Great customer service. The young lady was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I was quoted an hour to have a phone fixed but to my surprise they were done in about 35 mins. The phone works like new again. Very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them for any phone repair.

Google Pixel 2 wouldnt charge anymore. The port was busted and the plug wouldnt stay in. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up an hour and a half later good as new (and fully charged to boot). Great service and affordable!

I went in on a friends recommendation and was so impressed with the nice young men and their quick and fair priced service but didnt do a review at the time. But after going back in to have the battery replaced under warranty and experiencing such great friendly and professional service again, I felt compelled to thank them with a review.

The phone was repaired well and on time...but to let me know it was ready, they called the number of the phone they were repairing, instead of sending me an e-mail. So I didnt know it was ready and went the next day hoping it was.

This place was a breath of fresh air meaning they were easy to talk to, matter of fact, knew their stuff, had parts and were able to fix and repair my S8 in a few hours! Thanks Beau, you were very attentive and kind.

They were able to fix my wifes laptop within 48hrs and were honest about their prices.

The online estimated cost of service was horrible, I gave the details of what I needed fixed on my phone and the cost they quoted me was only for half the work (I needed both front and back of my phone replaced), so I absolutely do not recommend getting the online price quote, it will likely be inaccurate...I give 5 stars because once at the store, they had awesome customer service and my shattered phone is now whole and looking and working great.

They were amazing. I have had a broken phone for a really long time and i have looked at many prices and this one by far is the best. They fixed my screen in less that 30 minutes and gave me a new battery for 100$! They also give you a free screen protector if you write a review. But even though i got a screen protector that does not change my opinion on how great the service was.

I was there to have them repair my shuttered screen. I got a coupon from Groupon for $75 for my iPhone 6s Plus phone. They fixed my phone in about 20 minutes! I called around for a quote and one company quoted me for over $125 and they would have to have my phone for a day or two. So I just waited until I saw the amazing deal on Groupon and I couldn’t pass it up. The service provided by Bo was great! Thank you! I highly recommend them!

I took my Galaxy S8 in to have the front glass replaced. There were several gouges in both sides when I got the phone back. When I pointed it out, I was told the owner did the repair and it was from prying the phone apart. When he was called I was told there was nothing they could do. The phone had been in a case since new and was in perfect condition other than the cracked screen. If you want something fixed and damage on the sides this might be the place to take your phone. If you want somewhere that cares about your expensive phone that we all try and keep looking nice. Avoid this place.

I broke my HTC u11 back cover by jumping on a bed. I thought I would have to ship my phone to Taiwan, wait weeks and end up paying almost a two hundred to fix it. However I wanted to try a repair shop here that might be able to repair it. I had my doubts but, found out at the store they would repair as soon as they got the back cover shipped from another HTC u11. I ended up saving $105 and it took exactly two weeks to ship and repair the same day. I absolutely recommend this repair shop because, they will repair almost any phone at a much cheaper cost.
