I have to say that Jesus is really good. Very personable and eager to help. He unlocked my phone I purchased off of Craigslist.It was a Samsung S8+ I did not have the credentials for the google account lock. Jesus figured it out and only charged me $35. I give him a 5 STAR all day long. Give him some business. He just opened this business. You will not be disappointed.

Wow they gave a price that was half of what others gave. Also saw what they were selling the phone for as well. They are the true definition of greed and a local business as well which is truly sad. I get it a business has to make money, but there is no reason both parties cant make money. They dont care about their customers at all this I promise you. Save this as your last resort, and even then take percaution

This man is so rude. I called to see about buying my iPhone. After giving him the specifics he said “how much do you want for it?” I told him I didn’t know what to ask for and he said “so you don’t know how much you want?” I laughed and responded $500, obviously not knowing how much to ask for and he hung up on me. My iPhones screen was damaged and called them to get a quote, they gave me very reasonable price for repair. I was happy because I called a few places before this one and got a %50 less bill. Just one day after I picked up my phone its touchscreen became unresponsive, I was suspicious so I took it to another shop and it seems they changed screen with a knockoff! Thats why it seemed a lot cheaper at the time! Never ever go there!!!

I called the store to inquire about selling my iPhone 6 . I got the number from their lame website and when I called I was sent straight to a voicemail which was also lame. An automatic text was sent to me asking what kind of phone Im selling. I said iPhone 6 and the reply was no thank you. Arent they supposed to buy iPhones by what they are advertising? Lol. I have to be honest about Phones Are Us since the majority of reviews for this place are positive. I went there today after I found their ad on Craigslist. The sign outside their store clearly states We buy and sell ALL phones. This is false advertising as they did not buy all my phones; only one of them was sold out of the ones I had and they gave me $5 for it. I took the offer since I originally paid $10 for it anyway. Plus the girl behind the counter had an attitude. Go across the street to Las Vegas Wireless. They bought the rest of my phones and gave me fair prices for them.

I honestly dont know where to start. This man is a stalker and criminal!!! He stole my daughters phone and tried to sell at his store. When I confronted him about he tried to ger violent. My daughter went to David Sell the owner to get the screen fixed. He told her $35 dollars so she paid upfront since he insisted. He told my daughter that it would take two days a week passed so I went down to figure it out. He told me that he had the phone but it was misplaced. I tried to track it and it said it was at his shop. This man David Sell is a thief and liar. He takes advantage of elderly and young people. I will be filing a report with Las Vegas Metro. All the 5 star reviews are fake and he does it to cover his tracks if he didnt he would have a 2 star rating at the max. Please stay away from this thief and criminal you have been warned.

The owner David is a scammer and uses fake reviews. He fixed my screen and he didnt even do thr job right. He thinks he can harass people for nothing. He is 60 years old acting like a 12 year old. He scams people and thinks he will get away with it. I had to go back to another store and they actually helped not phones are us. They also are selling stolen phones so beware. They dont do a real job and sell stolen blacklisted devices. His business David Sellok needs to be shut down. I will be following up with the Metro Police to press charges I know three people who have reached out about this matter.

This business is run by an extremely unprofessional little girl. The ability to unlock phones is nonexistent. AND they do not refund for services they end up not being able to provide. An easy standard to provide a customer would be to check if the phone being unlocked is eligible rather than charging the customer and then simply stating oops! its not going to work on this phone while refusing to refund money (which the price was more than what is advertised). I wouldnt recommend this place to an enemy! Bait and switch as the previous review stated, hits the nail on the head here. AVOID UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.

Ive been dealing with these guys for a while and they always provide great service. I feel sorry for Shani the girl who runs the store most of the time because I have seen some people get very nasty with her saying she doesnt know what she is doing, but from my dealings, she is very intelligent and has always helped me. Dont let the few bad reviewers sway you, probably just some of those mad nasty people that couldnt sell their flip phone from 2001 for $100 like they had thought they would get.

I used to work here and yes this place is a scam. They made me look unprofessional because of the information they would give me. They will lose your phones and have you think they still have them. They will say your phone is black listed or icloud locked when you go sell it just so they can pay you less for it. I apologize to all the people I dealt with while I was working there. DONT HAVE THIS COMPANY REPLACE YOUR BATTERY IN YOUR IPHONE!!!! I recently asked them to do it and it took 3 hours for something I confirmed takes a few minutes. Furthermore, they charged me $60 to install it when the battery costs just $35. After leaving their shop, I plugged the phone in to charge and it went as far as 13%. I called the shop and all they said was to bring it back - no way! I went to another shop and they confirmed that Installation of an iPhone battery requires that the connector needs to be soldered to the motherboard, and mine was never soldered.Phones Are Us are a bunch of hacks and scam artists.

Total rip off. They give you different price over the phone and offer you something else when you drive 30 mins to their location.

Advertises as a cell phone repair shop and open until 10 pm. We got there at 5 pm and the Open sign was lit. The door was locked, and there was a note saying, Call this number, Im 5 minutes away. The guy sounded half drunk and said, We dont repair phones, we only buy them! I said, You advertise as a repair shop, its even on your storefront! He says, Dont know what to tell you, man and he hung up.

On 9-2-2016 got SCAM out of $650.00 i found Phones are us lv on craigslist-I called to see if this store had any samsung galaxy s5-The store clerk told me the store had one in stock and it was mint condition-when we got to the store-the s5 was in bad shape-So the store clerk tells us he has a Galaxy s7 edge-i ask if they take debit he said no they only take cash-we paid cash for the galaxy s7 edge and my husband ask David the owner if he had any iphones he said he has a iphone 6 plus very nice condition we paid cash for a iphone 6 plus-after we got home we found out the iphone is locked to Tmobile-and the Galaxy s7 edge has a Bill owed on it-We called the owner David he will not give us our money back-he tells me to send the IMEI for the galaxy s7 so he can fix the problem-yeah right..but he sent me a text that said i have fixed your tmobile locked phone-then said oops sorry i text you by mistake wrong person..
