mis leading I wish I would’ve googled them first.

If I could give them no stars I would! Don’t even waste your time on this place! They sold us a tv they know wouldn’t work and we went over the warranty with 2 days because of quarantine yet they still refused any kind of exchange or refund. The so called manager Luis refused to talk to us and only communicated through his employees. Clearly no sense of customer service! Absolutely horrible.

They were very helpful in my journey to find an amazing tv. The crew who works there are extremely kool people and was easy to get along with and they were very generous. Will definitely return.

Update! What a rip off, decided to go to another store instead of this one and Im glad I did. Everything I wanted was so-called out of stock here. First it was yeah we will get some in tomorrow, then well, we dont know what we will get in... Tried to upsale me $700 for a used 65 smart tv. They had absolutely nothing they advertised on Facebook, typical bait ads.

Falsely advertised all over their Facebook and offer up pages. Shows lots of products that are not theirs or do not have and the prices advertised are not the actual prices they are the monthly payment prices for their financing

Only gave one star because it is required to rate.What kind of appliance store, so called HD outlet, would sell a 55 inch smart tv for 300.00? And then not honor the 90 day warranty when the tv is returned the same day due to not working??Don’t these vottos know there are laws to protect the consumer from crooks like these. We also have lawyers in the family that happens to be my biological brother.His title is only Assistant Attorney General for now, but he assures me he will put this place we’re it belongs
