Ive rarely given reviews, but this place deserves one. I went in this shop with a phone that was unable to charge and I was in a panic. Im an Amazon driver and was in the middle of a delivery route. He figured out that the charging port in my phone itself was broken. Because I had almost zero time to look into new phones to purchase, he literally took the full battery out of his personal cell phone and loaned it to me to finish my route. He literally saved my job, as Amazon is very strict and getting deactivated is almost inevitable when you dont finish a route. He truly cares about people. I trust this shop. I will be purchasing phones when needed here, and coming here in the future. A place like this is hard to find. Hes super legit and trustworthy. Thank God for this shop.

Most reasonable, honest and one of the most affordable and cheapest places in the city with quality service and product that exceeds any average store. Timing was great, under an hour fix and was treated not just like a customer but like a friend. Hard to find decent businesses like that that care about you and your wallet.Highly recommended.

Just stopped by a few days ago at Vegas Cellular. I got my iPhone 5 screen fixed. It was completely shattered and my screen was not working at all. As i walked in the store i was expecting just another chop shop for phones with horrible customer service rep in the front. However i was greeted the moment my foot stepped through the door and received the best customer service. I spoke to a younger guy with glasses and he explained to me how and what exactly needs to be done to my phone. The price was reasonable and because he was such a nice guy i even bought myself a case and a screen protector for my phone. I would like to recommend this place for everyone if they have any phone issues. Also i think they mentioned that they also fix computers, but not very clear on that. I had a cracked screen on my Iphone 5. I called Vegas Cellular and they gave me an estimated price range of fixing my screen. I took it in that same day, manager, Robert fixed my phone that same day! He gave excellent service and it was great knowing that he was going to have my phone ready for pick up the same day I had dropped it off!I highly recommend Vegas Cellular!

Really liked the place, i came to fix my broken screen on my iPhone 5 and the technician was very professional and got it done in less than 30min, they fixed it in no time and had a nice verity of cellphone accessories and cases. The tech who helped me suggested me to get a tempered glass screen protector and said it will protect my iPhone glass next time it will fall i was a little bit skeptical but got it anyway. im writing this review because i really dropped my iPhone again after few weeks from the repair and this tempered glass really protected my phone, its performed exactly like the technician told me it will. the screen protector got shattered but there was no signs of any cracks on the original screen. WOW its really worked!

Ive been to this place three times. I will continue to go back. The owner is professional, friendly and precise. Ive worked in management in the customer service industry in Nevada for over 8 years now. I would hire him to work for me if he ever needed a job. He has always explained to me what has been wrong and what hes done to fix the problem. I also appreciate his efficiency. I would recommend Vegas Cellular on s fort apache if you have any issues that you need resolved. As I said before, I will continue to go back if I have an issue with my phone.

I am so frustrated right now with Vegas Cellular! I called to ask how much it would be to replace the cracked glass on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and they said it was $80. I asked him if he could do any better and he said just come in and talk to me. I explained that I am coming from Henderson and if I was going to come in I needed to know the best price over the phone. He agreed on $70, so I packed up my two young kids and we drove across town to get my phone fixed. I go in, verify that I am talking to the same guy as on the phone (I think he is the owner....name is Mansoor) and we begin talking detail. He prints out the agreement and it says $120! I told him we agreed on $70 and he started to tell me that I had told him I had an S3 on the phone when we spoke and not an S4. Um, NO! I did not say I had an S3....and why does that even matter....a $50 difference!? He stated the best he could do was $100. If I wanted to pay $100 I would just do it through my phones insurance plan. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are not trustworthy.

I fixed my iPad 2 broken screen at Vegas Cellular yesterday and the service was outstanding!The nice gentleman who helped me said it will be fixed in an hour, they quote me a price before the repair took place, it was much lower price than the Apple store at fashion show mall employees quote me before, so i was very happy with the price and the result.

I was very happy with the service i received at Vegas Cell, they change the ownership recently and the guy who fixed my phone told me the place is running under Smart Fix management now and its some big name in las vegas for all phone repairs.overall the repair was done quickly, my Samsung Galaxy S4 glass was cracked and they replaced it in less than an hour. the charge was also very reasonable much lower than my insurance so it was worth it. i would recommend and i be back for future repairs if needed.

My original phone stopped working and they told me the numbers of phones they have fixed. Well, they couldnt fix my phone and offered me to buy another phone(first mistake). I bought a used phone here and was promised a return and functioning guarantee from Aviv Mordechai. After bringing the phone in 3 times for service, I requested to return the phone or at least exchange it for a different model. I was quoted over MSRP for any phone for an exchange. As for the refund, they told me no refunds even though that was part of the original deal. I asked to speak to Aviv Mordechai who promised it, and they always said he would call me back, this lasted for 3 months before I gave up hope. Now Im in the hole on two used phone from this place that dont even work thanks to Aviv Mordechai.

I cracked my screen so badly that no touches worked. They replaced my screen in less than an hour for much less money that I was expecting.
