I was in the area and wanted to sell a Rolex that I haven’t used in awhile. I checked Yelp and saw that LV Jewelry Exchange was highly rated and I can see why. I was greeted by the owner Aaron when walking through the door. He was very knowledgeable, fair and most importantly honest. We made a deal happen and I felt that he gave me a very good price for my Rolex. We ended up talking about hobbies and watches for the next 3 hours. As a business owner, I appreciate other businesses who treat their clients well and go above and beyond expectations. I will be going to Aaron for all my watch and jewelry needs.

This place is Outstanding and very Helpful overall. This store deals and knows about everything which was very convenient. They deal with Rolex watches. They Help and separated the real gold from fake. They purchase jewelry with diamonds and gemstones. They help with everything and do everything in front of you. I have shopped around and this was the best service all around in las Vegas. And the prices were really fair. Best shop in Vegas Hands down.

Had a family member pass away and was left a broken rolex watch and a bunch of jewelry. I needed to get the pieces looked at and appraised to split the money with the family members. I had a bad experience at another establishment so I was skeptical about trying again. So based on the good reviews I called in advance and asked some questions and was explained the process. When I arrived the man that helped me was kind and helpful. He was able to sort through my jewelry and awnser my questions. He was honest and straight forward, no games.He looked at the rolex watch and opened it in front of me explained what was wrong and was still able to purchase it even though it didnt work. He then looked at my jewelry and separated the real from the fake and explained the stones that were in the rings. He found a good size diamond that we didnt even know was there.It can be scary trusting somone with your jewelry but He never rushed me and was patient. He really helped my family make a difficult task easier and helped us understand the true value. He needs to make money so I understand but he deserved it for the service we recieved.

Ive never sold anything valuable here, just small pieces, but I have always been treated fairly and told the truth. On the one medium sized piece I had for sale, the owner could have ripped me off. I dont know enough to know better. Instead, he gave me advice on how to get a better deal elsewhere. I doubled my money because of it. Thank you.

I came in here to sell some of my gold pieces. I was just passing through town when my car broke down and I was stranded. My aunt recommended me to this place because she always gets good price for her gold. He gave me a really good deal on my gold and was able to help me. Aaron was very kind and warm hearted.

I recently had a family member pass. I was put in charge to handle some of the things including jewelry. I shopped around so the they would feel comfortable, and because you really never know these days. After a long day of getting the run around I made my stop to jewelry exchange. I found they were very to the point but still friendly. From what I saw from the other shops they really do offer the best service in town and made a very good offer on the jewelry. I never felt pressured and ended up selling my jewelry there. I would recommended them.

Nice Clean store. Very Honest. Excellent personal customer service. He knows his Jewelry. I had a bag full of old jewelry and he bought everything. And when we were done It was dark and He walked me out to my car!!!.Definitely I would come back again.

After searching and trying a few locations I found this unique store in Las Vegas. Unlike the other stores I found this store was small and friendly. No high pressure and Aarron took his time to explain the details of my ring. My search stopped here. Highly recommended if you need jewelry help.

Well i have been saving up for a dog for a while but i have not gone there yet but just reading the review it seems like a good place and im trying to sell these Australian diamonds and even if its not going to be a lot of money i still think hey will give me a good price.

Wife died took the jewelry in that was real gold and silver and the guy was up front about how it works. So I collected cash and kept one ring which he said as a ring was worth more as a ring than scrap gold price. So he was honest with but he does NOT count diamonds set in jewelry under 1/2 karat so its more a scrap silver and gold place than a jeweler
