I traveled to Vegas last week and stopped by this shop. This place has all the luxury brands. The staffs are very friendly. I got a great customer service from Taylor. He tried to work with me to give me a great price. For some reason, they will need to ship the handbag back to me once the maintenance is done. I can’t wait to receive my beautiful handbag. ARE YOU LOOKING OR IN NEED FOR SOME EXTRA CASH??? Well in my case I was in desperate need!!! After a long drive we finally made it into town showing up to our hotel for a late check-in. Standing at the front desk about to get the keys to the room with our bags in tow we are told that our credit cards declined and the deposit is a must. In total shock finding out that checks have not cleared, prior deposits have not been refunded and not understanding how this could happen to us. As we exit the hotel parking lot in a daze we just happen to drive right into a conveniently located Gold and Beyond pawn/buy/sell shop that had a lit up OPEN sign. It was the middle of the night on a weekday we pull in not knowing what to expect and are greeted at the front door by a very nice gentleman whose name is MIKE WOODRUM...Mike went out of his way to purchase the few pieces of jewelry that we happen to bring with us for top dollar and the next thing I knew we were checked in our room relaxing. We couldn’t wait to go back the next day to thank him again and are looking forward to the new expansion of Gold and Beyond coming soon very soon at the same location...thank you Mike for your service with kindness in our time of need in which you earned a respectful reputation that offers a value we can brag about!!! Was visiting Vegas for the weekend and came across Gold and Beyond when searching for antique jewelry and they did not disappoint.At the store, Derek helped my girlfriend and I and was very courteous. Asked what we were looking for and once we gave him some key words, he guided us through his stock of jewelry which was exactly what we were looking for. He treated us with respect and was always very attentive.Finally we ended up getting two rings and I must say that they were better than fairly priced. We got a 14K and platinum ring, vintage style, for a very good price. He worked with us to add discounts on top of the pricing that were tagged on the rings (which were already pretty fair to begin with).We will definitely be coming back the next time we are in the area! I was looking on the internet for a specific brand and style of a pre-owned purse and I found it for sale at Gold and Beyond. I called them to ask if they could send me additional pictures and work with me on the price. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. They sent me lots of additional pictures and some videos, too, and we agreed on a price that was acceptable to both of us. I also browsed through their other inventory on the internet just to see what else they have for sale, and I found that they have really nice merchandise at their shop. My experience from start to finish was very positive, and so I would definitely recommend this shop to other buyers. I will definitely stop in their shop the next time I’m in Las Vegas to meet these very nice people who helped me, and of course to browse their extensive inventory. :)

George Was Dope And Really Took Care Of Ya Boy, 5 Stars!

I’ve never left a review publicly but this was a must. First, when I pulled up to the store front, there was a hopeless gentleman outside who was shoe-less pacing in front of the door. It was hot outside and his feet were burning. One of the men who worked at Gold and Beyond came out with a bottle of water and handed to the homeless man. I just knew for sure he would ask him to leave after that but, he didn’t. He instead proceeded to take off his shoes and give the homeless man the socks off his own feet. Wow, I am blown away. I went to to sell my YSL belt which I got an incredibly fair deal on. This place is awesome. Very high quality and very professional. The men who work here are not only fair and honest but are truly kind and generous. I highly recommend them!!
