I went there today money in hand to try to buy a new phone when I arrived the lady short Latino lady told me she was the manager nobody else was there a very patiently and respectfully asked to compare the S 10 to the iPhone XR And one other phone before I’m dropping hundreds of dollars on something I like to know what I’m buying she was very impatient told me she did not have time and even viewed another customer is more important than me who did a very simple screen protector on her phone a fraction of the money that I was going to give her..I told her that’s fine go take care of that lady and while she did I researched all her prices every single phone was at least $100-$200 over used prices now her attitude made sense usually when people act that way they don’t want to answer questions or let you compare products and get impatient is because they know the person doing the research is going to expose them that’s what she did so when I left I respectfully let her know that I was gonna leave this review And remind her to treat all customers with respect because they are customers and we can choose to go somewhere else and that’s what I did

If I could review this zero stars, I would. I took my phone here to get the screen repaired about two weeks ago & ever I got it back, my screen has been glitching & shutting off. I took it back because I wanted my money back & the lady claimed that her work was perfect; no flaws.Dont waste your money here, its not worth it.

Didn’t answer phone but their price was 110$ so i went to future wireless on west cliff and buffalo 90$ for screen protector included way better

Awesome service! They paid me a good price for my iPhone 6 compared to the other places I had been to. I really like how it’s a safe local store that way I don’t have to meet with strangers for me to sell my devices.

Went on there to get a tablet fix and I was quoted a decent price and wait time. A week later they called and said I needed another part. I was upset since they said I only needed 1 part. Gave them the ok to order that part and was told in 4 days it would be ready. 2 weeks later Im at the store since they dont care enough to call their customers back and leave a voicemail. A little more honesty and communication with your customers would go a long way. Do not WASTE your hard earned money at this place.

Took my phone to get repaired and they took care of it right away. Nice people. Very helpful and didnt overcharge.
