I was introduced right away and had the pleasure of working with Donna. Donna not only made sure we knew all our options, but she made it feel special. It was experience I will forever remember. I needed some custom work done on my wedding ring. This location ended up closing down at the beginning of covid but as soon as they opened, they called me. Got me in and were able to do the work at a very reasonable price. They kept me updated every step of the way. They even included pictures of what they were doing, before and after! I was thrilled with the work. Miss Lisa went above and beyond and I will be doing a lot more business here. I highly recommend.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came in to “Sauter/Solder” my Wedding Set. They were very busy when I walked in. I was addressed by a lady at the door and I told her why I had came in and she said it was absolutely not possible to do it in “an hour” (which is completely fine). At the Jareds I purchased it from, they told me I could go to any location and it should only take an hour. I completely understand if you’re busy and this is not possible. It’s not a big deal by any means. The reason I’m writing this review is because of how I was addressed over something I was told from another Jared location. They made me feel like I was demanding it when all I did was ask a question. In no way was I upset it couldn’t be done. The lady at the door then called someone else over and she had asked what I needed. She then proceed WITH EXTREME ATTITUDE “It’s not just a Sauter”. I continuously told them it was completely fine if it couldn’t be done, I just came in to see if it could be done because I was told it was possible anywhere. This place of business needs to learn better etiquette.

My sales associate was Angie and she didnt seem interested in only making the sale but was genuinely vested in me getting exactly what I was looking for and at the best price she could allow me to get it for..I love and appreciate her so much that Ive now purchased my 5th piece from her and Ive been recommending her and jareds to my family and friends.

Stopped by to look for a ring. Found one I really liked, but I informed the sales lady that I wanted to look at a couple other places before making a choice. Her response was to keep telling me how great of a deal she was giving me and repeat over and over again that I should just buy it now. A bit of sales pressure is to be expected but this was just ridiculous. Finally I just decided to say thank you and leave; her response was to laugh in a way that I could only perceive as condescending and rude.

Donna went over and beyond and gave excellent service. Ill be back!😉

Came in for to my ring inspected and cleaned. It took over 15 minutes to get acknowledged by staff. Suggestion to Jared management - have some kind of procedure for customers to be checked in and assisted. Additionally, advise your staff to smile and greet customers.

My husband bought a ring for Christmas gift. He bring my customized ring with name on it to match my size. When he came home he realize that the sales person take care care of him did not give him back my own ring. My husband and I went back and they can find my ring. They lost it and they did not do anything about. Bad employee and management.

They told us we had a Good quality diamond for a wedding ring! I had it appraised later and its only worth $500 after paying Jateds $5,000 for it!!! You people belong in jail!!! CROOKS!!!!!!!!

3 years ago I came in to have my husbands fathers mayan silver ring repaired. It was a family heirloom and completely unkempt. It was cleaned and repaired (backing of the ring) and appraised at 400 for the ring all for the cost of 50 bucks. The repair representative was kind and personable and really did great at repairing that ring.Fast forward to today and 2 sales people cannot even greet me with any respect waving at me to the sales counter although I specified im there for repairs and was kind of abrasively hovered over by 2 salespeople with 0 personability whatsoever beyond whats your name?. The whole experience was completely unprofessional and I felt like she was more interested in making a sale or shoeing me away because she judged me by my appearance of being a mom with 2 kids on a weekday after school. I verbally let them know I did not appreciate the tone and asked for a business card. The lady had a major issue with providing that much then a manager from the repair counter can suddenly help me with a business card? But the 1st 5 mins in the door I was ushered away from the repair counter why i dont know?Not so sure why anyone needs 3 associates to help them and with such a rude demeanor at that I can understand why the place was empty. I promptly told them the tone was unappreciated and that im leaving. The energy from them was beyond negative and uncalled for behavior. Needless to say my engagement ring does have a warranty for a whole year! Some woman I believe named Judy wanted me to pay 86 dollars just to repair the backing on a silver ring! Mind you i wear a size 5, thats maybe 20 bucks worth of silver. The amount of silver and workmanship would not be 86 dollars. Whats sad is they wanted to treat me as if she was above me. I could care less about how long you have worked in the jewelry business but customer service and kindness goes a very long way. I primarily wanted the business card as I price everything before I buy it but the fact that she was so against even providing her information set a very shady tone for me as she could have gotten up from behind the counter and at least greeted me with a smile or respect.Maybe they should treat their customers with more basic respect. Needless to say I wont be sending my husband here for any anniversary bands or upgrading with an attitude like that. Btw Judy, Im a grown 31 year old woman and my name is Lynn. I found it even more disrespectful how she wanted to communicate with my almost 7 year old....i dont know you lady. You are a stranger and a rude one at that. She can remember my sons name but not mine. Totally unprofessional. So glad I just got up and left. Whole 10 minutes was very uncomfortable and so off from my experience 3 years prior.

