I brought my Dad’s Rolex that he left for me (he has passed) and was very nervous because I could never replace this gift. More sentimental than the value. The women here were so nice and reassuring that they would take care of it and me. They had it serviced and it looks better than I ever remembered it. I called and spoke with a very knowledgeable lady who told me what could be done to remedy the problem. A couple days later I dropped the watch off with the owner who immediately diagnosed the problem. Not only was the problem solved, but was done so earlier than anticipated. T-Bird Jewels, in Town Center Las Vegas, are the only Rolex AD off the strip. The strip ADs are less knowledgeable or passionate about the watches, but all the staff I’ve met at T-Bird really know their stuff and are genuinely interested in the jewels and watches they sell. I presented my Rolex for service and the entire experience was tremendous. They spent time with me on the initial assessment and setting of expectations, gave me a detailed explanation of what to expect and how long it would take and answered all my questions. My watch went to Dallas TX to the incredible Rolex central service center there and came back looking indistinguishable from when it was brand new 13 years ago. I felt comfortable entrusting my valuable property into their hands and I was not disappointed. Highly recommended for watch service or any other jewelry needs.

T-Bird Jewels is the only place to go for fine jewelry and high end watches in Las Vegas. Ed and Darrell have great service and really take care of their customers. I have purchased multiple watches that are really hard to find from them and will continue to be a happy customer for life. They are authorized dealers for Rolex, Tudor, Breitling, etc. and are able to really provide a level of service that is rare to find these days in most jewelry stores. When you shop with them it feels like shopping with friends.

I purchased my wedding ring here 6 years ago from Ron. I decided a few days ago it was time for a change/upgrade and went back to them. I picked a new setting after trying on just about every ring in the store. I’m completely in love with my ring and cannot stop staring at it. When it came to picking the diamond, Ron knew exactly what I wanted and did not want when it came to the color of the diamond. I came back in the next day after he narrowed down two diamonds he thought I would like. He was right on the money with the diamonds he chose. Ron literally is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to the 4 C’s of diamonds. He explained what I should look for when purchasing a diamond and explained every detail in what they look for when they purchase their diamonds for their customers. Honestly I was in complete awe with my ring, I have no idea what he was talking about but I trusted him, so no need in fully understanding. That’s why he’s the professional. When it came down to picking one or the other, they were both great options and I could not make up my mind. So I asked his opinion. He picked the higher in color diamond, which was slightly larger than the other diamond lower in color but more expensive. I could not tell the difference because they pick great cuts. Ron/Darryl are amazing and I highly recommend the store. You really do feel like family when entering the store. There is no pressure and every single employee makes you feel welcome. I will ALWAYS use them for any of my jewelry needs. Thanks again for all your help and guidance 😊

While in town, I decided to stop by to get my eyes on a few watches. Realistically, I was pretty sure I was just tire kicking when I walked in and was even a little hesitant to try anything on since I wasnt sure Id be buying anything. Despite looking like Id just come off the trail at Red Rock, Yvette and the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful and really made me feel like I was no different than a customer thatd shopped with them for years. We tried on quite a few Tudors and Breitlings before landing back on the watch Id come in to look at it. What a great experience purchasing a Rolex for my wife here at T Bird jewels! The whole staff was super nice, especially Yvette and Angela! They were so knowledgeable of Rolex and all of their products. My wife tried on a lot of different styles and we boiled it down to the 41 mm datejust. We were treated so differently than how we were treated to the other authorized Rolex dealers on the strip, we felt like we were just another number at those stores. From the first encounter to the very end, we were treated like family. If you guys are big Golden Knights fans, these guys are the official jewelers of the team! We even had a chance to speak to the owner, what a great guy! While they were getting the watch fitted, they offered to clean my wife’s ring and gave us a free dinner at a choice of three beautiful restaurants around town! Can’t say enough how pleased we are with the watch itself but more importantly the service, that’s what made us come back and purchase through them.
