I was in a tremendous need of a new iPhone 11 screen. I walked into iPhone doctor without an appointment and was gracefully accepted without hesitation, and was happily surprised when my iPhone 11 screen was repaired within 10 minutes tops.

Honestly this place did wonders for me. I thought my phone was done with, completely non fixable. And I took it to these guys, and WOW. Looked like I got a new phone, I’m so impressed with their work. I am forever grateful. So if you are still wondering if you should do here, then the answer is yes, not questions asked.

SCAMMERS!! Stay away from this business!! Never go for a Water Damage Treatment theyll just rip you off.I strongly regret not having listened to the bad reviews they already had. They were extremely rude since the beginning, with no reason, providing the poorest customer service Ive ever experienced.The phone still worked and was physically flawless when I dropped it off. They told me to change the screen, battery, and front camera. When I went to pick up the phone didnt work, so they offered a refund (which didnt include the sale taxes). Then, they returned the phone with a totally cracked screen. They said they had got rid of the old parts and were not able to get my screen back. But the real cherry on the pie was that I realize the phone was actually empty. They swore the battery was inside before opening it, but guess what, they were returning the phone not only with a cracked screen, but also without battery nor front camera (as you can see in the picture).The owner didnt wanna show his face, and the manager is the rudest lady Ive ever met. They were not opened to dialog and hang me up the phone twice. When I went to the main office they called the police and ask them to gimme a warning. They are legally covered by the huge receipt they print with a couple of clauses that they staple so you cant even look at it (look at the picture). And I know thiss gonna seem funny, but I just found out the refund was actually a CHARGE which Im now trying to dispute with my card company.As a summary, theres only one thing I suggest to you about this business: stay away from it. do not feed those scammers pockets and get a better service anywhere else.

First time here but it was a great experience, really nice people, very helpful . Definitely will be coming back, they got me to post one of theses so definitely wanna stop buy & see what they have in store

I left my iPad there I was told it would take 2-3 days when I called to check up on it she said it wasn’t there. I called again and told them I would like to pick up my items she told me her boss would have it back by 6:30 and it was a not fixed and that I would not get my money back

I Damaged my man’s iPhone And thought it was shot. I started looking for new phones until I ran across the iPhone DOCTORS On Google search. came in and was recognized and seen within less than a minute. Horrible ! People giving 5 star maybe because of the discount. I give 1 start because i get the discount. But im very disappointed for what i paid but my phone didnt work well after they replace the LCD. There was a vertical line on my iphone,everything else still work well. But after went there my speaker didnt work, the screen didnt work well. But they said nothing to do with them because they only replace the LCD. Unprofessional ! Sorry to say that but i just wanna say for what i feel after i got on my phone that i paid to much for more damage.

I went to this store location to get a new battery and screen for my iPhone 6. It took no time before I was out of the store with a working phone. The guys there were great. I will definitely be returning to this location for any of my phone problems. I highly recommend this location!!!

Probably the worst service I had in a while. They charged me $30 just to check my laptop. The workers never called me to inform me about what was wrong with my laptop. They ordered a part for my laptop without talking to me and then charged me $130 for fixing my laptop. When I came to check on it, the mouse wasnt working. They wanted to charge me another $100 to fix my mouse, which wasnt even broken when I brought it. Also, my laptop has a lot of scratches that wasnt there before.Update.. I fixed my mouse so Im pretty sure these people have no idea what they are doing. My screen still doesnt work and I wasted $100 on this place. I wish they would give me a refund.

If I could give 0 stars I would, service is horrible, paid 25 dollars and was told they would call me back the next day which never happened. Then called and they said I was supposed to pay a expedited fee of 39 dollars in order to have it done within 48 hours! There service is slow and unprofessional, I will never be back for will I ever reccomend this location!

Great place to get your phones fixed. Friendly service and very helpful employees. I went in to get a new service provider for my iPhone X and they offered the best no contract plans in the entire Las Vegas area. I was very impressed when I went in because the store is very clean and neat. Recommend to your friends and family.

Took my phone in to have the screen repaired. When I dropped it off it would come on but the battery was low.They call me say they do not have the white face in. I said a black one would be fine.I pick it up, it has a white face on it, they said the battery wouldnt take a charge. Tried to sell me a phone. I said I would just get a battery. Now they start saying the mother board is bad.My phone wont do anything. Do not take your phone here to be fixed, they will rip you off!

Needed a new screen; simple. Was told 2-3 days. Two weeks later they finally replaced the screen but tell me that the phone will not charge. Two more more days later and I still dont have my phone back.

Worst customer service ever. Took my iphone to get repaired and they kept the phone for 2 hours and did not call when they figured out what was wrong with the phone. When I got there they acted like they were working on it and told me there was nothing they could do for it and I needed to take it to apple. Never going back.

Took my phone in an hour and a half before closing to get my screen and LCD fixed. Took him no more than 15 minutes for the repair. Fast and friendly staff. We will be back for any future cell phone repairs! Thank you!

DONT EVER GO HERE. Its not even worth a star, went in there to fix a charging port they charged me upfront, come back to pick it up and find out it still doesnt work, they check it again and say its a motherboard issue which they dont do at those stores, so they said Ill get my money back. Keep in mind this was on August 13, so The employee there gives me his boss number just in case theres any trouble, so I wait 3-5 days and still no refund I call the boss and explain the situation hes say hell look into give him a day or 2 so I wait again call back in two days and he says hes out of town call back on Monday. So I call again and he says Ill denfinately get a call back, and nothing so I call again and hes not even answering anymore. Horrible place horrible owner, doesnt know how to run the place, gave them $54.11 for something that doesnt even work so basically for free. Going to seek legal action against this place.