I got my daughters gift from this store and i was there for almost an hour and all i can say is the customer service here is fantastic. Never felt i was taking a lot of their time. So patient people. Love this place.

I went to Raffi to customize two bracelets for my best friend and myself. I presented him a picture and added some modifications to the bracelets. Raffi was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The bracelets turned out beautiful. It was everything I wanted and more. I will definitely come again to get more customize jewelry.

Inquired about a custom piece being made. They were very helpful. Didnt go forward with purchase. Would take 2 to 3 months to manufacture. Need in 6 weeks.

Got my rings sized and soldered. Dropped them off Saturday there were done on Sunday. Just picked them up and Im so happy. Staff is so nice.

Jared is the way to go for jewelry. Angie is more than super. She is caring, knows her merchandise and is patient if you’re not sure what you want. She’s an angel and if she left I’d go wherever she goes.

They were very friendly and helpful. When I came in I wasnt sure what I was looking for and the girl the helped me was very patient and helpful. I was offered something to drink and was treated like a VIP.

From shopping around I find that when you compare quality and prices Jared loses on both. The sales people were super nice and helpful. They definitely went the extra mile. They almost had me until I thought back to the .94 carat diamond ring I had just tried on for $1,000 and discussed a blue saphire on a simple white gold band with a number of tiny diamonds for the bargain price of $2,800... I know you could say that the diamond may have been poor quality, but it wasnt a diamond at Jareds it was a blue saphire! I thought maybe it was 18k white gold or platinum(the other was 14k I had tried on previously), but no-it was 14k white gold too! In fact the gold at Jareds felt much lighter and the ring felt much flimsier than the ring for $1,000. After thinking about it for a few minutes my boyfriend (fiance now) and I ran out of that store and purchased the less expensive much better ring that I absolutely LOVE!!! Sales people are really great there, almost too good so be careful. Walk out of the store and come back the next day after you have had a chance to think about it. You will be glad you did not get into debt over a rash decision. I know I am.

My fiancé and I came to look at rings here back in December. We had a really nice lady help us and were very pleased with our experience so we decided to go back in January and get my ring. I wanted to customized and the lady sold us on how seamless the process what and how I could get anything I wanted and work with the designers to get exactly what I want. We started to design process and I left so excited but since then it has been horrible. It look them 1 month just to send me CAD images of the ring, when I got them they looked absolutely NOTHING like how I had designed it. I went back in and they assured me that they would fix the mistakes.I waited another two weeks and they sent me revised pictures. The pictures looked better but there was still a few small changes I wanted to make. When I asked about them they said I could make them but they were going to charge me at least $100 for every design change that I made from here on out! She said that they should have charged me for the first changes that I made just they waived the fee! Excuse me?! They are the ones that messed up the first design. And Im paying more to customize so that I can get everything I want! What happened to the promise that I could work with the designers until it was how I wanted it? I even asked if I could just see pictures of the ring in different colors of gold and she said they would charge me $100 per image. Seriously?Im getting married soon so I just decided to agree to the design because I dont have time to do anything else. I asked if they could give me an estimated time until the ring was complete and the lady keeps telling me that she will ask and see but she never gets back to me. If I wasnt the one to keep on them, I would not know anything about what is going on. They are horrible at keeping me up to date.I wish I would have taken the yelp reviews into consideration and went somewhere else. They just want their money. They dont care about anything else. BUYER BEWARE! I would seriously consider another jewelry store before coming here to customize anything!

I have purchased a lot from this store over the years, but will be looking for a new jeweler. Was quoted a price in December of $55 and to bring it back in the end of January after the Christmas rush. Went in today to pickup a watch repair and to drop off the necklace for the repair and the clerk informed me it was a $160.00 repair and blamed temporary help hired at Christmas for the mistake. Thanks to the condescending attitude of the clerk, I will take my future business else where.
