He took his time to help explain all the techy stuff I wasnt understanding and didnt make me feel like I was putting him out by needing the extra attention...even when he was minutes from closing and there were a handful of other customers that were in need of his expertise as well. We have been coming to this store for years and have alwayshad a great experience, but this time, we have a papered service dog, and was told by the store manager (didnt get his name), that they didnt allow dogs in the store, and it didnt matter if we had papers. The workers kept apologizing for him and tried to be helpful. He didnt seem to care if we did business there or not. We probably wont be going back there again! I gave 3 stars for because the other workers were polite and tried to help, otherwise it would have been less than 1 star.

I discovered this store a few months ago and was excited by its massive inventory of cell phone cases. I purchased a new case for my IPhone XR after much deliberation. However, during my visit today, I was rushed by the owner and other employees after only a few minutes (although I don’t believe they were closing for another 3 hrs at 6pm). The owner pressured me to take the cases I was interested in to the front counter so we could open them and look at them together. When I complied, one of his employees met me at the front counter and thought I was ready to buy several items. Unnecessary confusion. I did notice new signage in the store regarding shoplifting. I know that times are tough and so I cannot fault Cellular Depot USA for being on high alert if it has been facing an uptick in shoplifting. But, I have the choice of how I want to be treated and it’s not like a criminal until proven otherwise, so I’ll take my money (and indecisiveness) to a business that’s a better fit. Thank you.

Crazy how many cell phone accessories there were. Very organized for the selection. They even have flip phones. I havent seen one of those in years actually.

Reasonable cheap good merchandise its not like the best merchandise because its aftermarket stuff but they pretty much have most everything you need for your phone if not more and accessories for your car that you need to put for your phone for a reasonable price they do prepaid phones there they sell phones there yeah I recommend this place anybody theyre pretty good and the reasonable youll find anything you need for your phone and if you really cant find it its because it was too new on the phone and they dont have it right now

Selction was good. But products are cheap and they charge a lot for them and when I got home noticed they charged me extra 15 dollar when they add the items up. Now going to store to buy a glue because the car phone stand peels off from the plate. Kind of disappointed. Waste of time and money

They have everything you need for your Cell Phone at great prices.However, I bought a screen saver cell phone and two weeks later started getting visible specks underneath it. I took it back to the Cellular Depot, at 4113 W. Sahara and was asked, by the assistant if I would like to buy another one. I replied no I would like it replaced. The owner of the store point blank refused to replace it. I have referred a lot of people to Cellular Depot. Not anymore. In fact I would like to let everyone know the opposite. Today was my second run in with the owner. He is a Certified, Bonified A-HOLE.

Its like a candy 🍬 store for electronics accessories. If you looking for one this is the place to go. I highly recommend for you to check it out. Budget friendly.

Just came into this place to buy an extra USB cable. The lady that helped me was very nice. The store itself had a wide variety of phone batteries, USB cables, chargers, screen protectors, stylus, and phone covers. Very glad this place is close to where I live. I definitely will come here again if I need something for my phone.

Excellent customer experience, even gave two free face masks!! Love this place highly recommended everything is reasonably priced with a wide variety.

PRO: They have an impressive assortment of current and earlier cell phones. Smartphone, flip, candybar, feature phone, they have it all. Tons of accessories like chargers and cases. Very good prices too.CON: You cant actually browse the available phones, theyre all behind the counter and not organized for the customer. If you ask for a particular phone the staff will lock onto a single word of what you said and never actually show you what you asked for. Today I said I wanted a Nokia Asha 302 phone (a feature phone with a qwerty keyboard) and showed them a picture of it. The staff said they had a Nokia 311. They showed me, it was a touchscreen smartphone, nothing like the picture I showed. Seriously, if I show a picture of a qwerty feature phone, why not tell me about any other qwerty feature phones you have? Why lock onto Nokia and show me a phone nothing like what I asked for?I didnt have the stamina to go on a fishing expedition to guide the staff into finding me a phone even vaguely like what I wanted. This isnt like shopping for jewelry where ooh, I like the look of that is enough. This is cell phones, with network types and operating systems and features to consider. The staff needs to learn to ask what my must have and nice to have requirements are.

It is amazing! Whatever I need they have and I’ve bought phone cases, AirPod cases, and Apple Watch bands. This is my go to place and they have great prices too! Very pleased on the service and what they offer!

Went in with a small problem in the corner of the screen. They told me they would put on a new glass cover which would stop the crack from spreading. The employee put a new cover on, but broke the cover in the process, when she was taking that cover off again she broke my screen far more than it was when I went in. She then put a new cover on, but put it on wrong so I cant see the time and date at the top of the screen, its covered by the new cover. My phone is in much much worse condition than when I brought it to them, and it is clear that they are bribing people for good reviews. The service was horrendous.

Stopped in trying to avoid buying a new phone. The guy who helped me was not exactly nice but helpful the girls who helped me were very nice. $15 they restored the software and saved me from having to buy a new phone

Bought almost every version of the tempered glass they have in store(nearly twice the cost of Amazon by the way) for my Galaxy S9 Plus. They were all garbage. The case friendly pops off as soon as you put a case on it. The full glue versions will not lay down at all. I have spent a lot of money there but I will definitely not be returning.

Id give them full star, I would be very honest.1) They are very cheap - probably you havent seen any cheap places beside here. all the cases and accessories are cheap, even repair. They do have a coupon and offer all the time.2) They know what they are doing, especially the owner knows everything about the phones since he has been working in phone business about 20 years.3) Special Order. If they dont have something that you want to buy, they do special order for you.4) all old phone cases, accessories, and even phone. I even saw the first Sony Ericsson Phone at there. SO If you are not a smart phone user, you would give a shot!5) self-service: They let you find what you want. and its very easy to find, and kinda interesting to find by myself!6) 90 days warranty on everything. repair, accessories, phones, etc.There are cons)1) since they dont do contract, phone could be a little bit expensive than amazon or phone company.2) They dont repair right away. but within 1-2days. however there is no BS.Id recommend this place ! :)
