I have to say, I have been in many jewelry stores in my lifetime. Sadly, some are so Pretentious and downright rude so I was skeptical to go into yet another, but let me tell you, I was greeted by Laura so sweetly and happily I was at ease right away. I have never met someone so nice. She literally went out of her way to help me. I am in the customer service industry myself and feel it’s lacking now a days, but not here and definitely not Laura. My husband and I were interested in a ring and she literally drove to the other location, that day right then, to pick up a loose stone for the setting to see if we would like it. Who does that????? Laura, that’s who!!!!! Never in my wildest would I have thought anyone would. She is AMAZING. I highly recommend this jeweler and Laura. They fixed one of my rings a different jeweler ruined and it’s beautiful now! They are all nice. It’s a clean pretty place too!!! Great experience! We loved her♥️

I highly recommend this jewelers. I was looking for a 1/2 diamond eternity band and they easily had the best selection in town and by far the best prices! Mackenzie was fantastic! She was very thorough. She listened to what I was looking for and spent time showing me so many rings. It was a genuine pleasure dealing with her. Came in to get an estimate to resize my fiancés engagement ring. After checking out some other places coughLyghtJewelerscough** I was expecting the price to be almost equally as high come to find out the other places were trying to rip us off probably because we are a young looking couple.But not this place!! The Jewelers of Las Vegas is definitely a trustworthy company. They gave me a very affordable estimate and the turn around time was super quick. The staff was also super nice and even held the door for us when we entered and exited the building. I will definitely be going here again. Great job guys!

Amy was absolutely wonderful to work with. I redesigned a ruby bracelet and she helped me the whole way. And my husband who surprised me with a redesigned sapphire bracelet. They also fixed a ring that lost a stone. Will be my new jewelry store and glad I found them.

So friendly and very helpful! My necklace had a tiny knot in the chain that I couldnt get out. They removed the knot and did not charge me for the service. Definitely will be visiting again and buying.

Repaired a Bulova watch for free when it was discovered contacts were dirty! Friendly service but they obviously thought thered be a killing on fixing my $$$$ expensive watches.I had both repaired for what they wanted to service and repair one. Definitely a retail store.

I brought in a necklace I got for christmas from my boyfriend, its a 2 piece pendant with my name engraved, and the chain of course. The clasp that binds two pendants is like a hing so you can take one off and only wear one. So I asked for them to close the clap. They did, they also scratched the necklace a ton and it looks old and dull. It was a week old when I brought it in. The overall experience was absolutely horrible. They gave me a recipt that wasnt mine; It was someone named Suzie. While i was explaining what I wanted done. I did a couple more times to be sure he did exactly what I wanted, since I am paying. Last time i was explaining it the dude cut me off and said he knows what to do so I leave with the recipt that wasnt mine little to my knowledge at the time. He said come back in an hour. I come later than an hour maybe 1 and a half and he says wait a few minutes. So Im in there and this lady comes and brings my necklace, this lady BRINGS MY CHAIN BUT THE WRONG PENDANT. So Im like uhh thats not my pendant and she says oh Ill be back and asks the dude like which pendant is supposed to be mine. She comes back minutes later with my necklace...all of it. I inspect it, its dull and I didnt see scratches till after I DONT KNOW HOW I MISSED IT THEYRE HUGE. So I ask like its dull can we do anything about that? SHE TELLS ME NO. So I leave.Worst customers service.
