I didnt want to come on here but this store and all there employees are scandalous. They buy stolen phones and sell customers stolen phones without saying theyre stolen and cant be connected to service. Ive seen and Ive heard from the homeless people outside that the manger and employees have asked them to rob people for there phones and go sell them to the store for a lower price. The service is beyond trash and I do not recommend this store to anyone. Keep your money, better safe then sorry.

Brought my iPhone 7 Plus phone in with a cracked screen. I thought I had to replace the LCD as well but the staff assured me the lcd was fine and only the screen needed to be repaired. Love that they were honest and friendly. Next thing you know in no time my phone was ready to go. They will definitely be getting my business in the future.

This place i would not recommend I dropped my sons iPhone off at the Civic center store and they sent it to the Bonanza store without telling me and it took me two days to get it back and all I needed them to do was a reset on my sons iPhone because he forgot the passcode paid 15 dollars they could not fix it so I brought it home and fixed it myself in 10 minutes DONT GO HERE they are a rip off

First off they sold my mom a cracked phone when I went back and demanded they replace it, they replaced it with a phone with a defect!! Then made her wait over a MONTH until they got more phones in only to a month later tell her they will not be replacing it!!! This is B.S and they are SCAMMERS!!!! I wish I could one star this place unfortunately I cant, I have however reported this shady business to the BBB. Serves them right taking advantage of people the way they do!! Save yourself some money... and the headache, buy elsewhere unfortunately my mom wasnt so lucky and had to pay over 500+ for a defective phone.

Id give this 0 stars if I could dont buy your phones here I went in and got one with a cracked screen and went to get it replaced only to have it replace with another phone with a messed up screen this one was internal though so I didnt see it till I got home. They told me theyd have my phone in a couple days but Ive been waiting for over a month for a replacement and they still havent gotten my replacement. And now the phone they lend me has a crack so theyre making me pay an additional 200$ to fix the crack on a phone that isnt even going to be mine. Terrible place to buy a phone Im never going there again

Everyone here was extremely helpful and friendly. They do all they can to make sure you get what you came in for. If they don’t have it they will find a store that does and go pick it up for you.

My experience with this company was horrible.... I walked in to sell my phone and was accused of going to other stores getting quotes when that was my only store I went to, I was working all day! I was asked how much was I told I was told by a guy from the same company on FB but a different store said 180-200 but I had to go on Charleston to sell it. When I arrived they were rude said I was hoping around to get quotes when that was a lie. He then told me don’t waist his time I was lying no one told me that price he then offered 120 I would have took it if he wasn’t so rude all I wanted to do was to get out of there just know these are some rude non eye contact non courtesy people in the cell business !! This place need to close for good

Went there two days ago bought an iPhone 5s & the phone didnt want to read my SIM card so I went back to the guy who sold it to me ( Edgar ) he said alright Ill give you a 5c while we get more 5s so I went home tried to charge the phone and it didnt want to charge so the next day I went to the store & the manager (Vincent ) attended me I told what had happened all I wanted was my money back he told me we dont do that at this store he said you could wait 30 minutes while I go get one from another store so I waited for like an hour till he came back they gave me the phone he said try it out before you leave as soon as he gave me the phone I pressed the home button & it didnt want to work -_- I told him this is a supposed phone repairing store but you guys sell phones that dont work ??? He then told me if thats what you think then yeah. I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone its full of complete douche bags that just want your money. Especially that stupid manager Vincent so please dont waste your money here its not worth it....

I wish I could give it 0 stars but there’s no option. Yesterday an employer who brought me in to buy a phone got fire in front of me and other costumers. When she asked him “so you’re firing me for no reason” Her boss told her “ yes I am”. I truly feel bad because she took the time in her day to Bring me in to buy a phone from their store just to see this happened. Very unprofessional.

Bad place to get your phone fixed, went in to get my iPhone repaired was greeted with bad customer service and they told me it was gonna take two days for the phone to get fixed. I waited about three weeks to get my phone back and it wasn’t working properly. Wouldn’t recommend bad customer experience.

I went there to get my lcd fixed I paid 60$ and within 3 days my phone just shut off. I went back to replace it and they tried to make me pay another 40 worse place wouldnt recommend to anyone

They ripped me off I paid 60 dollars to fix my iPhone 6 then another 15 for them to reset it all for it to just shut down 3 days later when I brought it back to the shop they told me they understand its their fault but I have to pay another 40$

Horrible customer service! I was told that my phone would be fixed the next day but they took an extra day. Then when I picked up my phone they forgot my sim card and had me drive across town to pick it up! When I asked for some sort of compensation they said I already got a good deal and that they werent going to do anything! And they all did it with an attitude

My experience with this company should rate a 0...but I dont have that option...I brought phone a galaxy note 4...first day sound goes out...3month warranty. ..the cant fix...1 week 3 days later no resolve...my answer now Id bring back and we will refund..they want to charge me 20 dollars more for another phone...the 20 dollars I have ...but the taste is very nasty..my advice dont do it.
