The owner is very rude and they have a sign that they give you 7 day guarante and is not true i but 2 tables and hey didnt work and he charged me a 20% restocking fee and he kicked me out the stor because i told him that it wasnt right because the tables dont work and it was my 2 day back and forth with the tables i left the tables because he seed he was going to fixed them and they were the same and he still was mad he didnt return me what i paid for the tables i paid $450 + tax and he only returned me $390 please people be careful dont do business with them he was 3 locations the owner is very very rude.

Bought a OnePlus 6t from this location. Was told that it comes with a case. I was told by the female worker that she has one in the back somewhere, but couldnt come across it. She wrote her name on my receipt and told me to call back later on in the week so they could let me know when to come pick it up after they found one. She was very kind and gracious.I call on Tuesday and ask if they found one, I was told no. The gentlemen writes down my number so they can call me when they come across one. I called again that following Saturday, a week after I bought the phone, and I was told they dont have any in stock. Either a case was sold to someone else and no one bothered to call me, or someone was too lazy to go look for it.I initially came across this phone on OfferUp. I was expecting the listed price to be the final charge, including tax. They dont detail the tax until youre getting rung up in the physical store. Ended up paying $25 more than the listed price on OfferUp.Phone works fine, no complaints in that regard. They just need workers that are more up-front.

These guys are truly the best! Visiting Vegas for a work event, I needed a screen replacement ASAP so I did a quick google search and found them (I was sold with the good reviews). I show up to the shop with a broken, coming off, malfunctioning screen and asked for an ETA to get the screen replaced. They told me it’d take about 30 minutes (Incredibly fast!) so I was like, “Sure! Let’s do this!” I come back before the 30-minute mark and my phone is ready to go! Like new. Crazy! They cleaned up the mess that the previous guys had done with my screen (I had a third party, discontinued screen and the glue was bad as well) and now my phone has an authentic screen and it looks and feels like new. Ah! And the price was great as well! The service = top notch! My boyfriend will be going there in a couple of days to get his phone screen replaced as well. No joke, you’ll be super happy with the service and the excellent work they do. Thanks guys!

Worth writing these guys a review so that they get credit for being really good at what they do - fixing and selling used phones. They are two brothers and seem like professionals to me. It would appear they have been fixing phones for a very long time. They fixed both my iPhone 6 and my girlfriends iPhone 5 for a VERY reasonable price compared to what the apple store and other apple certified stores were selling. These guys apparently use apple certified parts as well. So yeah, if you are cheap, come here, these guys will take care of you and you wont be disappointed. In fact you will be happy these guys gave you a great deal.

Really do love this place however its location is really holding it back.As far as their prices, friendliness and phone selection I give them 5 stars.However every time I visit this place, something happens in the store. For example last week I came to check out some iPhone 8s, literally as soon as I walked through the door the girl in front of me gets into a fist fight with another customer!It took management a little bit of time to break things up but this is the second time something like this has happened to a store in that area and I witnessed it.

My experience with this guy has been great so far.. But Ive experienced minor issues.. I purchased an LG K7 a few months ago.. The phone was perfect! Today I purchased an IPhone 6.. The back of the phone has lots of scratches and the phone charges when it wants. Im not sure if I should return the phone but Ill definitely be giving them a call in the morning. The iPhone was $275 but they could have went lower knowing the phone wasnt in great condition. I cant even get a clear case because the back of the phone is so scratched up. Then he told me the screen protector was $10 and the case would be half off so basically the case was $10 as well.. Thats $295 why was I charged $319? You mean to tell me the sales tax is $24?? Im not understanding.. I am very upset

Guy here sells his stuff on offer up as well, was very rude and sarcastic and unprofessional. I highly suggest you avoid this business. They are cruel people and just want your money. And will make threats to you over marketplace apps. If I can find out who it is. I’m gonna keep posting horrible reviews

Went in for a cracked iphone touch screen. They fixed it super fast and now it looks brand new. Great prices, great work...what more could you ask for?!?

Took my wife’s iPhone 7 to get a battery replaced and when they replaced the battery it needed to be charged. New battery was dead( no problem), when we got home and charged the battery we noticed the home button no longer worked. I called them right away to let them know and was advised to bring in the next morning so they could look at it. So far no problem, but next day they looked at it and gave it back and said that I need to take it to the Apple store to get reprogramed and that it was free. I went to the Apple store and after having a Tech. look at it they told me that the part was damaged either by using the wrong tools or from replacing the battery. It will cost me $170.00 to replace. It was in the care of Phone World and during the time as they was working on the iPhone weather by accident or neglect they broke my wife’s iPhone.instead of taking responsibility to fix it the blew me off to pay $170.00 to fix what was broken by them while in their care.

Phone World may seem like your typical cellphone store.. But looks can be deceiving. This team goes above and beyond for their costumers. They do their best to help you out and do so genuinely. I went 3 times in a span of 4 days because of some technical difficulties (through no fault of their own) and instead of feeling agitated by the third visit, I left completely satisfied. There are plenty of cellphone shops just like Phone World around the valley, but if you are looking for quality service look no further, I certainly wont! Thank you for an awesome experience guys!
