So, after finally finding the phone at this location, (drove to 3 other locations first and was told by 3 other locations that the phone was not in stock) to get all the way home which was 1/2 way across the valley, to find out the sim card was NEVER put into the phone! The associate was in such a rush to go home they overlooked this step AND the step where you check to make sure the phone works properly. This phone is for a disabled person who really NEEDS this in case of a medical emergency. If you want a phone and have it done right I would NOT go with AT & T as the stock is unreliable, they lie and send you on a wild goose chase to get the phone you want, then dont even set it up properly. I highly suggest using another company! Also when you try to call to attempt to fix the issue no one is available to take your call. Goodbye. And your call is disconnected. VERY, VERY POOR SERVICE

The salesman working yesterday was the most insulting individual I have ever met. He was condescending, outright rude in front of others. Was asked to stop and refused. Asked for managers information and was told no. Refused to help and do anything that helped the customer. Instead he cared about his ego. All over a defective screen protector. We are extremely upset and are working to decide how we take the nexts steps in regards to this employee. Multiple people witnessed this and he still continued his unprofessional, discriminatory behavior

AMAZING SERVICE AND PATIENCE Janet Spent ALMOST 2 HOURS WITH ME HELPING WITH I-PHONE SET UP, She is a gem, Exceptionally knowledgeable, kind and courteous, JANET knows the products like a engineer, very very helpful, I was there on Tuesday night December 8th, ALSO the day before a very young kid helped too and spent 90 MINUTES helping me with nighthawk hot spot router, cant remember his name though, they get 10 stars each and both deserve a raise

Arrived shortly after 10am, no staff in site, booth closed. Either the hours are wrong or the staff didn’t care to come in today. It’s now half past and I don’t think they will be opening anytime soon.

Terrible, incompetent service. I bought a SIM card with data to use, which they installed. I walked away and noticed that only Chrome worked, nothing else. I returned to the store. They fiddled with my phone for a while, changing all sorts of settings, but couldnt get it to work. In the process they managed to screw up the settings of my phone. They refused to refund me because we cant do it, the money goes direct to AT&T.In the end I had to factory-restore my own phone just to get it to work again with my old sim card.On top of that, they promised to email me the receipt the same day. I never received it.

Worst service I’ve ever seen... My family came from overseas to visit me and they bought a prepaid chip at this kiosk, after they got back home they are still getting charged for the pre paid plan... such an incompetent service don’t recommend.

OK I might have managed to get a sim card but I got ripped off in style. Standby time: 30 minutes, time to make a sim card: 30 minutes. I explicitly requested a tourist sim card with 4G data and above all without a subscription! The package offered was much more attractive than what I was offered in New York for the same operator. Back in France, I quickly understood why the following month, the sale made was not a tourist package but a real commitment at $ 40 monthly ... plus a subscription to a TV service for $ 10 monthly .... I can imagine that my English is not perfect, but this was not difficult to understand but rather an abuse of ignorance by tourists. In short, I would have gone well without canceling my credit card and blocking debits from my bank…. I take this opportunity to send a message of support to the other Frenchwoman who was there at the same time as me and who to pay (and therefore took a subscription) for her and 4 of her friends, who returned to France must also have been fun.
