Incredibly rude. i’m not quite sure this establishment is looking to sell jewelry. passing judgement and making assumptions about others is unacceptable in this day and age. big L for you. BIG L.

On January 13, 2021 I visited Kay Jewelers. The item I was looking for wasn’t available, the gentleman there suggested I check out a few of their competitors. Never once suggested an alternative in his location. I had to be the one to ask for him to look online and see if the item was available. The search that he conducted was only for the stores in my area, he didn’t offer to look on the website to see if the item can be ordered and delivered.The service was bad and I decided I did not want to purchase anything at all.Later that day I decided to order the item online and had it delivered to my home. The item was correct and came in perfect condition; however I ordered the wrong item. I was hesitant to go back to this location but it was convenient at the time.Fast forward to my recent visit....Leonora (whom has assisted me in the pass )assisted us and I told her I needed to exchange the item. Leonora looked for the item and it was not in store. Leonora looked for the style and the sku to locate the item. She ordered online and had it shipped to the store in a matter of 30 minutes. Leonora returned the incorrect item and said she will call when the item arrived. About two days later the item arrived and we went to pick it up. Leonora showed us the item and sized it onsite.Leonora salvaged the previous experience. Going forward I will make my appointment with Leonora specifically. A purchase at Kay Jewelers during these times is a blessing and definitely not the first place that comes to mind given the pandemic and everything that has come along with it; however Kay Jewelers was the only company that had the item.

Staff is always welcoming & ready to help you. Leonora is always my favorite.

Walking into Kay Jewelers today was a great experience with the help of the employees, especially Jorge M. & Erika. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. This made us feel comfortable knowing that our jewelry would be taken care of by two professional individuals. All I can say is terrific work.

Krista was amazing and gave us that personal touch. We walked in on a Sunday night an hour before close just to look. We got two wedding rings and we walked away very happy with the experience. Krista not only knows how to take care of her customers but she treats you like you are her friend. I felt like her friend the whole time I was with her. Thank you, Krista for taking such good care of us.

Krista, Marie, Danae, and all the ladies here are so wonderful! They are so helpful and professional. They truly make shopping for jewelry (which is already fun, let’s be real) even MORE fun. I love the ladies at this store and can’t thank them enough for all their help and assistance for me and my husband.

We went in looking for some stacking rings for my wedding ring. The store manager, Danae Nicholson was so sweet, friendly and very professional. She was a pleasure to work with. If you’re local or a visitor to Las Vegas, you can be sure you’re in good hands with Danae.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed in Kay Jewelers. As any newly engaged woman would, I celebrated the night after the proposal showing off my ring. My friends and family flew in all the way from Wisconsin. Immediately my mother pointed out 4 HORRIBLE deep scratches on the side of my ring!!!!! I didn’t notice myself because I was living in a dream just beginning to take it all in. At that time my fiancé pointed out how he would have proposed earlier, but Kays had to send my ring back in because it didn’t pass their “quality control”... delaying the process. This added fuel to the already lit fire... so my ring that was supposed to be perfect and ready to go, had to be sent back a 3rd time. Not only that but when I brought my ring in to show them the scratches the lady “couldn’t even see them” (they’re horrible) and had to ask a second opinion as if she didn’t believe me! They couldn’t tell me WHY they let it leave their store in the first place. They told me they put a “rush” on it and But by the time it’ll be in my hands again it’ll be pushing two weeks. I am so so so upset over this nightmare of a situation and disappointed all they could do for me was a rush that definitely wasn’t rushed. They should do more for their customers who are spending THOUSANDS.

I had a fantastic experience at this location. Krista answered the phone, and was incredibly patient with me. I’ve had my ring for over a decade and it needed some repairs, she looked up the receipt with no questions asked. Gave me great directions to the store, and when I got there she was very welcoming, helpful, and prepared. She even suggested engraving my ring because I was a little paranoid about not getting MY ring back. All the reviews for the store or from a few years ago, the new staff is amazing .

Everyone there is so nice! I recommend this place if you want to buy jewelry from Kay jewelers in Las Vegas
